The wings were good & the beer was cold but the building could use some love. There was a weird underlining sewage smell around the bar that was a little off putting. Also the A/C wasn't that good, you could feel the outside heat coming through the front windows. The bathroom had a milk crate under one of the urinals & graffiti on the walls that looked like it had been there for a while. When the 5pm crew came on they seemed much more experienced than the day crew but due to the run down experience I left & didn't stay for a second round. Joe and I have been to Hooters a few times. Our friends daughter works here while going to school to become a PA. First may I tell you the staff is a delight, very helpful, enthusiastic, professional and hardworking. Tha food is descent. Standard chain delights and ok cocktails. Our favorite is the pretzels with cheese sauce. Anyway we ordered two burgers to go for our long Long trip to visit family/grandbabies. Joe and I both asked for fries very very well done. We made it VERY clear. We both actually were served raw fries. Since it was bagged for takeout we did not notice until we were on the road. Very disappointed. Kitchen staff apparently does not pay attention to specific requests. Management needs to speak to them to actually read every line of an order. Server Leeanna was an absolute sweetheart, professional and genuinely sincere . Holding no blame on her for kitchen mistakes. Leeann is an asset to Hooters! Monday night football, they had 1 waitress who did a stellar job. Wings were great. Bathrooms are a disgrace. My friend noticed the how dirty the floor moulding was next to our table, then we really started to look around. There's 1/2" of black grease/dust on every part of the restaurant. I would 10 out of 10 recommend the wings they always are hot and fresh with the right amount of crunch. The waitresses are very friendly but the overall temperature of the restaurant is inhumane. I went two times this summer one time it was 95 degrees and I was dripping sweat while eating the second time was today about 80 degrees a lot more manageable but the AC unit they told me was broken last time was clearly still not fixed. Here we go again with another 5 star review. Our server Crystal was the most successful server. She understood that we needed separate checks and.was very efficient with doing so. The food was outstanding I had split nachos and had a grilled chicken breast burger. It was off the charts. I was happy to say that we did not have to wait a while because me and a couple of my friends were able to secure a spot for 10 people right away. The ambience was not so bad. It was pretty quiet when we got there but then as we were leaving the restaurant, the service started to pick up and start to get crowded our server crystal deserves a raise or a promotion because she was really nice to us. Yes it's crowed everyone is watching the knocks game. But to not be greeted when you come in. And not be seated for 10min is a problem. Then to watch a waitress walk past me three times and not offer assistance or engage in a conversation regarding seating is a problem. Then when two guys walk in she's cheesing in their face got them two drinks mind you they are standing in the bar area! I come here enough to know that area is the bars responsibility!! Nothing wrong with chilling out, when you got nothing else to do and noWhere else to be, eating delicious finger foods, watching sports TV and the beautiful people. I have never enjoyed my favorite bar food (beeR cheese and pretzels) at a Hooters before so I started with that. They cut the pretzels into pieces, which is nice and convenient; and the cheese has green onions in it, which is a nice addition. It's been years since I had wings at Hooters and clearly they have improved since that time. Somebody got smart. They are still very crispy, maybe more than before; and perhaps in part because they don't drown them in the sauce anymore. I got barbecue on my six, which is tangy and tasty and so delicious. So I placed an order through GrubHub ( online ) and when I got there the Bartender was apologetic because they never turned on the server for grubhub. The restaurant portion was spaced perfectly for those having a sit down meal with friends and family. I had ordered the chicken sliders which was just boneless wings on bread. But they were hooters boneless wings and they were seasoned and cooked really well. The curly fries probably would have tasted better eaten hot because they weren't that good room temp. The mild Buffalo wings were exactly has advertised with nice portion of meat and flavor. I was not disappointed. My go to place for wings! Love the traditional wings, boneless and the fried shrimp. Sometimes I get all three in the buffalo platter. The chipotle honey sauce and the General Tsos sauces are my favorite. They give a nice amount of sweet heat. The traditional wings are always fried up nice and crispy the way I them. I also love their coleslaw. I took off one star because no matter how many times I come here they always mess up and give me blue cheese dressing, when I specifically ask for ranch. Came with my wife and two daughters cause she had a craving for fried pickles. We were seated quickly in a booth with a very sticky table. We waited 15-20 min and not one person came by to take an order or offer drinks. The guy in front of us looked pissed too like he was waiting as well. We gave it another 5 min and still not one server. We decided to just get up and go. I had to complain to manager and he tried to get us to stay at a discount but I was already soured as my youngest was hungry so we were given a coupon for next visit but I highly doubt we will return. read more

Haven't been to HOOTERS in 12 years. Went there last week and it was great as always. Service was quick and good. Food came out pretty fast and it was delicious! We ordered 2 six piece Mozzarella Sticks, Baja Shrimp Tacos, 8 Boneless Wings and the Original 50 Piece Wings! It was superb! Only problem was the wings we took home were NOT THE SAME AS THE ONES WE ORDERED AND ATE. Been to this place a ton of times before, love the wings and bar food and things like that. We came to get some apps to kill some time while waiting for my fiancé's car to be done getting fixed. We ordered wings for each of us. We were on a time crunch meaning that we had 2 hours to get in, eat and out. After waiting an hour and half to get our food we still didn't have it. We could've and probably should've just walked out, but we really wanted the wings! We asked for them to go instead. We were definitely aggravated at this point (and hangry). At this point in the review you're probably thinking, this girl is nuts, why would she give 4 stars? I'm giving 4 stars because of what happened next. The manager that came over (even though we didn't ask for him) to apologize was so sincere and did everything he possibly could to apologize for the inconvenience, left us feeling like he really cared and he really was trying his best. Apparently a bunch of the people in the kitchen called out. He was back there himself trying to make food and get it out to the customers as fast as he could! He took $$ off our bill, literally stood at our table and was just apologizing over and over for the wait. I know things happen at restaurants and we all get annoyed, but this manager did everything he could to make it right, and due to unforeseen circumstances he fighting an uphill battle.
