So it has been 10 years at least since I have visited this establishment and I will have to say the menu has grown and the options are much better than they were before. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and onion tangler's which were both pretty good. All 7 people with me tonight enjoyed their food and the atmosphere. They place was rather calm as it was late Wednesday night. The server was nice and attentive and everyone enjoyed their food. I'm not now nor I have ever been a fan of the Orange 80's jazzersize shorts for the women as the black option is much more flattering and better fitting FYI Hooters corporate. I may come back here again late night when it's a bit calmer like tonight and try out some of the other menu items but all in all a good trip to Hooters! read more

It's hooters my second visit to this location I am not a fan I like the sports bar theme but the food is just ok, I tried naked wings today I think roosters has way better wings and food , of course we go here why? Is it for the girls? I observed today they are busy it's Sunday and its football but all of the girls were walking around with sad faces more like zombies no energy, no one seemed to be happy to be here! Have not been here for awhile, remodeled place. Very nice! Same usual fare with some nice lunch specials to choose from! Busy as always of course. Food is good because you know what they serve. My drink was no kept full I had to order 3 Times cause the waitress kept interrupting me and leaving . I used to go here once or twice a month, but the last few times their food and service quality has gone to crap. good wings require being shaken or basted evenly with sauce. this store consistently does not shake the wings in sauce, so only small parts have anything on them, and the rest of it tastes like grease. if i am going to have wings, the calories / fat / and grease, they need to taste worthwhile. was there last week and the waitress didn't order any sauce on my wings or the guy's chicken sandwich next to me. instead of taking the food back to be shaked in sauce, she brings out a side - thanks for nothing. food - yuck service - (sometimes) ok to look at, but not very good at the service part read more

We go to Hooters all over, generally we are very pleased. But both times we tried this location,things have been less than ideal. This last night we wait 5 minutes before being greeted. We placed our order with our drinks. After 45 minutes our server said she forgot to put it in. She puts it in and 30 minutes they we get our food. We were missing ranches,no biggie our server. She never beought them back or checked on us again. Another server got our ranch after we asked. We were ready for our check but couldn't find our server. We finally found her at the bar texting. Worst experience at a Hooters ever. Our fries were brought out separate - and 20 minutes before our food arrived. Plus I had to pay extra for my kids to have dipping sauce with their kid's meal. Had to hunt our waitress down for menus, silverware, refills and even one of our kid's meals!?! Our bill was $100 ... Could have gone to Rally's next door and had better service & HOT fries. Went here with co-workers for our lunch break. The food took about 40 minutes ( it was a Friday so we expected a little bit of a wait). Our waitress was rude and short with everyone at the table and never smiled once. There was one refill given the entire hour we were there. I understand busy and I understand that because of being busy the kitchen could be behind. But there is no excuse for rude waitresses. Got here on a Monday night after watching some harness racing at the Red Mile. Glad there's someplace open late. The communication was friendly because when I called for some direction the young lady was able to help. So stopped by with my wife for some hot chicken wings and they're nice enough to split an order of 20 and make two different intensities of hot. Liked my lemonade and she kept it full for me. then the highlight was getting my picturre taken with Ashley. Honestly would give zero stars if I could. My family and I (3 adults, a teen, and a one year old) went in to eat and after we were sat, we didn't get acknowledged by ANY of the waitresses for a solid 20 minutes, at which point we left. As we headed out, we weren't even asked about why we were leaving or get a goodbye/have a nice night. They were a little short staffed with only 3 waitresses, however one of them was sitting across the table from a male customer and (very obviously) flirting with him, while the other two blatantly ignore us. Went here for my buddy's graduation and it was a pretty nice place. The waitresses were not wearing red short shorts, but it was still good nevertheless. I had ordered a side salad and buffalo wings and they were okay. I have had better salad and the wings start to taste like rubber when they get cold. Visited for dinner while passing thru on business. First Hooters I have seen that is part of a strip mall instead of a stand alone restaurant - not an issue just interesting. Hooters food is what it is, but I ordered their traditional wings and there was soooo much breading that I could only eat a couple, not very appetizing. Rookie move but did not get a pic of them to share..Fried pickles were on point. Beer was cold. Place looked clean. Waitresses were all very attractive and friendly - however they literally spent all of their time huddled up together in a corner not serving customers or anything. Not a problem for me as I was at the bar and the bartender seemed to be the only person actually working. Looking around the restaurant, I kind of felt pissed for the customers. I am very, very disappointed in this establishment. Being a first timer I expected more. The service was undesirable, I could get better at McDonald's. Charging for a dressing with chicken tenders is completely ridiculous! The salad portion was the size of or smaller than a kids meal. With this experience I don't believe one star is even deserved. I am usually a fan of hooters eat-in. They have trouble with the to go orders on the other hand. Got to-go last week for the game, waited at the bar while it was being prepared. I would love to have enjoyed a drink, but wasn't even approached by the bartender in the 30 mins we waited. We saw our food sitting, getting cold for over 10 mins before we flagged down a manager about it. He was very nice and apologized for the rude service and offered us a credit on the next visit. And when we got home, the order was completely wrong btw. Anyways, so today I decided to take him up on the credit and give them another chance. Once again, get home and the order was wrong. Sandwich had no sauce, which I was told by the girl who answered the phone, very smartly, that it was baked in. Whatever. It was dry and bland. No fries either. So I spoke with Brian, again super pleasant, and explained the situation. He apologized for the order and offered to replace the food or another credit. So long story short, eat in, enjoy the view, but check your to-go orders before u leave the store. Best thing about this location was the friendly manager Brian. read more

