We stopped here before visiting the Biltmore, and while parking was a bit of a challenge, it was absolutely worth it. We ended up parking on the street up the hill near some residential homes, but don't let that deter you. One of the coolest parts was being able to watch the doughnuts being made right in front of us. There was a line when we arrived, and we waited about 15 minutes to order and another 10 minutes or so for our doughnuts. Even with the wait, I'd do it all over again. The doughnuts were incredibly fresh, warm, light, and fluffy. Every flavor we tried was delicious, but the vanilla glazed and the toasted almond sesame cinnamon were my favorite. If you're in Asheville, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

They do have a small side lot for parking. Order ahead online or at the register when you arrive. We loved the open kitchen concept. Get a front row seat to watch your donuts being made right in front of you. My husband and I got the glaze and cinnamon sugar donuts. Both flavors were excellent! We enjoyed our warm perfect donuts while sitting inside watching other orders being made. They do offer coffee and other beverages. We just helped ourselves to the water station. Staff were beyond friendly and they seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Thank you Hole for a great morning show and sweet treat. We will be back.

Do yourself a favor: quit reading this review and get over here now. You will not be disappointed…read more Some of the best biscuits and fried chicken I've had in my life (and don't tell my mother in law who makes some pretty great biscuits and chicken). Great staff, artsy ambiance, and quirky neighborhood all make this worth the effort and cost. Bonus: fried green tomatoes were a definite hit. Breading was perfect and didn't fall off the tomatoes like most breading does. They have a Jam Bar so you can choose a variety of jellies and butter to put on them as well as house made hot sauce to dress everything. The only problem with this place- it's too far from my home in TX. :)

Despite the wait, we decided to indulge in breakfast, and the experience was well worth it. My wife opted for two eggs and sides, while i chose two eggs with fried bologna and pulled pork, both of which met expectations admirably. The standout feature was their in-house jam and spreads: a distinctly sour cherry and a perfectly balanced strawberry variety, neither overly sweet but perfectly suited to complement the biscuits. For anyone in the Asheville, Carolina vicinity, Biscuit Head is an essential stop. With four locations in this area and potentially extending to Greenville, it's a must-visit for those seeking exceptional breakfast fare. I got one with coffee and chai and it wasn't too sweet... it just hit NICE. It was perfect kismet to find this little haven of clean eating in between major stops on the road. You could tell a lot of love and care goes into the food here. Food came fast... our 'server' was super nice and patient (I couldn't decide between the burrito and açaí bowl)... glad I went with the burrito. I'm jealous of all you Asheville locals!

The bread is really dry and I thought the sandwhich would be pressed for some reason, but it's not horrible. My only complaint is that some of the staff was rude. After paying, I heard one of the girls sarcastically complain about how much I tipped. The 2 girls then proceeded to complain about another customer that came in and complained about how little she tipped. I find this very rude and awkward af; like why are you talking sh- about customers when you're literally standing in front of multiple customers. I don't know if she thinks people can't hear their conversation behind the counter, but the entire restaurant can lol. The girl who rang me up was really nice though. Just an FYI, I didn't even tip low, I'm not sure how much she was expecting me to leave for making some smoothies and a sandwhich lmao. But I don't think I'll be coming back here just because of them. Felt like mean girls in high school talking about other people. They also kept giving weird looks and just had an off putting attitude; weird vibes. I would give 1 star but that smoothie alone is worth a star, so good!
