Moved into a new place and discovered there was an issue with ants. This was my first experience with pest control and I am glad I choose HomeShield. Was assisted by Ian over the phone and he went through all my questions and ensured me that it was safe for pets. Luckily they were able to come out on short notice (1 day) and I was helped by their tech Gregory. He was pleasant and was able to answer all my questions onsite. He took the time to review all the spots I had concerns about and did not hesitate to look further around the premise to make sure he protected the home. The Technician was very thorough and treated the termites and other insects. I learned from the tech how the termites infest and needing to keep up on exterior maintenance . After new paint and new wood, I will have them inspect every six months. They do not charge to come inspect and reinspect after they treat the area. read more

This is a shout to Jason! Thank you Sir for coming to our home and securing every entrance way possible for animals to access our home. Carl came out first and did a wonderful job listening to my concern regarding having a rat in the house. He put traps all around. Then I had to call back because I had the rat trapped in my office. They sent out immediately Tyler, he showed up ready to trap the rat whether it be by traps or by hand, he was on it . It ended up the rat flew through my doggy door to the outside. Needless to say I no longer use the doggie door. Both guys were awesome and the company is wonderful. I give a 5 star to everyone.
