The food is decent and the prices are pretty fair. I've gotten my food delivered the first couple times and then picked it up the next time and the guy in his 30s that was making some of the food was extremely rude and condescending for absolutely no reason like he was mad he had to do things he was being paid to do. Despite that very unpleasant experience I gave them another shot and ordered delivery again and both orders were messed up majorly with wrong add ons and the wrong sauce for both stir fry orders. Probably will look for somewhere new or maybe try their other location at some point. read more

I love honeygrow. It is amazing, the concept is great, and their hiring model usually makes for a great experience. Radnor is the exception. I have ordered 3 times through caviar delivery and each time, honeygrow leaves off premium ingredients. 3 times they forgot the bacon, and this third time they also forgot the goat cheese. These ingredients cost extra. This is ridiculous, they are getting quite the profit because the caviar people are not responsible for picking through my salad and ensuring the ingredients are there, so when it gets to me, everyone is long gone. 1 time is MAYBE understandable. 3 times? They have Wawa style kiosks where you order your food from. You can pay with card at the kiosks or with cash with a cashier. Everyone is super helpful if you are confused or it is your first time. My girlfriend and I ordered throuh their mobile app, which saved $5 on the order and had our stirfry/salad ready for us 5 minutes before pickup. The overall ordering was very convenient though the app isn't fantastic itself. Last time I used the app, I had to wait 30 minutes from arrival (45 minutes from submission of the order!) to pick up my food. The stirfry was cold, as in "still felt like it was in the refrigerator" cold. The service is very inconsistent and I've had better experiences at other locations. Ordered the apple pie honey bar and wow 1000/10 . It had candied pecan bits, cake bites, whipped cream, and roasted and diced apples with cinnamon. They even bring your food out to you car if you order to go on the app. I usually get salads from honeygrow but I decided to use my birthday reward for a free honeybar. The options can get overwhelming at first so I'd just go for the preselected ones to start off. I've been here twice now and I'm OBSESSED. Can't wait until they expand to NY! Their stir-fry is SO GOOD, and I love that I can pick and choose what proteins, grains, vegetables get loaded on!! My go-to is their pork + tofu + egg, brown rice, all the vegetables I can cram, and their sweet soy sauce. It's enough for 2 meals, and I love how filling and DELICIOUS it always is! It can get pretty crammed in there at lunch time, so we try to get to Honeygrow by 11:30 to beat the lunch crowd. Having been to the location in Center City, this location should get nothing less than a four star rating. I went during what would be considered the high traffic lunch hour and I may have waited no more than 10 minutes for my order, which is not bad at all. I haven't tried their salads yet, but I love to get the stir fry with either the white rice noodles or the mix of black and brown rice. I usually create my own stir fry because you can go crazy and add almost anything you wish. I love the sour cherry BBQ sauce because it has a sweet and tangy taste. I was so excited to try this place, seeing that you get to pick your own ingredients and is a healthy option for food. I was a little worried seeing that the reviews in Yelp was a hit or miss. I ended up ordering 2 stir frys to go. The good: noodles were cooked well and sauce was a perfect amount and tasted good.... it was a good amount of food. The bad: I paid extra money for extra ingredients and they forgot ingredients in BOTH stir frys. Pickled cucumber AND kale in 1 and shredded carrots AND kale in the other. I also ordered snap peas and unfortunately the ends of the snap peas are not removed so most were very hard/stringy and mostly left uneaten. Over all I also thought there were too much noodles to too little vegetables/ meat in the over all dish (I would give it about 20% to 80%). Since I like to eat healthy, hence adding extra veggies that were forgotten, (but don't like eating salads all the times) I would recommend a higher ratio of the veggies/ meats to the carb base. Overall I was pretty disappointed. I would recommend if you go here not to order and have to pay for extra items. Just went here! Beautiful layout that is efficient and stylish!! There are many touch screen order computers when you walk in, so you barely have to wait in a line. Orders are fast and efficient! Staff were friendly and excited about this new store! Prices are kinda steep, but you get a decent amount that will last you for two meals, plus the food quality it great! All very fresh and nicely displayed! They'll do a great business being across from RHS. Just a heads up though! They are very generous with everything--especially when it comes to sauce and dressing!! I ordered a stir fry with "light" sauce and I found my food had a hefty amount mixed it. I'm a big fan of the honeygrow concept. I've visited this location a few times, and overall its great food but they still seem to be working out the kinks. Every stir fry and salad combination I've tried has been very good. The touch screen ordering system allows you to easily create custom orders. I'm a big fan of the food quality, but the system here could definitely use some process improvements. The lines for waiting and ordering are not clearly separated so there is always a big mass of confused people. To get to the order area you need to go through the waiting zone, which makes no sense. Its so bad that they have two employees just doing crowd control. While the touch screen is great, the way they distribute your order by shouting a number seems very archaic. How about a screen displaying ready orders, order buzzers like Panera, or even handing out numbers like Smashburger? I can't imagine actually eating in at this place to hear people screaming numbers the whole time you are trying to hold conversation. The bathroom is another part of this restaurant which could be improved too. There is no way to exit the bathroom in a sanitary fashion. The mens room has a handle to exit, and no paper towels. So basically every time you exit the men's room you're touching someone else's junk. I love the food, but there is definitely room for improvement with the overall customer experience. read more

