They used some kind of frizzy soda in their lemonade drinks and can't adjust the sweetness level of the drink, but you have the option to choose the sweet level. Even with 25% sweetness is still very overly sweet. Complain to the store assistant they can't do anything about it and won't let you change to a different with adjusted sweet level. I mean the drink is $7 plus, you can probably get way better option than that. read more

Haven't been disappointed yet! It's a large menu but I do love every drink I've tried. My favorite is the Mango yogurt mousse (the tart of the Greek yogurt & sweetness of the mango drink is awesome) but I also like their boba milk teas in general. My only complaint is that they're not open long enough during the weekends! Those looking for it may have a hard time (it's in the food hall) but it's definitely a gem! read more

I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba! My kids had a strawberry mango smoothie and they ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Super excited that I can get good drinks with quality ingredients in the Tri-Valley! The employees told me that they use cane sugar that they make in house, fresh fruits, and real fruit juices in their drinks as opposed to artificial sweeteners and flavors. I was disappointed when we went to their old location under a different name to find them closed, but immediately came to Honey Tea to get my boba fix. I like their new menu with more drinks, and you and customize most of the teas to your own preference. You will for sure find me here again trying more drinks. read more

I came here because I wanted something refreshing since it was a hot day. This is in the new food court in the Pacific Pearl plaza. There was a short line but it went by quickly. I ordered the Grapefruit Crisp and thought it was a very good fruit tea. There were actual grapefruit pulp. It had the perfect amount of sweetness that balanced out the tart from the lemon and grapefruit. The wait for the drink didn't take very long. Everything at Honey tea is so great, everything from the customer service, to the drinks and the Mai fence of the place. The countertops are very clean and sanitized. Two of my favorite drinks are the Thai tea slushy and the Oreo milk tea, they are my go to drinks. Just wish there was a combination with a Thai slushy with Oreos, I think that would be a huge hit because not many places serve this combination! I'm standing here waiting on my honey milk tea and we are approaching 15 minutes. Take a look at the photo and there is no crowd. Advice to management: when you have two people working and you have a mix of large and small orders, designate one person to handle the larger order while the other takes the small. I tried this place yesterday as it is a new joint around town! Ordered 4 drinks and it was meh. It was buy one and the others one 50% off. The drinks are a bit on the sweeter side. However I see they make the drinks with real fruits and some kind of ice cream. It was not a wow place and paying 5-6$ a drink I would like it to taste better instead of just sugar and water. The other thing was the guy that worked there was kind of rude; I plugged in my five star account and they didn't add the points in. I asked him about it and he said I don't know it's not my problem , if it didn't get logged than ‍ . He literally gave me that face ‍ I was thinking wtf. Because you work there, at least give an effort to add the points in or apologize. But I didn't like the attitude. Luckily at the end , the older lady.l believe May be the owner came and help me with the points issue. That's only cuz I went to her and asked.. o.0 probably won't be coming here anytime soon since there are many other options . Drinks are mediocre and the service is really what left me sour. Update ; thanks for the business owners response , and in fact it's not true that I didn't plug in my phone number first. That's actually the first thing I did before ordering and I've explained to the guy that I plugged it in first and didn't see the points which is the reason why I wanted it to be added. We ordered the Thai tea with ice cream today. It was a nice treat, not overly sweet and the perfect amount of ice. Super fast service. Only thing I didn't like was powdery feeling in my mouth from the tea. Not sure if that was from the ice cream or Thai tea powder if they used it. Price is OK. This is my new favorite tea place to go to. The menu is amazing and I just can't wait to try all their different drinks and toppings. Even though I know it's seasonal, my favorite is the watermelon tea. So refreshing and you can tell that their ingredients are FRESH. Their milk teas and their thai tea is also so good. I ordered 2 Brown Sugar Milk teas. First thing she asked was "do you want boba?". I promptly answered "No Boba". Long and behold my drinks had boba. Here's what pissed me off. This place is ridiculous- the big issue/ problem is that they tend to have what can be seen as racist stances against those who aren't seen as Asian (chinese) when trying to order. We were in line to order but they said they were supposedly "closed".And we were turned away and told to return when they open. But as we were waiting for them to "open"- they took orders of 3 different customers - all asian customers. I then approached the cashier and asked if we can order, apparently cause everybody else after us was able to even if they were supposedly "closed". He then proceeded to take my order but then a women came from the back and stopped him from doing so, stating that they were still closed. Yea, after I mentioned that he had already taken so many others orders- she then began to say " it was only for kids" mind you - I have my own children wanting a drink as well. I guess because my children do not conform to their standards of looking Asian therefore they refused service and did not wanting to take our order. Also, the other orders that were taken were for other adults... So, instead of arguing with the individual (fools only argue with fools) whom obviously did not want our business, I politely left with my children and will ordered across the way at Bambu ( by the way they are delish! And staff are professional and kind) - there are so many with better places around the plaza with much better customer service, tastier drinks that aren't over priced, that treat all their customer regardless of ethnicity respectfully and equally. So then the worker proceeded to go on his phone and watch YouTube, apparently which is more important than putting in some work... well I guess they'd rather pay their workers/staff to chill, watch YouTube and discriminate against those who don't look like them! I would suggest taking your business some where else where they don't treat their customers with rudeness based on their ethnicity. The plaza and the surrounding areas have plenty of places more with exceptional/desirable selection of drinks around within a min drive. read more
