Had a fill and pedicure done . My fill was horrible and I've had several broke nails .. I had to keep coming in to get it fixed and now another nail has broke !! Acrylic fill . The fill was fast which I like , but I kinda got the silent treatment once they realized I didn't want all the bells and whistles. I wanted paint which they didn't offer, so I chose to just have my nails plain. For simple fill $45 dollars .also they left the inside of my nails dirty . This was only 4 days after my service, nails are completely different shapes, lengthens and my entire nail wasnt pained. Not to mention how rough my feel still look after a $70 pedicure. I very rarely take the time to write reviews but after over a year of supporting this business, I can no longer give them my money. I could go on about price but really the deal breaker for me was when I asked for a shellac pedi and regular mani. I was asked 3 times to switch to shellac, even after I explained it makes my nails thin and brittle. Once they agreed to do a regular manicure, the girl doing my fingers spent the next 30 minutes rolling her eyes and taking deep sighs while talking to the girl doing my toes. All while being 12 inches from my face. It was SO uncomfortable. Why am I spending well over $100 to have someone be rude and make me feel like I shouldn't get what I'm paying for. I wish nail salons would go back to giving quality regular manicures and stop forcing customers to spend extra money on a service we don't want and that only has the benefit of not chipping for an additional day or two. This isn't the first time I received bad service here, but it's definitely the last. read more

Over priced I was charged $65 for a fill and when I explained I didn't get a new set, I only got a fill, all the lady at the counter said was $65, I don't think she spoke English. I was quoted $65 for a new set of nails, but never received a new set as the nail tech started filing my nails she said I didn't need a new at and refused to give me a new set even though that's what I wanted. So to charge a new client $65 for a service they didn't receive is not ok. read more

Wow, one of the actual worst nail salons I've ever been too. It looks pretty! But boy the employees are awful. They talk sh*t about you the whole time. They rush you and make fun of your decisions or when you tell them what you would like they get annoyed. They are so impatient. Two of the employees were fighting whilst doing my nails literally yelling. It was anything but relaxing. The prices are ridiculous and the work is awful. The Nail bar is very nice and the staff are friendly. It's slightly pricey but it's a good experience. I was a little diss appointed that after one day my gel polish came off so easily on one nail. I would try them again but maybe ask them to slow down and let each mail stay under the light until the timer actually went off. Will update review once I visit again. read more

My relationship with Honest Nails has been an unfortunate downhill journey. My first time in I was so excited to find a nail salon so close to my home that did a fast and beautiful set of pink and white. Five stars! My second time not quite as friendly, but a quick and beautiful set of pink and white. Probably still five star. (4.5) the problems began when I took my granddaughter and wanted a service beyond my pink and white. It was awkward, they separated us, which was not the plan. I also began to figure out that apparently the one gal who does the pink and white service is maybe the only qualified person to do nails at this location. (3.5 stars) yesterday my daughter and I went. We made an appointment, but they got us started on pedicures eventually and then let us sit while they helped walk ins. Our pedicures were adequate, but we requested their 6-1 and for the money expected more. Also beware they charge $12 additional dollars for gel. My daughter's manicure left more polish on her fingers than nails and she went and got boba tea and still sat and waited quite a while before they ever started my pink and white. Another customer was yelling and threatening to storm out because of their inability to understand her wishes or clearly communicate the wait involved. The person in charge of front desk just says yes yes to everything. Bring cash to tip or if you want one person to get more than another it might not happen. He told a person who came in when asked that the wait would be ten minutes. The person doing nails next to me mumbled an hour, which we knew at this point was far more accurate. However, my pink and white was still great. Maybe 3 or 2.5 stars at this point. But then we paid. We were taken aback by $12 for gel , but the same exact pink and white I had gotten the last three previous visits went up from 55 to 80 dollars! It was now a solid 2 stars only. Then I received a text asking about our visit. I explained why I would only give two stars, instead of an apology or even maybe please come again we will try to be better I received back several aggressive texts saying I was wrong...what the heck? One star and will never be back. But darn the one qualified nail technician really does a nice pink and white.... read more

Came in for a pedicure. Wasn't impressed with my service. My pedicurist cut all my toenails to different lengths and lopsided. Didn't paint my entire nail and didn't touch up the raw ends of the nail. Won't be going back! Not recommended. read more

I was walking to Cow Chip and had to stop and cross the street when I saw this place. Super new shop, very clean and everyone was very welcoming when I walked in! I just needed an eyebrow wax and they took me back right away. Some places have wax that is way too hot but that wasn't the case here, she was professional and quick and I liked my results. The place seemed clean and bright when I walked in but when I was seated at a manicure station I noticed there were someone's acrylics on the ground under the table and the table seemed dusty...At my regular place they usually place a clean towel underneath my hands but not at this place. It didn't feel that clean to me. I also noticed that a customer left and when a new customer came in 10 mins later they sat her down at the same spot the previous one had been seated at before cleaning the area! There were so many open stations I don't know why they used the same space before cleaning it. Also, it claims to be a "nail bar"-- they advertise that with a deluxe mani you get a free drink.. 3 ladies were getting their nails done at the same time as me and None of us were offered anything to drink. My gel manicure was good over all and so was the shoulder/ neck / arm massage. I really wanted to like this place.. I looked in their website for prices for dip. It clearly says $50. So I went in. The woman (Lucy) who started my nails asked if I wanted a cuticle cut. I asked how much. She said it would be 55 total with cuticle cut so I agreed. First she barely touched my cuticles and I was asking her to cut because all she did was put the scissors close to the skin and no cuticle was removed. Then she proceeded to remove my previous dip. She didn't remove it all and I told her this. She said. Don't worry. Trust me. So she left the old layer of dip and proceeded to do two coats of their dip. Asked me to wait ten minutes for drying and ran off to do somebody else. After 20 minutes I had to remind someone that I needed oil on my nails. Then I proceeded to pay and I see I am getting charged 60. I asked the man at the counter about it and he said they charge for take off of old dip. This was not stated anywhere. I said I had never been charged for take off of dip and it was ridiculous to charge because how would they put the new on? All he said was they charged and to have a good day. Honest nails turned out to be dishonest. I'll stick with my old salon and never set foot in that place. read more

Horrible customer service from the little boy in the front. I was charged an extra $20 today without any knowledge and called and asked on why I was charged that much and not only was I given two different lies, but I was also hung up on in my face. Then when I got down there, the story was changed again of what I got. First it was, I got dip powder, then it was, I got powder, then it was I got two different colors, which none of those are true. I got what I got the last time, which was and glitter. Which was 65. So why it was 80 today, I don't know.. But I got down there and I had to argue with the manager because he continued to tell me that there must've been a language barrier when there wasn't. I work with all types of kids with language barriers. As I was getting my refund the woman who did my nails tried to say she told me when she didn't speak to me THE ENTIRE TIME other than a "hi" and "good?" The little boy tried to co-sign saying he heard her when he was never near us during the session. And the asshole didn't even want to get the colors for me, had a whole attitude and just threw me the stack that this girl had next to me.Never will be going here again.
