Went in to get my brothers their coffee. The staff is very polite and nice! The place is clean but bear bones, could use some more art, with how the style is I'd think classic cars (photos of cool cars from the nearby car shows printed and framed maybe?) and some cool graffiti art, maybe purchase from local art or something. I do like that they have menus tho it can get abit crowded by the cashier maybe a stand or even paint two of the cabinets with chalk paint so the menu and prices can be written above. This coffee place looked really appealing from the outside. They have a very interesting menu. I wanted to try the Vietnamese Horchata Latte but they were out of Vietnamese coffee. I got the regular Horchata Latte instead. Their Horchata Latte is very spiced. If you like a strong cinnamon flavor you will like this. Found this hidden gem and I'm glad I ordered mazaan latte! I really really love the nutty flavor of mazapan! Also, the coffee is strong because it kept me focused on my work after. The first couple of sips of the coffee were amazing, but the more I drank it, the stronger a tequila-like/alcohol taste became, to the point where it was unbearable. I've had Vietnamese coffee before, but this was my first time experiencing something like that, and I ended up dumping it. Total was about $25 ($8 for the coffee, $15 for the burrito). A bit pricey, but the burrito was loaded and filling. My only issue was the potatoes, they were cut way too large. It was decent, but I probably wouldn't order it again. We stopped by because this place caught my girlfriend's attention after seeing it a while back on TikTok and we saw it had good ratings on yelp. The drinks were absolutely delicious. Cookie butter latte ($8.00 + $.50 processing fee - 24 oz.) - Made with real biscoff this latte had a robust coffee flavor and chunks of biscoff. I should have asked for light ice because there was too much ice for my liking. However I did enjoy the drink and it was made in a timely manner. Overall I was impressed with the drink offerings here. If I came back I would like to try the horchata Vietnamese coffee as I heard good things about that one. Awesome coffee! I've been here a few times and the coffee is always consistently good. The parking situation can be tough on the weekends, so be aware that you might need to park nearby and walk. This spot is on the corner of a neighborhood, so please be considerate of the people who live in the area. That aside, I've had pleasant interactions with the folks who run the place. They do have online ordering, though that doesn't ensure that your order will be ready when you arrive like Starbucks. I assume they're still working out the kinks on that. I ran into this issue when I placed an order on a Saturday morning and had to wait about 10-15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready per the app, but they also had a line basically out the door so I wasn't mad. In fact, I was glad that a small business was so busy! The seating situation is less than ideal. The interior of the shop is dimly lit and a little sketchy, but it's my understanding that they're still figuring out what to do with this spot (they have another spot in Santa Ana that's really nice). There are a few stools inside and a couple of benches outside. I'm sure this will change and I'll update my review once it does. read more

The rates a 3 because of location, inside area, and food. I'll start off by saying this location definitely needs more signage. They have a white screen door as their entrance that isn't very pleasing to look at. Then when you walk in, it looks a little abandoned. There's no art, or plants, or any decor at all so it makes you feel like you're not walking into the right place. After I had been waiting a few minutes someone came up and helped me, she was very nice! Ordered my food and drink to go and waited. Once I got home, I opened the bag and my chilaquiles were in a standup to go box. I was disappointed because the extra beans I ordered were all on the bottom then my chilaquiles on top as well as my scrambled egg and avocado. Mind you I paid extra for the avocado and beans. If they just invested a little more in the location and overall vibe of the space, I think they would be a lot more successful. The coffee shop also sells pan dulce, tamales, and breakfast items. I have tried their conchas and tamales. The pan dulce is really soft and fresh. The tamales are delicious but unfortunately the last time I got one, it was really spicy but delicious. Plus, the tamale is perfect, not too much masa and the right amount of meat. As for the coffee, I have tried the horchata latte and the chai latte. Both have lots of flavor and the espresso has a great taste. Definitely woke me up on those days I didn't get enough sleep.
