Oreo Milk Tea, 5.95 +1. lrg +70¢ Boba =$7.65 (tax incl) | tea: mild | cookies: too sweet | balls: bouncy, mid | taste: like melted ice cream
Nettie S.

*foodie DEETS here* - 10.13.25's visit, review #215 Been craving boba, which I haven't had for a couple of mos. My new choice threw me off tho. Finally tried this stall after togo din & buying veggies @ Pacific Pearl, Asian foodie plaza by SF Premium outlets. 1 of 2 OGs, surviving endless rotating neighbors, inside Pacific Food Hall since 2019. V I B E S . . . This bldg is alwaz sadly dead since it's concealed at the furthest end of the plaza, away from traffic. D R I N K . . . - Oreo Milk Tea, 5.95 +1 lrg +.70 Boba = 7.65 (tax incl) Tea part was mild. Too much crushed cookies made it really sweet even after mixing. Mid boba had a bounce, but centers were starting to harden, which meant they weren't fresh. My 1st time ever for an Oreo drink & won't be doing it again. Killed my curiosity tho, lol. Tasted like a melted version of my go-to ice cream at home, meh. Btw, fruit drinks were advertised as 100% real & w/ pure cane sugar syrup. If returning, I'd try: - Fresh Orange Yakult, 6.25 - Brown Sugar Latte, 5.95 - Matcha Latte, 5.95 - Fresh Taro Milk Tea, 7.25 S E R V I C E . . . 1 lady operated the stand, which was sufficient since there was no demand. She wouldn't make the drink w/ no ice cuz of "how the foam works." Uh, I did not want it watered down since I wasn't having it for a couple hrs til after din. - Return? Prob not - Apple Pay: Yep, who doesn't these days? P.S. If u found what I spent time on to be of help, show this (Asian) sista some love by SMASHing a reaction & FOLLOWing me if u don't already!! ;-P Thx in advance & may there be more noms in our futures, cheers...

Grapefruit Crisp ( Large)

This is the boba tea shop inside a Pacific Food Court next to Ranch 99 market at the east side of Stoneridge drive ( near by Livermore outlet ) . It has a extensive menu for fruit teas ( 21 different kinds ) , non dairy milk tea for people with lactose intolerance , fresh brewed tea , latte made with organic fresh milk , smoothies, fizzy , cream foam , yoguart mousse , etc . You can order on line or with the Kiosk . We tried the large grapefruit crips ( with mix of orange , lemon and grapefruit) . It tastes good with the right amount of juices in combination. I think the owner lady deserves a 5 stars . She really know how to make the drinks taste excellent. I have been to many famous boba drink places. This is definitely one of the best !

This was a relatively simple experience but a really pleasant one! I'm a huge fan of coffee milk teas but not a lot of boba spots serve it, so imagine my excitement when I see coffee milk tea on the menu. Of course I had to get it! I ordered on a kiosk and lowered the sugar a bit. Also added boba. Honestly, this turned out to be one of the better coffee milk teas I've had and I'm really happy I enjoyed it. I would totally see myself coming back to get this the next time I'm in this plaza. There's plenty of food court seating here so if you stop by, you could get it to go or sit and enjoy with friends.

Drinks were too sweet, even I had them less sweet. The Brown Sugar Fresh Milk was too sweet. The jelly in the Trio could be fresher. Service was very good. Seating was good and the cleaning lady was busy cleaning. Ambiance was casual.

I've been coming to the food court this boba place is located in for a while and I must say the shops are constantly changing but I'm glad to see this drink place has stayed strong. They have a fairly wide choice of drinks including teas, milk teas, and smoothies. Recently my bf and I ordered a chocolate banana and a banana smoothie. The worker actually asked us if we preferred the smoothie texture more milky or thick. I kind of loved that she asked that, since I actually do prefer a thicker consistency for a milkshake and do get disappointed when it's more liquid. Their boba is decent too but nothing super special so I can't give it 5 stars, but I do enjoy coming here for drinks while waiting for my food from one of the other nearby food shops.

Ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba. This common drink is a base drink that I use for comparing boba drink establishments. Their tea had a good balance of sweetness and bitterness in addition to nice soft chewy boba (not hard!). They did a very good job and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a quiet food court.

