Stopped by Honeygrow and tried the Garlic Butter Chicken--fresh egg white noodles with roasted chicken, snow peas, scallions, mushrooms, toasted sesame seeds, chili crisps, and a rich garlic butter sauce. I also had the Pomodorini Focaccia, which was perfectly seasoned with tomato and Italian herbs, along with a Strawberry Guava Lemonade--a refreshing blend of lemon, guava, and strawberry. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The only downside was that ordering was a bit confusing at first, but an employee explained that you have to use the kiosk.

not impressed. for $15.00 I could have gone to a local Chinese restaurant and had better food and more of it. not sure what all the hype is about for this place. food was "meh" and very expensive.

    A bag of food

I love when food is put on the mobile rack while you're sitting waiting without a word being said. I got here early. Called out 3 other orders two ladies and a gentlemen. Waiting patiently. No it's a secret when mines ready. Better watch the mobile rack like a hawk employees couldn't bother to call out a name.

Ordered the sesame beef stir-fry. It was good but the portion is small for $15. It's mostly noodles with a sauce.

So after all these years I finally came back to Carlisle just so I could have that dish again. The ramen with the savory meat, the crisp veggies, the creamy avocado, and crunchy peanuts make for a perfect bowl of ramen! Plus, their milk teas are also great! The staff here is friendly and the restaurant itself is set up nice! I love Issei Noodle, and I hope I don't have to wait another 8 years to go back!

Total came out to approximately $43 (not including tip). What's hot - Menu. Pretty good. There's something for everyone, possibly even vegans. I'm uncertain whether they have vegetable broth, but they have options that are vegetarian. There's pho, ramen, rice, curry, meats, and tofu. - Quality. Pretty good. The chicken karage was not overly breaded, crispy, had a nice flavor. Lt was not overly salty and served warm. My tofu miso ramen was not overly seasoned, which I appreciate. One of my pet peeves is when noodle soups are too salty, because it detracts from what the natural flavor should be. My miso ramen had a nice seasoning. My husband really enjoyed his red curry. He said it had a slight kick of spiciness with a slight taste of sweetness from the coconut milk. - Portions. Pretty decent size portions to get you full, not stuffed. Good value for money. - Location. Centrally located in downtown around other shops and restaurants. What's not - Service. Among the 4 in our group, 3 of us had something wrong with our orders. My ramen arrived with no tofu. When our friends received their orders, it was completely wrong (I.e., they were given someone else's order). There were also mistakes in the dishes they actually ordered. Given all the errors, everything was delayed and took longer, which was frustrating. - Payment. You're expected to pay your tab before actual service, which includes tips, as well. Hubby and I aren't fans of that, especially given all the mistakes that our group encountered. - Parking. Since it's downtown, it's mostly timed and metered parking in the area. - Time. They close at 8pm. Our group was the last ones in the restaurant, which surprised us. As such, I asked their staff what time they close. When they responded 8pm, I asked them if our group should leave. The staffers told me that my group was ok, which we appreciated. However, we didn't stick around. Just be prepared that this is not a place you can continue to hang out in. Final answer Willing to return, but not a first choice.

Issei Noodle - The restaurant is small with some communal tables. Parking in downtown Carlisle can be challenging. Be sure to check the hours.

Early dinner, the location is very easy to find. It's in a strip mall with plenty of open parking. When we walked in, we are cheerfully greeted by an older gentleman at the cash register who provided outstanding customer service and was very attentive to detail, if we were able to give the service we received 10 stars we would that was really the shining star of this dining experience . We ordered the potstickers and order of Korean meatballs two large fountain drinks ordered the crispy bacon Alfredo with the Parm chicken and the Rosa rigatoni with the Parm chicken as well. Our food came out fairly quick, which would be normal, but it was lukewarm. It wasn't served hot and that went for all of the food we were served. It looked really well and it was really well presented, but again it was lukewarm at best. On the crispy bacon Alfredo dish what drew this down to a three star was the broccoli on a dish like this you would figure that the broccoli would be cooked. However, it was almost raw broccoli that was put on this dish let alone the noodles and chicken were lukewarm I think more attention needs to be given in the kitchen area and to whoever was cooking our dishes. You really wanna have these food serve hot to the table and ensure that everything else is cooked properly and not just raw broccoli which was a real turn off for noodles and Company in general. Beyond ambience was very nice. It was very well presented inside the building. The counters were very clean. The floors were very clean. They have nice digital displays. No complaints there at all.
