Here's my update from the review from a few weeks ago. We're still taking about how good the meal was. We were so excited to try the wings for free (thanks Hooters for your generosity). Even this morning, we were talking about how good the medium BBQ wings were. My family agrees that these are the best wings we've had in ages and we are talking about ordering them again soon. went for lunch for the first time, nice and clean with tons of TVs on. server was nice, but wasnt attentive. we ordered a burger w/o cheese, they took it back to redo, the entire table had finished their meal before that burger was brought it to table, and then server finally brought refills. I talked to mgr about the slow svc, he said burger was comped and the cooks "didn't feel up to working after holiday" !!!! that's my first and only visit there. Sad to see restaurants launch, but child care less if they stay in business! Don't waste your time on meh food and service read more

This is a great Hooters, the food is consistently good. On Fridays they used to have bike night and music, but apparently they recently ended that with a change of ownership. We love coming here for the crab legs and boneless wings, they're always delicious. We also like to grab an order of fried pickles and lots of tots - a tower of tots with cheese, sour cream, bacon and chives. The waitresses at this location are friendly and attentive. The restaurant is nice because it's not so crazy packed with tables that it gets too cozy to enjoy your meal. read more

I just when in and sat for over 15min and no one even said hello to me or take my order. This place have went down hill for some time now.

Very nice visit. We sat on the deck and, even though it was 88 degrees today, the fans, shade, and breeze made it very comfortable. We were the only ones out there so it was nice that the kids could walk around and not bother anyone. The food was hot and taste great. The waitress was nice and friendly. called on friday around 225pm to see if they were open as we were sitting in the parking lot and saw a few cars. we were told they were only doing curb side and take out so i gave my order and was told it wold be 20-25 mins. After 15 mins. i went in and there were people sitting in there eating and i saw my order on the counter with another order so i ask the waittress, are yall open or not. she replied well, sort of. i was like what does sort of mean? she said well we got a couple more tables and i said i would like to have one or we gonna have to eat in the truck. I also noticed going in no one on the deck out side. anyway, some one else walked in she took off, im still waiting on my order. we got no table. What does sort of open mean. my wings were ok. nachos were soggy, pepsis were hot, very, very bad customer service. read more

I want to thank Claire for very excellent service today! This was my first visit to this location and I found it to be one of the better Hooters I've been to, if not the best in at least over 10 years. This store is a small one, but it is also the cleanest I've been too. The tables and chairs and even the floor were so clean that it almost looked like a new store (even the bathroom was clean!!). The service was also the best I can recall of all the Hooters I've visited in at least 10 years. Not only did Claire offer great service, but the other servers did not hesitate to refill my drink if they noticed it low or to help out when Claire was attending to another table. I really appreciate that because it seems so hard to find anything close to this kind of service anywhere else these days and it really makes a difference. read more

The wings have shrunk, they were smaller than pizza huts wings.. over cooked by at least 5 minutes, basically chicken jerky. Then they forgot to put sauce on mine. Had it to go so didn't know til we got home but they were tiny, hard, dry and sauceless.. so sad... read more

Okay, yes the service is a tad bit slow, but not THAT slow. The gals seem to not understand the concept of working smarter not harder. But the food was good, and served to us as soon as it was placed on the counter. I think the previous review was a little harsh. I will return next time I pass thru Cartersville. I go for the crablegs!!!! I think hooters has the best hands down in cartersville then again we only have red lobster to compare that too! Lol. Ask for extra old bay and your in the game!!!! Staff is always friendly! read more

Have not been to this location since the change in ownership (last management was horrible) Personnel was friendly, but food still not good. Wings small, old and over cooked. What a shame. Will be another 5 years before I try this location again. read more

Must come visit for lunch! Make sure you ask for Elizabeth she typically works the bar. She is awesome I'm a regular guest of hers and always get the best service. If you're looking for great service and a good price make sure you go to Hooters in Cartersville and ask for Elizabeth. read more

Ugh. Sitting he now. St. Patrick's Day. Two waitresses and a big crowd. Hooters sampler platter too 40 minuets and was cold. Wings were small. This used to be a great place to come. Not now. Beers were cold so 2 stars. Get it together Hooters. Won't be back until you do. read more

