He explained the whole process and presented all the options with regard to color and style. The crew headed by Jesse and James were efficient, professional and very neat. It was not an easy install as there were many, many windows including a huge garden window and several clerestory windows in the living room and entry. Overall, the whole process of replacing the windows was far easier and took less time than anticipated. The exterior looks more modern with the new windows and the annoying sounds from the neighbor's pickleball court is not a problem anymore. I contacted Jeff for an estimate. During the appointment he spent ample time introducing their products and the different options for each window. Our house has 28 windows and one patio door. He was very professional and at no time did we feel pressured to choose Hometime Windows. After measuring the windows Jeff sent us a detailed estimate. Once we decided to move forward with the installation, Jeff gave us an installation date and told us that it will take about three days. He is friendly and gets the work done right. The cost of the windows from this company compared to Anderson is astronomically better. The other company wanted to charge for re-stucco because they wanted to cut into all the stucco near the framing, Hometime Windows figures out how to install without doing this. Without hesitation, I'd recommend Hometime Windows & Doors for any size project. We replaced 21 windows, 3 patio sliders and a fire door between the house & garage. Working with a local, family owned business who manufactures their own windows & doors was important to me. Jeff, our sales consultant was very patient and thorough. We made many adjustments before we locked in on an install date. He was a partner in the process, with both of us asking the right amount of questions/details. My wife and I purchased 2 sliding doors, one with a doggie door and 1 window with shutters. The craftsmanship of these windows and doors is second to none. The installation went well, except for one problem the shutter measurements were off by one inch. Which was of no fault of the installers, Enrique and Cristian. Who made quick work of the installation of the doors and window. Enrique and Cristian were clean, kind and professional in the performance of their job. They also, brought to my attention the problem with the shutters and immediately called the office to fix the issue. There was no need for me to complain or talk to anyone. Within 2 weeks the shutters were rebuilt and installed at no cost to me, by Enrique and Cristian, with same skill and care as before. Last summer we had Hometime Windows & doors replace all our windows except for our kitchen greenhouse window as we worried about stucco and wood trim having to be removed. They did a terrific job and when we got up the nerve to replace the greenhouse window we called them back out. They came out and measured and addressed all our concerns about the trim and stucco and assured us they would build us a beautiful window. Eduardo and Carlos came out yesterday and installed the window and it is indeed beautiful. They removed trim and cut stucco where needed and then replaced it all back and sealed it up. They covered the floor and counters and when done cleaned everything up perfectly. They were both polite and courteous...their mothers raised them right haha! Great Company and Quality Windows and Doors! We had all windows, and a sliding glass door replaced. It is a 1970's home and windows, screens and sliding glass door were barely functional. From the start of measurements to the end, it was flawless. The price quote was comparable and, in some cases, a better price. What really sold us on using Hometime Windows was that the windows and sliding glass door were manufactured in Upland, California. Eduardo and Carlos removed all windows and the sliding glass door and installed the new ones. All glass was cleaned, and they did a beautiful job on the caulking. Today, we had three windows and our sliding glass door replaced. The installation was performed by Daniel and Jesse. What a wonderful team! We are so fortunate to have had them as our installers. They were efficient, professional, and easy to work with. We received previous instructions on how to prepare for the work, and everything went smoothly and like clockwork. Hometime was referred by the friend of a friend. After sending Kaleb to educate me about their product, process, cost, timeframe etc. the windows were custom made for my house. The install was done in one day by a very professional team of two. Jesse James (yep) ensured that the floors around the windows were covered to protect the surface inside and out. When they finished they removed the tarps and vacuumed the floors! One widow was not quite right so they had a new one made and Jesse came back out to finish in about a week.
