I'm so thankful for the way this outage was handled and so glad I chose Larson Air Conditioning to this day to handle my home comfort needs. A big thank you also to Cheyenne who was also always extremely pleasant to deal on the phone during my many calls while dealing with this rather stressful event. The previous contractor found some Freon oil near the compressor and told my son he needed a whole new unit. Turns out it was from a previous repair and the unit had a full charge of freon which indicated it was not low on Freon due to a leak. The service call was $80 instead of a new unit. Great experience! I actually got these guys by accident but it turned out to be the best case scenario in the long run. Long story short a/c was limping for the last two years and finally needed to be replaced. Bad news was the water damage under the existing unit (which we knew about) but was too far gone to repair with a new install. The new unit was put in a couple rafters over and the old duct and stand were left in place until we could get roofing work completed. We also had two vents in the house that hadn't blown air in the 17 years we've been in this house and turns out it was due to the vents being routed wrong with the previous evap removal prior to us moving in. We also ended up with new cold air returns being installed. What a huge difference in this house now! I ended up getting a couple new fully adjustable vent diffuser's so we don't cool the inside walls anymore. HUGE difference a new unit, the right duct routing and new vent diffuser's make! We ended up having to get a new roof too and had no trouble scheduling to have them come back out and demo the old duct and stand. They also removed an old evap cooler duct connection that was up there while they were at it. The owner is top notch, the crews are top notch and we are very happy with the way everything turned out. In a nutshell these guys are great and are definitely the best option! read more

Branden Orr is a gentleman who shows genuine care for his customers. In fact,this concern is reflected similarly in Lance,the technician representing Honest Air Duct Cleaning.. For example,we called upon Honest Air Duct Cleaning because we've had a sooty substance returning on our walls and in our carpets almost as fast as we can scrub,mop and vacuum.. My spouse and I had determined that filthy ducts were the cause of our problem.However,when Lance arrived this morning,the problem was diagnosed by Lance as secondary to a problem in our AC/Heating system. As a result, our building techs will dismantle the unit tomorrow,and, most likely,a leaky capacitor is the culprit,.according to the technical supervisor. of our residential complex. Our supervisor had words of praise for Honest Air Duct Cleaning and for Lance, the man sent by Brandon to help us. I bought an old house that built completely the wrong way from the ground up. One of the kinks of this house was that the balance of air flow between different sides of the house was intense. One side of the house was like a frozen tundra and other side a barren desert wasteland. I called Honest and explained my issue. The company was responsive and the crew came out the next day. They were professional, courteous and seemed to operate with integrity which is not something you see much any more these days. They were done in less than 20 minutes and explained that the boneheads that installed the new AC a year ago didn't replace the ducting or the elbow into the roof with one that would handle the increased airflow of a bigger AC. They gave me a ballpark which seemed very reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. Every step of the Alex in the office was checking in to make sure that things were going smoothly. I own 2 other houses in the valley and will be using Honest for all my AC needs moving forward. read more

Branden cleaned my vents very well. I can look up into them and see the ducts now. Branden even pointed out the vents were positioned wrong and he reposition the slats of the old vents so that air would flow in the direction I need. He got on the roof and cleaned my dryer vent as well. Truth is I would have liked to see the lint he said was in there as he does not vaccum it. He gets it out another way and he could have showed it to me to make me feel good about paying the extra cost. There is no way to know if your dryer vent is clogged unless you get on the roof and see the clog when they take it out. I guess you have to trust. I did not ask to see it. I knew about the extra cost ahead of time. Alex, who answered the phone was very clear about what they would do and how much the services are. He was patient and professional and I asked a lot of questions. Nor he or Branden tried to sell me anything extra. read more

Just remodeled our home and wanted to clean the air ducts before we moved back in. Looked to Yelp for a referral and found Honest Air Duct . I found everything to be true that had been stated in the previous reviews and more. Lance was professional, courteous and did a great job! Additionally, the next day I had my new washer and dryer delivered and the installer said I should have my dryer vent cleaned so that the dryer would work properly. I called Honest Air and asked them to come back and clean the dryer vent. They told me that since they had just been there, they would not charge me their minimum, but would only charge for cleaning the dryer vent and a $10 trip charge. When they got there, they found the vent Was clean and vented to the outside - no charge! Amazing!!! Wish all companies were this honest and professional. I highly recommend them! read more

If I could give ten stars, I would! A/C went out around 830am while we were out, found out when we came home at 11am to 86 degrees in the house. I got online to find a reputable company to repair it, and I got a quick email response from Brandon, the owner. He said they could get the tech way out to the far west valley between 1pm and 3 pm. There were a couple other jobs ahead of me, but it would be fixed the same day. Giovanni, the A/C service tech, had it fixed in less than one hour of his arrival! We had a big job and the team came in and got the job done in one day. The tech did a great job of putting up plastic to protect all our furniture and equipment so the duct cleaning was without alot of residual dust or dirt. And he cleaned up behind himself. We had new duct work installed and new registers installed with air strips. The air in the building is now balanced so that it is cool throughout. The air smells so fresh and clean. The techs were all very polite and considerate. Great job by all the techs. We much appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the work that was done. read more

