    Indian taco
    Amy W.

HOLEY MOLEY. This is one of the best burgers I ever had. We were taking a trip to pick up something off FB marketplace...and if we are driving to Fort Worth, you can bet your bottom dollar I am going to find a fun place to eat while we are there. I had this place bookmarked and knew they were known for 2 things: a cheeseburger with grilled onions, and an Indian taco (which I really think they should change the name to "puffy taco" or Native American taco...) Anyhoo--I will dream about that burger, the cheese was so melty and the crispy-edged thin patties were divine, and oooooh..those charred/ caramelized thinly cut onions...it was a guy bomb for sure, and not one iota of this thing was healthy, but wow, it was fantastic. The Indian taco was also great, and I would go on and on and rave about it, but for 2 things: The burger eclipsed it, and it gets soggy pretty fast, I wonder if you could ask for it "deconstructed" and then assemble bites as you go with the beef, sauce, lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes...It would be pretty messy, but I bet it would be even better than it was. We didn't get any sides, but were were contemplating the onion rings, and a nice lady heard us chatting about ordering them, and offered me one of hers, --they were good, but it was breaded rather than battered (the superior version of an onion ring) The fries did look good, and they looked like they were made from fresh potatoes rather than frozen. Note there is no inside seating, so beware in the summer. The bathroom was fine and clean. I asked for a refill of soda and they happily obliged. They prefer cash, but will begrudgingly take a credit card.

This place is awesome. Delicious, fast food perfect for after an evening of drinks at the Stockyard. I got a grilled cheese and fries. Grilled cheese was made correctly with both sides of the Texas toast grilled. I heard another woman say her go to was grilled cheese after I already had mine. Fries were thin cut and yummy. Others in my group got burgers, tots and onion rings. Nothing was left behind! In fact, we wended up getting two Indian sundaes to share. What's an Indian sundae? Great question. It's fried bread with ice cream, syrup, whipped cream and a cherry. Every bit was eaten. Service was friendly and, like I mentioned before, food came out quickly which is important

Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. Hookers is tucked away in a small alley/offshoot a bit away from the main hustle and bustle of the Fort Worth Stockyards but they have fantastic food - primarily a burger joint although there were some other options on the menu. Their signature addition is fried onions, pickles, and mustard on the burger. I'm not a huge pickles or mustard fan but my goodness, the onions were delicious. The fries are hand cut and seasoned and also incredible. Overall, would certainly go back and would 100% recommend!

We were drawn here by the good reviews and the even better name. I'll come back because of the great service and delicious food. We ate upstairs while listening to some great music. I'm a huge fan of black pepper, so I loved the fries. Give this place a chance!

Omg that's a GOOD burger! I don't know what they put in it but the spice is perfect, fresh meat and topping. The fries are really good too. Didn't actually need the salt I put in them.

    Is there indoor seating?

There's covered seating but it's more of a pavilion than truly indoor seating

I heard they have reopened as of December 2021. Is this true?

    Yes they have

So where are they located as of August 2020.? Food hall or back in the old location

    In the Stockyards

    Anything gluten free?

I only see the French fries. I don't see a gluten free bun, but I think they would wrap your burger in lettuce.

May 19,2026 The interior is so inviting with the beautiful art all over the coffee shop and the plants as well. It's also very spacious as well as their outdoor seating which is way more spacious and so pretty. I ordered the Peach brown sugar matcha and Dande-Lemon matcha. They were both 5/5 so good and refreshing. The Peach brown sugar matcha had a subtle sweet taste and the Dande-Lemon matcha was very refreshing that I could taste some of the dandelion and hint of lemon. Noble makes the syrups which is amazing since a lot of coffee shops use generic popular syrups and sauces. The last time I stopped by I had a lavender latte which was good and not overwhelmingly strong or soapy tasting like other places. If you haven't stopped, I highly recommend you do. They have above and beyond customer service, great drinks, ample space to drink, read, eat, meet-up, meetings and or just grab a drink to go.

I went with my friends and our kiddos a few months ago, and I had their Coquito, and it was so good, that I had to get two. It was the perfect combination of espresso and all their spices. My friends also enjoyed their drinks. 5/5 all around. I also ordered a concha, and it was good and fluffy. It didn't taste stale, it was soft and delicious. My little one enjoyed their concha too. Our little ones played outside, and the owner closed the door that connects to another door that leads to the street. I didn't know we were allowed to close it, but I'm thankful he closed it. He was also welcoming and kind. They have some toy cars outside for the little ones to use as well as some toys and books inside. This is definitely a kid-friendly coffee shop with a changing table and toys for your little ones. May 8,2026, was the most recent time we've stopped by. I had a Matcha-Colada and their Mazapán latte. Their matcha-colada was refreshing and good. Their Mazapán latte was so delicious, creamy, and I was able to taste the nuttiness and the bits of Mazapán. I'm definitely a fan, yummy. 5/5. I also ordered their breakfast torta, which was half a torta, not the entire torta. It was decent, the bread was kind of hard. Overall, great drinks, ambience, concha, and a kid-friendly place which I love.

It was the perfect thing to sip on while standing outside watching the longhorn cattle make their way through the streets of Fort Worth. The shop itself seemed pretty busy, but the staff handled the crowd very efficiently. Our drinks came out quickly, the line moved smoothly, and the overall vibe was that of a great coffee shop. The prices also looked pretty reasonable, especially considering the location in a heavily visited tourist area. The double-story building is a large, open Texas beer hall that blends modern and traditional saloon styles with an intentionally eclectic, whimsical vibe reminiscent of a theme park. For instance, the bathroom doors look like jail cells with hands on the bars, while the pristine stalls feature portraits of Merle Haggard and Johnny Cash. I used the Willie Nelson and was "on the commode again". The centerpiece is a huge, three-sided bar adorned with neon signs, vintage Western memorabilia, industrial brewing equipment, and a massive wall of taps. It serves both classics and ready-to-serve frozen drinks, which you can enjoy in the pet-friendly beer garden backyard party. Order you "two pina coladas and hope they fill 'em to the brim if your world is kind of rocky and you need to learn to swim." (That was Garth Brooks or Maya Angelou). The casual, amphitheater-like patio faces an outdoor stage built into the bed of a vintage truck. The live music (even 12:30pm on a Thursday) is loud enough to be festive but managed so you don't have to scream to be heard. The entire area is covered by a massive glass and steel retractable roof, ensuring comfort in any weather, in case you don't "love a rainy night nor think it's such a beautiful sight, and hate to feel the rain on your face, taste the rain on your lips in the moonlight shadows." (That was Eddie Rabbit or SunTzu). The seating options are excellent and varied. Groups can share high-tops around a gas fire or a lit tree, or even sit in kitschy sawed-off pickup truck beds with bench seating. You can also find lounge chairs near the outdoor fireplace, huge swinging benches, and plenty of folding beach chairs on the astroturf. For dining, you can order affordable bar food from a window and receive a pager, so there is no need to "might as well lay down and nap 'cause you've spent half your life just waiting on a nacho."