They use the Wawa-style ordering system for everything. Honeygrow offers their own sodas, teas, and smoothies which are quite nice. I cannot comment on the honeybar, though, as I have not tried it. The combinations are nice, but I do wish they would offer more sauces. The downside is Honeygrow is popular, and I expect it to remain so. It can take longer to get your food than you might wish. I really try to like this Honeygrow location but they are just super slow & I understand you are busy but I shouldn't be waiting 10 minutes past my pickup time for my app order EVERY SINGLE TIME. In one instance I was picking up for my coworkers and myself and everyone's orders were ready except for one persons. After 25 minutes and repeatedly asking if the meal was ready we were told no by an employee that it must not be ready. Finally, I went to the front of the line and asked someone and they "searched" for it then finally someone points out a bag that had been on the counter for a very long time I'm guessing it had been there prior to the 25min we waiting in store. My coworker had forgotten to pick a base and sauce so they put it aside but apparently no one knew about it. Soooo here we were 35 minutes later waiting for them to make a stir fry with a base. I mean I can blame my coworker for forgetting to pick a base and sauce but also we asked them several times about her meal and no one knew anything and not one single apology! It's crazy. I took my first and absolute last trip to this Honeygrow in St. David's, PA and the experience that the manager and staff created prompted me to write my very first review of any restaurant. I think anyone would agree that trying to order especially the first time is difficult at Honeygrow. I asked for help and the young man at the register who was finished with his last customer raised his index finger and pointed straight up to suggest, 'wait, I'm too busy to even tell you that I'm busy.' But it gets better, the manager comes over supposedly to help me and begins yelling comments like I was an idiot like 'touch the screen!,' 'yeah that's a cobb salad!.' Finally, I said, I'm just going to leave. He actually follows me out to the front door asking why I'm so upset. Would love to have one of these outside of the East Coast because I'd definitely become a regular! Tasty and healthy quick serve restaurant specializing in stir fry, salads, and other "healthy" entrees & treats. Similar to "Noodles & Co." but has a healthier and more modern vibe. I felt pretty tech savvy using the kiosk station to order my meal. I liked that I could build my own entree or easily customize a "suggested" menu item with my own toppings. After placing my order on the kiosk, the wait was slightly longer than I expected but I still received my order within about 10-12 minutes, maybe 15 - not bad for lunch hour on a weekday. Customers mainly appeared to be health-conscious professionals from the nearby office buildings, which made me feel even healthier during my visit. The food itself was tasty and plentiful, but I would keep working on my recipe to get a perfect fit next time. The lemon miso chicken stir fry was a really big portion but I would've liked to have had more veggies and chicken, less noodles. The "lemon" flavor in the lemon miso was hard to taste, so I might go for a different sauce next time. Maybe the curry for a little more heat. The green smoothies looked good but I opted for a fountain drink instead. The fountain offered a variety of "natural" soft drinks and flavored teas which was a nice departure from Coke, Diet Coke, or Pepsi. The green tea with ginseng was wonderfully refreshing. So, this review is not based on the hot food section. I have only had the honey bar and the smoothie. I love the honey bar. Picking fruit, honey, yogurt and other toppings is healthy and a treat. I love the screens you order from. For me this is preferred. Hit some buttons, pay and wait. Great system. I really love coming here and getting a healthy treat. I tried the smoothie as well, which you cannot create. It is just "the smoothie". I did not like this- I actually could not finish it. I wish I could get a smoothie the way I create things in the honey bar. This was a bummer. It was green, with no good flavor. I am not certain what was in it. It had lots of pulp or something in it. The staff is super friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in. I hope to sometime try the hot food, and when I do I will give a review on that. I've tried the spicy garlic and it's a little too spicy for me, although being nine months pregnant may have something to do with that! I've only gotten veggie stir fry, even though I do eat meat. I feel like there is plenty of veggies and flavor, that I don't miss the meat in it. Very clean, lunch can be very busy so it's best to go before or after the business person rush.
