We've been using HomeShield for a couple of years now and I realized I had never left a review because they give me no reason to ever think about them. I mean that as the highest form of compliment!! They provide a service, the pests are controlled and you never notice they are doing it. If any issue does come up (in our case at certain times of year the earwigs show up) I just call them and they show up when they promised and take care of it. Right after my review posted Jason from Homeshield contacted me and then came out to view the problem. He apologized which was appreciated and arranged to seal off the house (properly this time) and clean up the feces and mess left by the raccoon. I'm glad they were so responsive and concerned but I'm not giving a four or five star review because the initial "sealing" of the house was so poor and they failed on subsequent visits to correctly identify what was causing the terrible smell. I also had to incur an additional cost for a company to come our and do an "eviction" on the raccoon. read more

I choose Homeshield pest control to inspect and serve for the termite infection. The inspector come on time and we signed the contract for fumigation at the time without even have second thought. On the day for fumigation was schedule between 3-5pm at 6 pm the crew still no show we have to call to report the issue after Fernando contact the subcontract company and was told they are running late if that was the case they should notify us if we did not make the call to Homeshield they not even know what is going on. They finally showed up at 7PM 2 hours later than the schedule time frame.Next day the manager from Homeshield reach out to us and apologized what happen and was able to answer our concern. It is the subcontractor's fault to be on time and failed to communicate. Homeshield pest control is good to providing information and service.I would recommend them for service. read more

Had Jason come out to do an initial inspection for termite service. They were coming in through a window sill. But he also found them up in our attic where we could not see them so readily. He came in a timely manner and was very patient as my husband had many questions concerning all our options and the approaches, as well as questions on the safety of their products as we have dogs and people with allergies. A few days later, Taylor and Jose came out to take care of the termites. They had to crawl around in a very small attic in 100° weather but made sure they completed the job thoroughly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and left the place clean and intact. So grateful as termite season has been bad this year. read more

This family-owned company is really amazing - reliable, thorough, and go above and beyond. They worked at my house for 2 days for a termite problem in ceiling wood beams and a rat infestation in a crawl space below the house. Every detail was taken care of, including all old termite kick-out areas and any possible rodent access points along exterior of home or attic. The whole duct system needed to be replaced. Interior areas were safely sterilized and preventive measures taken. They moved all furniture and storage items and put everything back how they found it. They even helped me with bookshelves in a different room that needed to be attached to the walls. Very friendly, hard-working, trust-worthy. Responsive to a follow-up issue. Used HomeShield a few years back after issues with ants and had a great experience as within two weeks of spraying they were gone. Started to see ant activity so called them on Monday and they had someone scheduled to be out here on Wednesday. Their technician Carl came out and picked my brain to see what issues we were having and where we were seeing activity. He took care of treatment on the inside and outside. After that he took care of spider webs/nests outside and did another check out front and found a lot of ant activity in a tree so he treated the area. Really nice guy who took his time to figure out where the issues were and two days later we haven't seen any ant activity since the treatment. I contacted HomeShield because I spotted some cockroaches. Their techs were very helpful and informative. Apparently it takes a couple sessions because the larvae also have to be killed. I sure am a happy camper now with no more cockroaches around!!! read more