I ordered 20 total wings, 10 of the BBQ smoked wings and 10 of the Caribbean Jerk wings. The BBQ flavor is significantly better than the Caribbean Jerk. The Caribbean Jerk flavor is incredibly loaded with seasoning, and not in a good way. It's too strong and the Rosemary is over powering. I could barely taste the actual meat on those wings. I would not order the Caribbean Jerk flavor again. The BBQ is good. It has a good mix of flavors and just the right amount. read more

Great service, clean, fun atmosphere and super friendly servers. The food was excellent. We had the new smoked wings with 1/2 the calories, low salt , low fat but you definitely didn't miss it. Both the garlic Habanero and the regular had a ton of great flavor. I really cannot say enough about their smoked wings. They are awesome. The sweet tea had just the right amount of sweetness. I do wish I'd have asked for an outside table on the deck because it was a beautiful day and the seating out there was cool. I will be back. read more

My family and I got to try the smoked wings for free thanks to Hooters and Bzzagent. We tried the lemon pepper and the Texas seasoning and while wasn't a fan of the Texas seasoning I loved the Lemon pepper ones. I am only giving them four stars because the fries were over salted and the cheese dip was overly salty as well. The waitresses were great and the restaurant was very clean so I will be returning for more smoked wings. read more

Got to try the smoked boneless cajun wings from Hooters of cartersville. Gotta say I would deffinetly try a different sauce next time wasn't to crazy about all the herbs that ended up on them. Visited Hooters on a Saturday afternoon to taste test the new smoked wings for BuzzAgent. Ordered fried pickles with ranch, pretzels with cheese dip, boneless BBQ wings with fries, Grilled wings in lemon pepper, and grilled wings in Samurai Teriyaki. The restaurant wasn't very comfortable since both the music and the televisions were playing loudly throughout the restaurant. The staff was friendly enough. I wouldn't say overly attentive as our daughters tea wasn't brought out in the beginning and the to go cup she asked for was never brought. Fried pickles - The batter was VERY salty, way more than any other restaurant serving fried pickles. Pretzels with cheese dip - These were really yummy! Salty due to the rock salt on top (we just dusted it off) and the cheese dip was pretty spicy (wished there was a non spicy version). I will go back just for these. Boneless QQ wings - Sauce was not appealing at all, too tangy. The fries served with them were extremely salty as well - we could not even eat them. Grilled wings in both lemon pepper and samurai teriyaki - These new grilled wings were very good. Definitely smoky tasting, which was appealing in a wing. The sauce appears to stick to the grilled wings better and they are extremely easy to eat. They just slid off the bone with very little effort, resulting in much little waste and much less mess. read more

Disappointed that this location wasnt giving the 30th anniversary 30% off Chicken Wings today. I guess its not a corporate store and doesnt do those specials. So everyone at Cartersville paid 30% more today....Had to drive to Kennesaw location to get my 50 wings and beers instead. read more

I went here with a two male co-workers. It was around 11:00 a.m. Only two other customers were present. I had never been to a Hooter' s before. Waited about 5 - 6 minutes before being told we could "sit wherever." We sat down. Waited about 10 minutes, watched one waitress go in the restroom and another hanging out near the kitchen. The manager (I presume) came over asked had we ordered. We said no. A waitress came over about 5 minutes later and took our order. She would not make eye contact with me and looked like she'd just rolled,out of bed. When our order arrived, we had no silverware and we had no drinks yet. Took another 5 or 6 minutes to get three sweet teas. She, apparently had to spend time flirting with a man who had come in fifteen minutes after us. I was so upset by this point that I wanted to snatch our waitress baldheaded. She was not friendly. She had to be told to come and take our order and after our meal arrived she never checked on us-- Until she brought the check. I ordered a burger medium well. I guess that means burn it at Hooters. I did not leave a tip, but my coworkers apparently thought she was Athens. On the way out I asked another waitress if I could speak to the manager. She was pleasant and i presume she went and relayed my request. After about 4 or 5 minutes of waiting I walked out. read more

Served me a beer that was not cold or full. Figured it was a simple mistake of the server grabbing someone's beer off the bar by accident. Told the server I needed a new one. Then I watched as the bartender put my beer under the draft tap to fill it up. I'm talking draft beer being put in a beer bottle. If they'll do that at the bar, who knows what they'll do in the kitchen? read more
