I also feel like this is the only place worth checking out in this little downtown.

Our server never checked in on us once we got our food but only when we needed the bill and a box. Thankfully we didn't need refills on our drinks but waiting another 10 minutes just to pay our check. The only saving grace was the food. Their menu offerings are simple but tasty. I've never seen them this crowded when I've visited in the past but sadly I wish I had dined somewhere else tonight. I hope my next trip back when in the area can prove to be an improvement from tonight!

Disappointing Experience at Hooters - Ant Infestation and Unhelpful Manager My recent visit to Hooters was extremely disappointing due to an ant infestation and the manager's, Stacey Velasquez's, unaccommodating response. While my group and I were eating, numerous ants began swarming our table and the adjacent wall. We quickly had to move our food to prevent it from being contaminated. It wasn't just one or two ants; there were several, which is completely unacceptable for an indoor dining area. We informed our waitress, who seemed inexperienced, and asked to speak with the manager. When we explained the situation to Stacey Velasquez, she didn't seem surprised. She casually mentioned that they were having trouble keeping ants out due to the humidity and heat, and offered us another table. This left us wondering why the restaurant was even open for dine-in if they had a known pest problem, or why we weren't informed before being seated. Given the bug issue, we no longer felt comfortable finishing our meal and decided to take our food to go. We expected some form of accommodation, but Stacey said the best she could do was move our seats. She then stated that because we hadn't purchased drinks or appetizers, she couldn't do anything further for us. She claimed that our decision to take the food to go was "our choice," despite us explaining that we lost our appetite and had to move our food to protect it from the ants. I've never encountered a restaurant with such a significant bug problem, especially one where the manager blames the customer for losing their appetite and uses the lack of drink or appetizer purchases as a reason not to accommodate them. We spent $100, and while I understand unforeseen issues can arise, we certainly didn't expect to deal with an ant invasion and such poor customer service. Despite this frustrating experience, our waitress was very nice, and we made sure to tip her $20. However, due to this encounter, I will not be returning to Hooters anytime soon. read more

One star is one more than they deserve, but one star is the lowest I can give here in "yelp". Beware of the manager; he is rude, disrespectful to his team members, to his customers. Scott (the manager), was not shy about showing his true face and yelling to a customer in front of everybody, uttering words I cannot repeat here. Very distant from professional courtesy. He does not belong in any hospitality business. This was the Hooters I've been going all these years and watching games and with my friends and family. I called ten minutes before they close the kitchen from their parking lot and asked them if I can order and sit at the bar to eat it. They said they would welcome me and I walked in. This is when, unfortunately I met with Scott and his potty mouth. Giving me a loud lecture about the "covid" times. Once more, "BEWARE OF THE MANAGER SCOTT", call ahead and ask if he is there and this will be the "go-to" place if you want be yelled and humiliated by a rude personality. I contacted the corporate, and received a very robotic, generic email in return. Shame on "HOOTERS". read more

Can I give 1/2 a star! WORST EVER! From the moment we walked in I should have walked right back out. Not even busy and took a bit to get seated, after 20 mins of sitting and waiting at our table I asked the shit manager if we were ever going to get a server for a snotty "Yeah" because he was to busy hitting on his staff to pay attention to PAYING customers. Finally Little Miss Attitude takes our order to wait for another half hour and by no means was anyone in the "weeds" (lingo for backed up in the service industry). Waited another half hour for food with a hair in it like an ACTUAL PUBIC HAIR, YES! PUBIC HAIR! for an eye roll and oh yeah sorry about that. WTF paid $90.00 for shit service and even shittier food! shame on you HOOTERS then after posting on Facebook OMG OVER 90 COMMENTS OF HOW HORRIBLE OTHERS experiences have been ESPECIALLY AT THIS SHIT LOCATION! I have been to Hooters allover including the original in Clearwater because my son loves them BUT never again will they get a penny out of me! read more

Is it socially acceptable to just live off of Hooters pretzels? Because I can die happy eating nothing but these fantastic pieces of bread. Update: pretzels are back! New fall items also include breaded cauliflower that's tossed in a wing sauce - aka vegetarian/vegan heaven. The pretzels and cauliflower need to be part of the forever menu!! read more
