Made fresh daily, obviously with quality ingredients. My Filipino wife loves her Ube, but has a hard time finding some that meets her standards. She loved this ube gelato - continually commenting on its creaminess. Her espresso gelato had that nice coffee-infused zing. My chocolate gelato was amazing, and the salted caramel wasn't bad either. Wow, this gelato was the best I've had in a long time. I can't wait to eat it again. I had vanilla, green tea, and raspberry sorbet. We googled Fiorello and paid them a visit. I love that there are amazing dairy free flavors. No deprivation in the dairy free department. The texture of their gelatos and sorbets is so satisfying. I feel as if I'm back in Venice. (They are in the canal, but it's not quite the same.) We stock up for ourselves and hand out a few to neighbors and friends in place of wine now that more people are not drinking. Cheers!
