So I went to Hometown pizzeria to order some food for my nephew. My husband and myself after my food came to be delivered. The food wasn't right and some food was left out and missing. I called up to figure out where my food was and they tried at first to say it didn't. It wasn't ordered then after I proved that it was ordered by shown on my receipt they said the driver forgot and that's it. I'm done with your guy stuff guys do it too much and he hung up on me so I drove down there being mad told him off and so now Noah talk to me the way you want and he started hollering at me so I started hollering back at him. Decided to try Hometown Pizzeria in Canastona because I was craving pizza but my go-to pizzeria (Pizza King in Sylvan Beach) was closed that day. Service was fast and courteous. I ordered over the phone and pizza was ready in 15 minutes. The pizza itself was just OK. Still a pizza and satisfied my craving, but it was much closer to what you'd expect from a national chain (thick, bready crust and heavy on sauce) rather than true thin-crust New York pizza. Prices are somewhat on the higher end. My large pizza with half mushrooms and half pepperoni was $19. read more

I'll never order pizza from here again. The dough was somehow both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. The sauce was flavorless and extremely watery. The cheese literally fell off as I picked up the slices. Now for the wings I ordered 20 wings, something that should be done in less than 20 minutes, however, it took them over an hour to complete. The only thing I honestly think was worth it was the fried dough. Drive down the road, get a good pie from New York Pizzeria, or even go across the street to Fastrac and get it there, trust me, it's much better. read more

Tried this new place for the second time this week. We are visiting from Ohio and shared takeout food with family and friends. Giant slices fresh ingredients great price friendly staff. Just passing by at lunch time stopped in two huge slices for 5$ fresh ingredients. I had sausage onion and peppers the sausage was really good. To much food for me to finish...that does not happen often. read more

this is the LAST time i order from you....i ordered at 4:45 pm to be delivered at 6:30pm. called at 7 and got excuses as to how the store got busy...not my problem! got told that it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes before i received what i should have already had...you have just lost business..do you care??? after an hour late, i went to the store to find out where my food was...more excuses as to how the store got busy..not a good answer when my order had been put in over an hour in advance, order in order out is how it should work. the people in the store didnt seem to care that they lost business, didnt try to make it "right" just offered poor excuses. My husband called yesterday morning and ordered 3 large pizzas and 30 wings. Our "to go to" place was closed due to the holiday weekend. He asked for it to arrive at 3:30 as we were having company over. Not only was the woman on the phone so beyond friendly and accommodating to our specific order... the food arrived on the dot!! Just found out why our delivery was so high. They charge 4.00 for each item ordered for service fee. Doesn't go to delivery guy only to them. 28.00 for 20 wings plus delivery fee. Will NEVER order from them again! That's shitty business practices read more

Had a gift certificate so tried a large with pepperoni. I've had worse and definitely better. Kids didn't like it which is a sign since they love anything "pizza." However it's pizza and we were starving so it got the job done. read more
