Visiting from CA, where you can find amazing acai bowls, I was so pleasantly surprised to find this place but to also find out their bowls are great! I got two Harrison bowls, one for me and one for my grandma. So good! I appreciated they gave plenty of granola and fruit. My grandma was raving about it days after. Cool location near walkable shops across from the beach. Small cozy atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. But the food was overpriced! I paid $20 for a chicken wrap and an iced cappuccino not including the 20% tip. Granted the avocado ($2 I believe) and the chicken($4!) inside the wrap cost me extra, but way too much extra. It's a chicken wrap. It tasted okay, nothing $15+ worth about it. Just spring mix, corn, beans, cheese, avocado, and chicken. They should think about using a bit less of everything because it was gigantic, soggy, and falling apart. It was the type of wrap you'd want to save the other half of but can't bc it's too soggy. So you either end up too full from trying to salvage or throwing your money away. I suggest sharing with a friend. Their espresso is delicious and I like the fact that their "single is a double", buuuut if the staff is going to ask you about your milk preference when ordering coffee, they should ask about sugar preference too. I paid 3.25 for an iced cappuccino with no sugar only to have to throw in raw sugar myself and chew on it like Dunkin' Donuts. Hopefully just an off day. read more

I stopped by here in the morning. Our family lives right in Atlantic Beach so we always go to the area to grab food and drinks. I've been trying to find a good healthy spot on the beach and would travel several miles away before finding this one. Mathias (I'm sorry if I got the name wrong!) and Nick were wonderful. Bright smiling faces in the morning and were eager to help us. Loved our smoothies but most importantly the service. We ordered a lot and it didn't take long to get our order. I recommend getting some of the protein bites. I loved the cookie dough ones. You can't go wrong with any of the smoothies on the menu. Can't wait to try other things here too! read more

We have stopped in for the frozen yogurt vegan and regular and it is by far superior to Yobe and most any ice cream or froyo shop around. My favorite is the coffee flavor. The vegan ones are made from almond milk and their regular ones made from local dairy milk . You can taste the freshness and ultra clean flavor. So so good ! They serve Bold Bean coffee and the food looks amazing ! I think this is one of the hidden gems of the beach !!! With my old go to place Native Sun closed I feel like finding this spot is saving grace for my healthy food cravings while at the beach.... Stop in and patronize this local business !!!
