They only have chipotle blue cheese for dipping, and as someone who isn't a big blue cheese fan, I was surprised by how much I liked it. This was a true smashburger with thin patties with crispy edges, not the thicker burgers a lot of places try to pass off as one. I've been thinking about it ever since.
