All three of us were immediately told we absolutely needed a deep cleaning, which, of course, costs more than what our insurance covers. From there, all three of us were also told we needed procedures that our previous dentist never mentioned. Thankfully, my family said they would think about it and left with only the cleaning. I wish I had done the same. I was told I needed two crowns immediately. From the beginning, I asked whether my Invisalign retainers would still fit, and I was told it would not be a problem. I asked more than once. After they "negotiated" the final price for the treatment, I agreed since I was told I needed it done asap. After everything was done, I told the hygienist that the teeth felt bigger than my own teeth and I was worried that my retainers wouldn't fit. She, like the dentist and previous assistant, said if they didn't fit, I could come back, and it would be taken care of. As expected, they didn't fit, so I went back in. The dentist told me he didn't know that was told to me since he wasn't familiar with that type of situation. That was a lie because I did tell him from the beginning. His solution? Try to sell me new trays. No apology, no accountability. Please do not go to this office if you want an honest dentist who is not only trying to sell as much as possible.
