This review reflects the years I have made purchases from Woman Within and the changes that I've noted both positive and negative. The quality of the merchandise is better than what you might buy from Walmart but worse than a major department store. The size of the garments run consistent in the Woman Within brand but compared to most clothing the sizes run consistently large. The price of the merchandise varies even in their own catalogs so it is worth making a list of items you are considering with the item code number and check more than one of their catalogs. (Once you are on their mailing list you will be flooded with catalogs.) On phone orders the order taker frequently offers you a discount on additional items. I usually have several items that I may want if offered the additional 20% off. Shipping charges can be on the high side but there are plenty of ways to get around them. Approximately every other catalog will have a code for FREE SHIPPINH. If you apply for a Woman Within Credit card you are given four free shipments per year in addition to other discounts. Speed of shipments depend on where you live. You are always offered expedited shipping for a charge but since I live in KY my shipments arrive faster than expedited shipment date so I go for the Free Shipping (usually arrives in the week following my order) Exchanges are a breeze. Each shipment has a packing slip enclosed and on it there is a spot for each item to code your reason for returning the item (too big, too small, not what I expected, wrong color, flaw on the item, poor quality, etc.) You call Woman Within for a return authorization and take your return item in their plastic sleeves with the tags still on to a return location, in my case the local UPS Store and Woman Within emails you a code for the return amount to be used on a future order. You can ask for a cash refund to your original payment method but they deduct a fee for that option. In becoming a regular customer I frequently receive cards in the mail with codes for additional sales. The most recent one was $50. OFF any $100. order. So I'm saving on prices already by using the catalog with the best deal and then I'm getting an additional fifty dollars off. You won't hear me complaining about that kind of a deal. I have become a regular customer that knows certain styles I always like. As for the hundreds of catalogs I get flooded with they are easy to bag for recycling.

It's funny because when I visit new cities, I tend to gravitate towards the restaurants in these type of areas. On this trip, I ate at both Milktooth and Bluebeard - both wonderful places to eat. I also had drinks at Four Finger Distillery and Inferno Room. It's located really close to the main downtown Indianapolis area.
