I gave Hong Kong another try when I needed a late, nutritious dinner, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Rice noodles with hot chili oil is my favorite comfort food. With broccoli, green beans and baked and broiled fish, it is very healthy fare. The selection is huge and they still had almost everything at the end of the night. Don't like Chinese? I've avoided this place because of a couple bad reviews but I decided to give it a shot today since it's close to my hotel. I was surprised when I walked in. It's a nice place. I was expecting limited options based on previous reviews but they have everything I could possibly want. Everything is fresh and the staff is continually brining more food out. Everything has flavor and there are zero issues with this place. Keep in mind I give it 5 stars for a cheap Chinese buffet option. My only complaint is they have TVs playing jeopardy rather loudly. The staff is great greeted immediately when I walked in the door etc etc. no issues here. read more

Stopped here, not by choice! There was a hair on the green beans, owner was told about it and said it comes form the fields when harvested. He had the green beans replaced with same utensils. I most definitely do not recommend this place, what was their to expect form a Chinese buffet!! read more

Not sure why enchiladas, tamales and pizza is served at a Chinese buffet but whatever. The food was cold, and overly greasy. Everything was covered in oil it left oil slicks on my plate. I avoided the sushi while it looked fresh it didn't look like it was stored properly at the buffet. The rice didn't look fresh it was old looking and yellow. The food was overly salty that I started having a headache ten minutes into eating it. While it looks good on pictures it's awful. Left a bad after taste in my mouth I hope I don't get sick. read more

Friendly staff who greet you as you come in, your host seats you and brings your drinks promptly, they refill your drinks and check on you appropriately, and once you are done they clean up very quickly! The food is good! There is a variety of foods from warms to cold, desert, fruits, different salad pastas, ice cream. You have way too many options that are great. Highly recommend going. read more

The food was salty and oily and some of it didn't looked cooked.... and I am not talking about the raw sushi they try and pass off as sushi. I never touch that stuff. There's not a huge selection; there was no General Tso chicken or Chinese bbq ribs like you find at pretty much any other buffet. This place has literally the worst Chinese food in the United States. They have more Mexican food on their buffet than Chinese cuisine and they can't even get the Mexican food right. I'm not big on buffets but this is one of my favorite Chinese buffets in Houston. The guy is that are in charge are two brothers and they're always they're at the front making sure that customers are taken care of. Most of the time I do take out and since this is a buffet I pack the box to the top, which they don't mind as long as you can close the top. They have a good variety of your traditional American Chinese buffet food including sesame chicken, orange chicken, chicken on a stick etc. Additionally as I understand for dinner they have seafood items that I'm not usually available for lunch. They keep the catering conveyor going on time for the most part even when its busy . If you decide to dine in its all you can eat. I do recommend a to go box as well as occasional dine in. read more
