I dig it! Wanted something healthy for breakfast, and stopped by to get their hippy chick wrap. No egg, but plenty of other healthy goodness inside. There was a mini version and regular version (mini = 1 egg size, regular = 2 egg size), and I got the regular sized version, and it was quite filling for breakfast. Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch bowls are very good. Limited vegan options, but they will accommodate any tweaking to the standard menu items up on the board. Limited inside seating. We had brunch there and were impressed enough to take two bowls to-go for a late dinner. Overwhelmed by pricey choices while joyfully stuck in Atlantic Beach for the day, and only wanting a decent salad that didn't cost $15, I stumbled across this place. The concept is simple. 1. Pick a protein Here's what I ordered and how I liked it: 50/50 bowl- salad with quinoa and rice blend with almonds, house pickled red onion, feta cheese, strawberries, balsamic vinaigrette- very filling and mmm mmm delicious. My bowl was only made better by the welcoming nature of the manager and the owner who apologized for being out of the candied almonds that normally accompany the selected flavor profile. No worries. I ordered an espresso yo along with two other smoothies with my wife and daughter. It took about thirty minutes for the order to be finished. Although my wife and daughter enjoyed their drink mine was the most disgusting substance I've had the displeasure of putting into my mouth. I love their acai bowls but they take so long to get out. I would say pence you order them there is an approximate average wait time of about 10-15 minutes which is relatively long for an acai bowl. It's so hard not to come back because I have not found a better acai bowl place. Just be warned about their wait time. Probably the biggest downfall about this place. Walking in, you can tell this is more than just your average froyo place. The menu on the wall has dozens of items ranging from crepes to some kind of acai berry puree items. They have plenty of mix-ins for the froyo, but only had about 6 flavors of froyo, but is much less than I am used to. I tried the pomegranate orange flavor and dark chocolate. Both were really good and I'd definitely get them again. The location of the store is perfect-- just a little bit down the road from the beach. It also have nice seating both inside and outside. Two things that really stood out to me were that the bowls came with dividers so you could separate different flavors and mix-ins. My friend suggested this place when we were driving around and I mentioned I was craving an Açaí bowl. It's a small place along the shops on Atlantic beach my One Ocean hotel. I loved the wall that people wrote on- from quotes to names and dates. I got the regular size Super Goji Açaí bowl with agave on top. The employee was very nice and offered me an extra fruit because I had to wait a few minutes so they could make more açaí, which I didn't mind waiting at all. The bowl was very filling and the regular size cost around $10-11. I'm not familiar on what the average cost is for açaí bowls, but I was fine with it. They offer other foods as well. They do breakfast and lunch options and they also have 4 flavors of frozen yogurt. I'd Ike to come back again to try some of their food selections. Plus it's a short walk to the beach or you can sit outside and people watch. read more

I am a big fan of Happy Cup, ever since finding the Tinseltown location. My family always ends up meeting at the beach when everyone is in town, so I suggested we try the original location, and now I have a Happy-Cup-loving family! I love the texture and the flavors in this all-organic yogurt, and while I'm sad that the beach location has one fewer machine than Tinseltown, I enjoy so many of their flavors that I'm sure to find something good. I'm still going to give the same amount of stars. I wish I could have added one. But, my same complaint after a second visit, inspired by the enthusiastic words of the owner, is still there. For me it's a matter or flavor, maybe even more plainly, lack of flavor. On this visit I was encouraged to try the southwest salad, one of their vegan options. I was intrigued by the idea of a vegan ranch. I ordered this with a tea and vegan cookie bite. The salad was made with fresh ingredients, and judging by the great guy working behind the counter, also made with some love. The salad itself was mainly quinoa (I ordered half greens/half quinoa), and the portion size was definitely generous, enough for 2 people. One bite, and it was just bland. I don't normally do this, but I just really didn't want to sit there and eat something that had no flavor. So, I ordered something else. First thing the man behind the counter said was that he also agreed that salad didn't have enough flavor, so he gave me some more dressing and seasoning powder to add. That doesn't make much sense to me that the person making it also agrees it doesn't have enough flavor but he's ok with sending it out to a customer. And no, I don't want to add more sauce to try and make it palatable. Anyways, I ordered a piece of avocado toast because that seemed the safest option. And I will say, their bread is the BOMB. Some of the best bread I've had in a long time. And that cookie bite I ordered, yeah that bad boy was so good I would return just to have another one of those. But, it was a pretty over priced evening for a meal that turned out to be a piece of avocado toast and cookie.