It's hard to find really honest company's of any sort. This one is by far one of the best duct cleaning company's I have ever dealt with. Chris was the young man that came out and really knew what he was talking about. Let me say Bryan was the first one I spoke to and has Great customer service hands down. I at first was unsure because I was told he would be sending Chris out not himself. I had asked for a price wanting to be sure it wouldn't change before I got them out here. First time customer of Honest Air Care. I called and Alex said he'd call back and let me know when someone could come to the house and check out the problem. Within two minutes he called back and said someone would be out between 2 and 4. Around 1:00 (An early arrival is always nice) Rick showed up, knew the problem almost before he went up in the attic. Like other reviewers, I chose this company due to their high online review scores. Not disappointed. No upsell, no telling us we need to have them back out in 6 months, quote was equal to what they told me over the phone, etc. Turnaround time was a week from the time I called to them performing the cleaning. Cleaning time was fast and they arrived during the specified window. I am sure the previous homeowner had never had the ducts or drier vent cleaned so it was not an easy job either, but cost was the same as quoted. Highly recommended. read more

An e-mail was received reminding me of the time and Lance arrived as scheduled. The ducts were cleaned quickly and efficiently. These guys were great. I called inquiring on duct cleaning. They explained all the services they offer as well as the Prices associated with each service. I elected to have my entire unit cleaned as well air ducts for $475. They showed up in the time window they provided. Did the Work and my allergies have all but gone away (while I'm inside my home at least). I plan on having them install an air purification unit on my house as well as soon as the holidays are over. Not only did Mike with Expert easily diagnose the issue, but in doing so he gave the unit a brief tune up, changed our filters, and said it was in pretty good shape. This company has earned our loyalty in that when our ancient unit DOES conk out--as we know it will, perhaps in a year or so--they'll be getting our business.

This review is factual and reflect what happened. Last July…read moreI left a 5 stars review after Lee Collin installed a new blower motor. However, I realized that manual FAN ON did not work, neither the fan delay was not working. I contacted Lee Collin to verified installation of the blower motor. They send another technician. The senior one. This technician diagnosed that a fan relay was not working and possibly a timer delay relay could also be faulty. I received an estimate for this new repair for $270. I had no reason not to trust them so I changed both relay, although after replacing both relay the system did not work. I was surprised so I requested further investigation with another outside technician and it was revealed that relay were not at fault but that the first installer had not positon the white wire from the blower motor to the proper prong on the contactor, after moving the white wire to the opposite side of the contactor the fan system started to operate normally. I am a bit disappointed that 2 technician of Lee Collin could not find and rectified the problem. I understand that error do occurred but when you are paying per hour labor and expensive parts it is not want customers want. Respectfully.

I found desert foothills on Yelp and immediately started messaging them. Luke was at my house within hours fixing the problem in 20 minutes. I of course decided to her place the thermostat with the nest and thermostat messing things up again. After 6 hours of super frustration I sent another message asking for another service call. Don called me immediately and we fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. Needless to say I will never call another service again aside from desert foothills air conditioning. Truly amazing, and I am super grateful. I don't know how to recommend them even more, but if I did I would.

That aside, I also just had P&S look at it the day before and they told me what they thought it was. Luxury's assessment was essentially the same as P&S: low on refrigerant, don't know where the leak is exactly. P&S's quote was MORE THAN DOUBLE what Luxury charged me. Plus P&S exaggerated the problem and tried to pressure me into doing the repair on the spot. Luxury was professional, just did the assessment, and reported to me what he saw. I asked a few questions, he answered directly and I hired him to do the repair on the spot. No pressure. Pricing was VERY fair.

I was looking for a place to get a new AC/Heater. One place promised great prices and tons of…read moresavings. They sent a man out who promised thousands in savings and then quoted outrageous prices after his supposed savings. I was referred to David Clark, the owner of Clark Heating & Cooling. He himself came out and provided a bid for the right sized unit needed for my house. He gave three bids for me. One was for if I wanted to change my old, large ducts for a modern smaller one for better air flow and my AC Unit along with an extra vent. One for the AC and the extra vent. And One just for the AC. I picked the middle option and a few days later it was installed and done. The total cost was $5,000 less than the lowest bid from the competitor. Ever since then (two years ago) they have given me top notch care. I called the number I thought was the office and David answered. I found out he gave me his personal Cell. I felt bad because it was late at night on a Saturday. He was perfectly fine and he stated he would get this problem resolved on Monday. He kept his word. I highly recommend this HVAC Professional Company 100%. I have never been disappointed and my house stays at the right temp daily.
