    What a bunch of simply nice people! Smooth and quick process! Didn't have any of the usual car salesman "ick" factors either.

But then you have a liaison, like I did, his name was Mikey Shaw and that made everything easier. He was the most understanding, communicative and most helpful I could have asked to work with. Mikey has been more than helpful and communicative person during this whole process of mine. He was able to pivot options for me until it fit what worked best for me. While you state that all options were reviewed and voluntarily agreed to, our experience did not reflect that level of openness. Key information regarding financing and add-ons was not clearly explained upfront, and the overall process felt misleading rather than transparent. Going forward, I will not allow the dealership to communicate directly with my wife regarding any transactions or financing matters without my presence. Given how the deal was presented and finalized, this boundary is necessary due to the lack of clear and straightforward communication we experienced. This has significantly impacted our trust in your dealership. Additionally, we were told that the bank required the purchase of an extended warranty in order to receive a better interest rate. This representation felt misleading and reinforced our concerns about the sales tactics used during the transaction. Based on this experience, we are genuinely concerned about any future visits or interactions with your dealership. Our expectation is honest, direct, and transparent communication--something we did not receive.

Recently, I had to bring it back for an ongoing issue and noticed a completely new team, including the manager. I want to specifically praise Daniel F. for the excellent service I received. He took the time to explain the benefits of dealership service versus a general mechanic and kept me updated exactly as promised. He explained the progress on my car clearly, and laid out all my options. I especially appreciated his patience with my many questions. Daniel set a new standard for customer service excellence. After several bad experiences here in the past, this new team has restored my confidence. I'll be returning here for my future maintenance. Thank you, Daniel!

    Had poor experience with service reps not paying attention to detail. Claimed I would get updates…read moreabout the work. Nope. They will verbally apologize for things - feels like lip service, and make no real showing of being apologetic. An example: service rep had put down wrong address for pick up by the Uber driver. I couldn't reach anyone in the service dept (very common), so I had to show up at the wrong address to be picked up or miss the pick up service and have further delays. I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else. They claim that staff are all mostly new within the year, that even their service technicians are all new. Big turn over, you wonder why. I wish this wasn't the closest VW dealership to me, but it is.