On the way home from the Bay Area, we stopped by Honey Tea for a quick refresher. I got the Brown Sugar Latte with boba, I opted for 100% sugar level, but I think it could used a little bit more. My wife got the traditional Milk Tea with boba and 25% sugar level, and she said it was perfect. This place is located inside the food court of a strip-mall. Plenty of parking outside and ample seating inside the food court. Recommended if you're looking for a quick boba fix :)

Honey Tea is located in the food court area of the shopping center. One of several boba places in this shopping center, it certainly has some competition just outside of its doors. Since it's in the food court, it's a smaller shop, and fighting for seating here sometimes during peak hours is a pain since there's only so many seats in there with everything else in that food court. Their menu is pretty decent. It's a self-order place too, so you just order at the kiosk. Today I got the standard milk tea with boba. It was actually better than I thought it would be. The milk tea flavor and balances were good. The boba itself in there was also good, nice and QQ. Price wise, it was about the same as the other spots in this shopping center. Overall, pretty good, albeit, my expectations were pretty low, and previous attempts to drink here were thwarted by just not feeling it. It's pretty good, so perhaps will try them out again next visit to this shopping center since I usually find myself here from time to time anyways.

This small boba stall is located in the Pacific Food Hall (food court) of the Pacific Pearl Plaza. We ordered the following drinks: Matcha Oreo Milk Tea: I originally asked for 25% sugar, but the worker informed me that the Matcha may be more bitter in taste, so I adjusted it to 50%. It was a good amount of sweetness. I don't recommend getting any toppings, as you get sips of Oreo chunks. It was pretty good. Thai Tea with ice cream: I ordered this with 75% sugar, but I should have adjusted this to 50% sugar. The drink itself was sweet, but when you mix in ice cream, it was even sweeter. It sounded good on the menu, but it wasn't all that special. Kumquat Yakult: I wanted to try one of their fruit teas. It was my favorite of the three drinks. It was refreshing with a tart citrus taste.

Yeang-Shin P.

I came to the food court to quickly pick up some roast duck from S&J BBQ and while I was waiting, I figured I give Honey Tea a try since I've seen it many times. Whenever I try a new boba spot, I typically go with something classic. So I tried Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba, 50% ice and sugar. Unfortunately I was very disappointed by the entire drink. It lack the tea flavor, the milk tasted like bland powder (though I know most places using milk powder), and there wasn't any sweetness. Not that it would help since the drink had no flavor. Don't think I'll give it another try.

Mango Passion Licious
Sydney J.

I tried the Mango Passion Licious, which comes as large by default, with light ice, 75% sweetness, and lychee jelly. I definitely tasted the fruit and honey although there's still the very slight bitter tang of the tea, and felt it was still pretty sweet at 75%. I do like the lychee jelly and the overall fruitiness of the drink. However, I would say their drinks are rather expensive as it was already over $6 not including tax and tip.

Claire C.

Best fruit tea I ever had so far at East Bay I would say. I and my husband always seeking a good fruit tea near around East valley, because we are so picky about the taste that is hard to get a right fruit tea. Until we found Honey tea this summer! I love this tropical passion fruit Tea which has a lot of fresh passion fruit in it! And 50% sweet here is good to me (their homemade sugar syrup is so good and healthy) We hate oversweet drinks, so we usually order with 25% sweet or even no sweet at other fruit tea stores. But here 50% is perfect taste to us!

Winnie L.

The brown sugar milk tea with boba (medium, less ice, normal sugar) was perfect today. Well-balanced flavors of brown sugar and tea. Just enough milk. The boba cooked just right with a nice chewy texture.

They sell a ham & cheese croissant, coffees, teas, lattes, and four flavors of Japanese shaved ice called kakigori, which is the star of the show. The texture of this shaved ice is like fluffy cool softness that melts in your mouth. It is different than the traditional shaved ice and it is far from a snow cone. We ordered mango and kinako (a roasted soybean flour commonly mixed with sugar). These are large desserts! It takes time to make them since there are fresh ingredients inside. The mango was superb with little bits of fresh mango buried inside the ice. Not sickeningly sweet like the syrups most places use. My husband's had little mochi pieces mixed inside. It is common to add kinako to mochi so this was a bonus and a nice surprise. The kinako dessert was sweeter than the mango. Please know that there seems to be no a/c in this little shop but she has fans going. We went in the late afternoon so it was really uncomfortable inside. I had to leave and wait outside until the dessert was ready. It's hard to take these home as it melts fast so we sat inside to enjoy them. It was like heaven in my mouth and it cooled me down instantly. You must be patient as it takes at least 10-15 minutes for her to prepare the desserts but it is worth the wait! There is a small parking lot right in front shared with other businesses. Located right off the freeway behind Burger King.

With that being said, it may just have been the couple of choices we had for food. The ube filled baked good was not very good, but I say that as an ube fiend. I was a little cranky you have to order in twos but afterwards that first bite, I'm glad I had a whole one to myself! We got the Portuguese sausage with musubi and chili oil. The chili oil had a lot of heat and flavor to it! I don't recommend the chili oil if you're picturing a light spice because it packs a punch. But if you like the fire, highly recommend! My partners favorite was the classic teriyaki spam with unagi and avocado. I really enjoyed the portion sizing of each item - created a really perfect bite. The unagi had an extra smokiness to it.
