Abraham is fantastic, super communicative and efficient. I work from home so am usually busy on calls or meetings when he arrives, and he does the treatments efficiently and without disturbing me, but always checks in by text before and after to make sure that I don't have any questions or concerns. I also have a dog that usually has free reign of the yard, and Abraham always makes it a point to keep me updated on his ETA so I can make sure she's inside when he arrives, and reminds me to keep the dog in for 30 minutes.Super happy with my service and appreciative to have Abraham as my pro! read more

We are so happy with HomeShield's service so far! After a negative experience with another pest control company, HomeShield came to the rescue to help resolve our ant infestation. Nathan, who completed our initial service, was at our home for nearly an hour doing a thorough inspection and treatment to best understand and treat the *root* of the problem. The issue was significantly better after that first treatment. We had a small flare up about a month later, and Abraham was able to come within 2 days for a follow up. Again, he was kind, patient, and thorough with this treatment & we are so appreciative. The service is always professional and timely. I had to reschedule last minute because I wanted indoor treatment and I just text my technician Abraham and he said he'd accommodate and come on the next day instead. He showed up on time communicated throughout and did a wonderful job. We had a lot of pest issues when we first moved in over three years ago and the consistent treatments, we have not seen anything, even with rainfalls, since we got started. I've been calling around in search for a pest / bug/wasp control problem. What got my attention and separated this company form others I've called was their use of green "clean" eco products that are safe for families, kids, and pets. As I've gotten older i understand the importance of limiting exposure to health detrimental and cancer causing products. This company is based out of Long Beach and serves the surrounding LA/LC areas. I have not booked them yet but I spoke with Tom and he gave me a very thorough phone explanation of their treatment process and the pricing. They also have a call In special for about $150 for the first initial treatment and then $100 every 2 month follow up treatment by contract for one year. So over time you're looking at $750 maybe which is a fairly priced rate. If you cancel before the year there is a penalty of the initial treatment price. What is also fair about their pricing is that they treat BOTH indoor and outside your house and they remove wasp nets and other possible problematic pest items. As for treatment it seems like no more than an hour and you have to make sure the treatment is dry before touching or exposing yourself to the area. Once I book my first treatment I'll provide an update on this review. I definitely appreciate the time Tom took to consult and explain everything. Give them a ring! read more

I had a wonderful experience with this new pest company. The overall cost was less expensive than the other company I was using just to spray my yard for ants. This Company actually sprays for ants, fleas, spiders, mites, and lots more...all the the same price. The person who came the first time spent over an hour looking for spiders, wasp nests, and other insect nests...and then talked me through exactly what he was going to do. I have been using this company for 4+ years for regular pest maintenance. I recently wrote them an email because my yard has become overrun by pests. I reviewed the last several notes from service people and no one mentioned cleaning up surrounding shrubs or spraying my lawn for flys. Items I specifically requested. I am going to find another company and do not recommend home shield as they have been neglecting their work and now won't even respond to inquiries after years of loyalty. Look elsewhere! read more

I had Chase do the inspection - he was very thorough but I heard he's no longer with the company. It was a free inspection, and I had 3 different companies do inspections and HomeShield was one of the more thorough ones. Chase laid out my options and did not pressure me to do the more expensive treatment. Their prices were fair and actually cheaper than the other two places. Daniel did the local treatment for both the subterranean and drywood termites in my home. He took the time to explain everything and answer all the questions I had, which I appreciated. They used a chemical for the treatment - fortunately our termites were all outdoor/in the crawlspace. He worked quickly and was mindful of the people working from home. There were times when I had to take the initiative with scheduling the treatment but overall, this company is pretty responsive and thorough. Their treatment has a two year warranty. I would definitely use them again! read more

He then looked around and gave me an evaluation for any possible mice entry points and also since it was termite season, he gave me an overview of their termite services. Highly recommend Chase and his team for any termite concerns. We called HomeShield after we discovered what we suspected were termites, and they promptly sent Chase out to inspect. This was our first time dealing with an active termite infestation PLUS we had a small child, so we had lots of questions and concerns about the treatment process. Chase patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions, and took my concerns seriously. I especially appreciate that he didn't use any pressure sales tactics, or try to upsell us. The treatment was scheduled promptly, and our service tech Luis was also great (knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer questions). We were so happy with their service that when our extended family needed a termite inspection, we insisted that they use HomeShield, and specifically request to have Chase as the inspector.
