The environment is super quiet so it's a great place to study or work, but that's about it. Service was fine, nothing bad to say about it. The coffee on the other hand is not good. Ordered an iced latte with vanilla and it was burnt, and little to no vanilla was in it. My husband ordered a flat white and the milk was burnt, the espresso was burnt. Looked more like a burnt, over roasted cappuccino. Unfortunately would not come back.

I had high hopes for this coffee joint but it just didn't hit the spot. Space was pretty neat with the co-op feel with the businesses all around and a fair amount of seating. Menus were confusing because they seem to have a number of different menus, whether it be on a chalkboard or by the register or in a print out. Staff was friendly enough, but overall experience was underwhelming.

If you're looking for a great spot to work from, this is definitely one of the best. There is plenty of seating and lots of outlets available, which makes it perfect for getting things done. Their hours are also very generous, staying open later than most other coffee shops. They offer an amazing selection of unique coffee options. One of the best parts is that their default milk for drinks is oat milk, which is awesome since most places charge extra for it. They also have other milk options available, of course. The only downside is that the wifi can slow down when more people are connected. I went during a busy time, so I ended up using a hotspot. But aside from that, it was totally worth the visit!

Love how this cafe is so community centric and oriented with spacious areas for work and games. A wide variety of drinks and foods to choose from. I love the vending machine with local writers and got myself a book there.

PLANT BASED & DAIRY-FREE?!? I'm in heaven! Usually, I have to save an extra breath (and some coins) and ask for a non-dairy milk for my latte, but Honey Latte Cafe saves me that extra breath and lets me keep some pocket change while they're at it. TBH, milk substitutions shouldn't be an extra charge. So, THANK YOU! My go-to order is the HONEY LAVENDER LATTE. Not too sweet just how I like it. My husband loves the COCONUT CREAM HONEY LATTE. I've tried this before, but it's a little too sweet for my tastebuds. There have been some days when they are out of the COCONUT CREAM HONEY LATTE, so it must be a local favorite. I also love ordering their vegan bread/pastries. I've tried the PUMPKIN BREAD, BANANA BREAD, & STRAWBERRY BANANA BREAD, and they were all tasty. My favorite is probably the BANANA BREAD. I am grateful that there are plenty of TABLES and various SEATING ARRANGEMENTS in this cafe, both indoors and outdoors. I never have to worry about not getting a spot when working here remotely. P.S., the longer tables have PLUGS for laptops. This large space also includes a JOURNAL/BOOK VENDING MACHINE which I thought was pretty unique. There are a few BOARD/CARD GAMES available to use. There is also a USED CLOTHING RACK if you're in the mood for shopping. It's honestly a bunch of random things you won't expect to find in a coffee shop, but that's what I love about this spot! I mean, what's more Portland than that? Not giving it the full 5 stars because the baristas don't seem too friendly or inviting. Maybe it's the vibe they're going for? In any case, I still recommend this spot. The yummy drinks, snacks, and huge space, all make up for it.

I love the feel of community here. Lots of various seating styles, dog-friendly, many outlets for plugging in laptops, workspace-friendly. Lots of young, hip creatives. Seasonal drinks are yummy and fun. Their Honey Latte is their signature drink for a reason -- it's tasty! Free wifi, cute & friendly baristas. What more can you ask for?

Love love love the vibe here. This is definitely a good representation of Portland. I stopped in before heading to a sound bath and was so happy I did. The coffee was delicious& I left with a few cute items of consigned clothes & a some free postcards. If I was going to hangout in a coffee place, this would definitely be it!

What a open and inviting cafe! It's so spacious and has a very friendly vibe. The cafe is clean and a great place to study and hang out with friends. They also use dairy free milk in their drinks!

The space feels cozy, welcoming, and full of personality. I especially loved the little post-it wall where customers can leave behind anything they want a small detail that makes the café feel even more personal and community-driven. What I ordered: Soft Cream Matcha One of the creamiest matchas I've ever had! The soft cream was incredibly fluffy and smooth, while the matcha itself was bold enough to come through with every sip and also had a coconuty essence to it. It had just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the matcha. If you love a rich, creamy matcha, this is definitely one to try. Es-Yen A classic Thai-style iced coffee made with condensed milk. This was strong, sweet, and definitely had that much-needed wake-me-up effect! The condensed milk gave it a creamy sweetness while still allowing the bold coffee flavor to shine through. It was the perfect balance of sweet and strong exactly what I needed. Buttered & Sweetened Condensed Milk Toast I originally had my eye on the pandan toast, but it's clearly a popular choice because it was already sold out earlier in the day! So I went with the buttered and sweetened condensed milk toast instead, and I'm so glad I did. The toast was crispy on the outside, buttery, warm, and finished with that sweet condensed milk flavor. Every bite practically melted in my mouth. The pandan toast is definitely on my list for next time! My Portland experience was made even better by my stop at Kaleido Coffee. The owners were so sweet and welcoming, taking the time to give me recommendations and making sure everyone was taken care of even during a busy rush. Until next time, Portland!

The caramel taste homemade and while it may not be for everyone it was a bit over cooked giving the otherwise very sweet drink a touch of bitter bite at the end. While I didn't stay, the shop was lovely and unique with its tables and floor seating. If in the neighborhood, this is a great spot to pause for a bit between the many shops around. This is nothing on the shop, but I always warn when places are in those older parts of town, ie no parking lot and very small congested side streets around. Be care and slow finding parking as it can be a challenge. For me, this shop is worth it.

Great service from friendly barista. I ordered the Chocolate Jesus and my kid had the Arabic People's Latte. Both drinks were unique and superbly delicious with cardamom accents. We stopped in here after playing a round at the Wonderwood Mini Golf. It had been hot and cramped and we really needed a drink. The door was being held open by a line of people and usually that is a great sign. Being busy is awesome for the business and I am glad they are so popular. It was a weekday, probably around 11 am and there were just so many people in line. It was really cute inside but SO chaotic. There were tons of kids screaming and at times it was difficult to tell where the line really was. After about 5 minutes of the line not moving, I started to get a slight headache from the noise and we agreed we would have to go somewhere else. It was probably for the best as all the indoor and outdoor seating was full so there would have been nowhere for us to eat even if we had braved the line. I think when a business reaches this level of popularity, it's important to put systems in place to keep patrons from feeling crowded and overwhelmed and it's definitely something they might want to look into in the future.
