It was destroyed by moths and lack of care (me). Nobody would even take it to examine. Rug expo can and took it away and I literally cried when they brought it back. It was amazing. I cannot recommend them more. I can't believe they did all that work. There was extensive deterioration and moths. They cut it to save what they could and painted it/dyed it all to be as bright red as it once was. I was floored at what they did. And a very reasonable cost. Since it cost somewhat more than I had thought of spending and was on the fence about it, the owner let us take it home to try it in our space. We did decide to keep it but I'm sure they would have been gracious if we felt it wasn't right and didn't purchase it. Again, the selection is largest I've ever seen so it's not too hard to find something that you will love. And the family that owns the business are delightful to do business with.

This made it difficult to reach them after the owner sold me a rug that was not the size he had promised, despite nearly two hours of discussion in the store. When I finally tracked down the manager in person, he was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me on a rug that didn't fit the room it was purchased for. The lack of customer support was especially disappointing given the owner's assurances and the high price point of their products. If you shop here, bring your own tape measure and do not rely on staff advice. Only purchase if you are absolutely certain the rug will fit, because all sales are final.