The service and most food was excellent. The girls here are so pretty! A girl who wasn't my server brought my food over and was so extremely helpful. She asked if she could get us anything and even offered to refill our drinks even though they were still over half full!! Our actual waitress came over immediately with a huge smile and eager to help, she brought us brand new pops without us having to ask! However, we found a hair in our dish of French fries. Our server was extremely helpful and took them off of our table as soon as we said something. She sent a manager over, although that wasn't necessary, it wasn't anyone's fault! We know they have to have their hair down and accidents happen all of the time! No biggie, at all!! However, the manager came over and asked what was wrong with the food even though my husband heard the waitress tell her the issue and the manager rolled her eyes. Honestly, I didn't even realize she was a manager at first. She was not put together, her hair was a strange shade of red and in an enormous ball on her head, and she didn't have anything that said hooters on except her small name tag. She was very rude to us and asked if we just wanted a new plate of free fries. The fries had no seasoning on them and were cold when the manager brought them out. She gave us a rather insincere apology. Our waitress told us she would take it off the bill, however it wasn't off the bill when she brought it out to us. She said she would be happy to cover it out of pocket but the manager said she wouldn't take it off. We also saw her being rude to another girl as we were leaving. I feel sorry for the girls who have to work with her. They deserve a lot better. Definitely will return and hopefully that manager isn't there. Went on a Saturday evening around 5pm. There were a few people on the patio outside but the waitress serving the table next to us ignored us. I had to go inside to get our drinks. Come to find out, it wasn't her table, even though we were right next to the table she was waiting on, she failed to get anyone to wait on us. When I went to get the waitress, she sent out our waitress who said she didn't know she had outside tables. Then she took our drink orders but isn't 21 so she had to find someone else to serve us. Next time you go, check out the tables outside. They're filthy, covered in dirt and dust. There was no waitress tending bar outside and the service was incredibly bad. Everyone was nice, but that's not enough if they're not there to serve you. When we got our food, we were not given napkins - or paper towels which they usually provide instead of napkins - I also went inside for those. In addition, obviously we were smoking cigarettes out there but no one bothered to bring an ashtray. This visit totally sucked. read more
