Being unable to figure out how to do it properly, I tried to reinstall my old three-way switch but had difficulty doing so. Ryan did a perfect job and it certainly was not easy! We had a huge round chandelier we needed to install in a 17' high ceiling. The guys built the scaffolding like pros. I REALLY appreciated how careful they were brining things up and were very mindful not to hit anything on the walls. Ryan was always professional and friendly. Ryan, the owner was very professional. When I first called Ryan, he was finishing up another job in Fontana. He drove all the way out to Santa Ana just so I could have power back on in my house. He even gave me an updated ETA. That's taking care of the customer. Ryan came back on a Sunday to complete the job that he was not able to get done Friday evening. I know Ryan has a lot of high ratings. I'm usually skeptic when I see so many great ratings. HOWEVER, when I first met him, he came off as very professional and courteous. He listened to what I wanted and when appro[riate, he made other recommendations. When he arrived to install a vent fan in our bathroom, he arrived early and was ready to go. He said it would take several hours but he was done in two. The work was great and he was very neat. He cleaned up afterwards as well.
