This was actually the first hookah spot i visited when i first moved to Los Angeles five years ago. I used to live in Glendale, and it was one of the first spots to pop up. I have since moved to highland park and have explored various hookah spots, but this one always is fun to come back and visit when i have friends in town. The great thing about this hookah spot is the atmosphere. Their outside area has a ton of tables to choose from, heat lamps for when its actually cold and a few TVs if you are into sports. They have some great food options, I've gotten their pizzas and sandwiches and they are tasty and fresh! Their hookah can be on the strong side, but they are quality and a ton of flavors to choose from. They also have an inside area if you are choosing to only eat and not smoke. Parking here is also pretty nice, i normally end up parking on the street, but there is a parking lot and tons of parking on the street as well. read more

The hookah was nice but the service and atmosphere wasn't. It was 110 today and they didn't have indoor seating available. Just a few fans blowing. I was battling damn near heat stroke. Server was not very attentive. Waited 15 minuets for new coals after being there 1.5 hours. Waited almost 20 minuets for the server to even run my card, when it was dead. Seating is weird. Everyone was crammed in one corner even though the other part of the patio with sofas and more fans was very open. They also add a tip automatically which I HATE, because it's rude and gross. It's usually extremely hard to find a hookah lounge that not only serves good quality hookah (especially tangiers) but also has good food. The atmosphere is great and it's also a plus having the security in the front checking ID's to make sure no underage kids get in. Service is top notch, you get seated, your order is taken and your hookah is at your table within 5 minutes. I have went there 5 times in the last month and honestly did not find 1 think to complain about. I really enjoy this place. They have great food with a variety in their menu. the place is very pretty it can be somewhat formal-ish or casual, their hookahs are very good and they serve alcohol i believe. their service is not the best as in the waitresses have an attitude as if they do not want to be there, but i haven't experienced that all the time i was there, just sometimes. i do reccomend this place for everyone to try. one bad thing is that their parking sucks and most of the time you have to look for street parking. read more

I wish I could give this place 3 and a half stars to be honest. Was here today actually and everything was really good up until I ran out of water. I think our server left for the day and literally no one even checked up on us for a easy 45 min. Imagine that 45 min I know because 30 of those min I had a empty glass of water. It was so bad I was about to go get up from my table just to walk to the server and ask for water very disappointing. I was enjoying everything up until that. I was drinking my partners water that's how bad it was. The parking is not that good I winded up parking on the street which was not big deal. Below average/mediocre hookah lounge that constantly disappoints. It's been around for a long time and still the owner has not invested in upgrading this place except for the outside sign. First and foremost, the hookah is not promising at all and it is constantly declining. The packers do not know how to pack hookah what's so ever. You order any hookah here and maximum it will only last for is 20 minutes which is beyond horrendous and disappointing. The coals barely ever get changed as they don't bring out charcoal often. The food is good, not bad at all but the French fries definitely need improvement as it is fried way too much and tastes unhealthy. Sandwiches and pizza are amazing but overall can use better/higher quality ingredients. The owner needs to hire professional hookah packers and also consider investing in heat management devices as they lack to frequently come and provide new coals. Hookah just doesn't hit and leaves you quite disappointed. UPDATE* Changed the review score because this business is obviously not open to criticism and keeps saying they are the best when they are not from my experience. Don't try to say you're the best when I clearly stated the opposite. Your food is not all that so you can take a step back, relax and actual listen to your clients rather than painting a picture of what you want to see your business as. I'm a fan. No matter what night you go, there will be a crowd but it shouldn't take long to get a table. Especially if you're fine with sitting inside. I like that they offer a decent food and drink menu, with the MANY selections of hookah. Some of the names crack me up. I'm pretty sure one was called Care Bear the last time I was there. Weekends will have a DJ and you can usually catch a sports game on the screen. Just don't try and park in their lot. Our server was Janeene and she was super friendly and quick with what we ordered. She took care of our party during our entire visit here. She rocks! Went with the three cheese pizza and had some parmesan cheese sticks. Hookah was placed right next to us. I'm no longer a hookah fan but my friend sure enjoyed it very much. Drink orders came out quick. I had an awesome Friday night here. The line to get in will always be there. It's because this place is amazing and the hookah spot in the neighborhood to go to! Please CLEAN & SANITIZE with hot water and products and replace the bases water everytime when it's used. We are still in Pandemic with Viruses! My friend got a cold symptom with cough after few Hookah sessions here! Just because its busy, it doesnt matter you can skip a cleaning process! They don't really clean tables also. Sticky and nasty!
