To my surprise the food arrived literally in 25 mins! They have a special for 2 for $19.99 where you choose 2 entrees, 2 soups, 2 egg rolls and 2 cookies! Food was hot and fresh! I know they're busy,and it's COVID season but that's no excuse why my order was wrong. I ordered sweet and sour chicken but why my sweet and sour chicken came with no sweet and sour sauce??? So I called and she said I can get sweet and sour sauce delivered in a hr. By then my chicken will be cold. So I asked can y'all replace my chicken and the sauce ? I came here for dinner and got combination lo Mein, sesame chicken with steamed rice, egg rolls, and steamed dumplings. The dumplings were not good they tasted very bland. The eggs were hot and fresh, and they tasted really good! The sesame chicken was very tasty and I would recommend that to anyone. The combination lo mein is very rich and they give you a huge portion size. You can honestly share the entrees here. Once you order they give you the food pretty fast hence there store name! The place isn't very busy, we were the only ones at this place. They decorated it very well since it's the holiday season. Tried it for the first time and was deeply disappointed by both the service and food. They took my order and the place was not busy so expected it to be a rather quick transaction.... wrong. After waiting for 15 minutes and watching them call numbers AFTER mine I approached the counter and all they said was I had duplicate numbers on my receipt??? Huh... you gave me the receipt. So, went back and sat down and waited another 15 minutes and after watching ever other person come in and get their food and leave I once again approached the counter and asked where my order was? The girl behind the counter simply walked over to the kitchen window area and pointed out my order sitting on the counter...and said here it is. No one called out my number and I sat there waiting for over a half an hour for one lunch order of sweet n sour chicken.... ridiculous. No apologies for the wait or for not calling out my order. Got home to find out they forgot to give me my egg roll and the portion size was very small in comparison to other competitors. Came here for Chinese food. Place doesn't look conducive for dine in, so did takeout instead. The price is reasonable and the quantity is good. The quality however is what earned it the one star. The flavor was bad or actually non-existent. I don't know what type of rice they used for their fried rice but it's the worse fried rice I've had. So food review to the side for just a moment. I have to comment and send a review regarding the delivery of my order. I ordered from the Forney, Tx location and I definitely got more than I bargained for. While I was waiting for the order to be delivered, I went out to my front yard to hang Old Glory. The winds have been crazy and so I had removed it but wanted to get it back to flying proudly. While I was working on getting it on the pole, the delivery driver arrived. He was of Chinese dissent and when he approached, I told him that he could leave the order on the sidewalk. Instead, he stood there while I was getting the flag in place and once I had it fully ascended and secure, this man gave me a giant hug. I'm talking a great big bear hug as if he was thanking me. I absolutely couldn't believe it and when I walked back in the house I bust into tears. This reminded me that there are people in this country, as much as things are screwed up, that are still proud to be an American! tl;dr - Driver left gum on our front door, lied to his manager about fixing the issue, girl on the phone hung up on me after I called asking if he was coming to clean it off. Overall, disgusting customer service, even worse drivers. Needless to say, I will never purchase food from this establishment again. Ohh boy, this is gonna take a minute. I included a tl;dr for those that don't feel like reading a lot, but you should. So tonight we decided to order delivery, after the driver left and I had eaten, I went outside for a cigarette. I noticed a piece of gum stuck to the front door and immediatly called the restaurant, the manager didn't understand what I was saying so she gave the phone to an employee, after explaining what happened I was put on hold for ~5 minutes, she told me she had called the driver and he would be coming back to our house to get it off the door. I waited outside about 20 minutes and no one showed up, I called the restaurant again and the same girl told me that she had spoken to the driver and that he had called and explained to us that he admitted sticking gum to our door and that it was an accident, that I had said it was okay and cleaned it off. That was an outright lie, no one had called me and I definitely didn't scrape someone else's gum off my door. She told me that the driver would be calling me and was on his way back to clean it up. I waited another 30 minutes and the driver still hadn't shown up, I called the restaurant back and the same girl answered, she was extremely rude and had a disgusting attitude, I asked why she was being so rude and she told me that I was overreacting and had called four times in the last hour. After asking if the driver would be returning she said that he's on his way and promptly hung up. One of the worst employees I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with, if I were her manager she'd be fired on the spot, no question. After another 20 minutes of waiting outside I went inside to use the restroom, when I went back out I noticed that the gum was gone and the gracious company had left me a whopping four fortune cookies with "Merry Christmas" scrawled on the bag. No knock, no doorbell, just a bag of cookies shoved into the doorhandle. I did get a text though! - "I'm very sorry about that bro. I have removed it and clean the door. It's a honest mistake. I accidentally kick it and it touch on the door. Meanwhile, The pizza man say hi to me when I was going to remove it. After that your wife passed me back the receipt, I totally forgot it. Now I have fix it. Wish you guys a Merry Christmas holiday" Sticking gum halfway up someone's door isn't an, "honest mistake," a Dominoes driver being in your way shouldn't stop you from returning to get the gum you admittedly stuck there. This place needs to reevaluate their customer service and put some serious thought into who they choose to employ, sticking gum to someone's door is gross, but blatantly lying about having taken care of it and then getting an attitude with someone having to deal with such nonsense is by far the worst customer service I've ever received in my entire life. First time my soup was spilled all over the bag how they didn't notice I'm not sure because it was dripping when they handed it to me.
