Been going to this salon for years. Its a hit or miss on my previous times here. Yen usually does my pedicure and waxes my eyebrows- she always does it how I like it. Got my nails done last month with Meyer and it was not the cleanest look I've gotten. However- Yesterday, she redeemed herself and gave me this beautiful candy apple cat eye full set. Horrible customer service! Had an appointment and the owner let her clients who have been with her for years go ahead of me. She does not have her license displayed anywhere in the back where she does waxing the roof is caving in. And parking omg! Nightmare completely a nightmare! She will rush thru your pedicure she has cut me with her nail clippers cutting my toe nails to bleed her English is beyond horrible!! My friends and I come here every 2 weeks to get our nails done. And I also bring my 7 year old in to get her nails done. I am honestly surprised to see 1 star reviews. The staff is very friendly and always take good care of us. I have never had any issues with my nails. Me and my sister wanted to get our nails done before our trip to Vegas and we wanted to go to a new place. This spot was close by and she had read some good reviews. When we went in, we were greeted immediately with friendly faces and asked to wait 30 minutes as it was really busy. I wanted bright rainbow coffin nails so I spent time looking for all the colors I needed. My nail lady Hannah was AMAZING!! She got the coffin shape spot on! And the attention to detail! She was really taking her time to ensure that my nails were even and exactly how I wanted. I kept admiring them before she as even done. Most places I go to skimp on buffing and evening out the nail - not here. She took her time to ensure my nails were perfect!! Only thing was that my nails were just slightly shorter than I wanted but that's on me. Super friendly and welcoming environment. Definitely will be coming back here again. I'm wowed!! read more

Save your money!!! First week after full nail set and pedicure, two nails broke right in half, paid to have them fixed. The next week 3 more broke in half I decided to get them removed because obviously they had done a very poor job, while I'm having them removed the lady is telling me this is my fault, must be my problem, I only want something for free, which I NEVER asked for or received anything without my paying and tipping!! Furthermore they did a terrible pedicure told me it cost extra money for the same service I'd done the last three times, then she threatened to call her husband on me, which btw he burnt the hell out of my toe, still have a scarred up toe, these people are rude and unprofessional, please give your money to a more deserving business!! read more

Unfortunately my regular place, Nail Master Too, their building was involved in a fire (by Athen's). Anyways, this place was great! Few more dollars than my usual place. But the service was fantastic. Yes, they followed all COVID protocols. Whether they do or not, isn't a big deal for me. But to each their own. So happy to have found this place! The whole staff is very friendly and sweet but Yen is my girl there. She's very talented and patient with me. She always helps me find the perfect nail color, and I can trust her with anything that's going on in my life. She's not only my nail tech, she's a friend. She takes the time to listen and she cares. First time at this nail place. I wanted a pedicure while waiting for my oil change to get done. They were able to get me right in which was convenient. The staff seemed nice. I went to pay and they were so expensive! I was totally taken back because the place isn't that nice. I should have asked the price before sitting down which is my own fault but most places are about the same price. Just say I won't be back! I am not one to complain but I will not be utilizing their services again I got a pedicure last week. I'm not a frequent customer so I don't know the gals name but she didn't introduce herself either. She used dremel (I think that's what its called) to clean up my cuticles I've never had this done before. I should have stopped her immediately but since I'm not one to tell someone else how to do their job ... Anyway, she knicked me on 4 toes. I actually bled. Not once did she look up and say sorry. I've been coming here for YEARS and I'm giving this place 5 stars because of their CONSISTENCY and QUALITY work they have provided to me, my friends, and my family. I don't have a designated stylist either, because I truly believe all the ladies here are equally talented. I have never had a bad experience here, busy or slow days. I see Kimberly for my nails...I have nail psoriasis and she is very gentle with the gun on my nail bed (which I appreciate because I usually have to stop doing dip to give my nails a break) I had to stop doing dip because I started see another manicurist close to work ( big mistake because I had to have Kimberly remove their dip job and let my nails heal) she always takes her time with me...I never feel rushed and the owner so welcoming and always at the job site. I see Miley for my for my feet..I have severe psoriasis on my right foot. I've had three pedicures by Miley every two weeks. Slowly but surely my psoriasis is getting better..I normally don't get pedicures because most manicurists try to remove all of the psoriasis off my right foot and I end up with it breaking out severely and have to stop getting pedicures. Miley has taken a little of the psoriasis off of my foot each time and my foot is finally healing. read more

I live in Auburn now, but when I first starting going to Auburn Nails I lived near Bremerton and would still go out of my way to come here on my way home from work in Tukwila everytime I needed a fill. Unprofessional, did not do a full manicure basically just removed the nail polish I had on and repainted them & nail polish was all over my toes. I had to repeatedly tell Tammy when my nails needed to go under the dryer since she was busy talking, also reminding her to do an extra coat on some nails. I'm not sure if the products used were old or unsanitary, but I got shellac nail polish & both my thumb nails got cracks on the side really low in the nail and my whole right toenail is infected.
