I ate lunch here on Thursday July 14th, 2016 at noon. It was about half full and the restaurant was very clean. I was seated immediately by my waitress Kendall. Kendall was friendly and did a great job waiting on me. She was friendly, smiled, and refilled my drink when it was near empty. Good job Kendall!! I ordered 15 boneless bbq wings w/ranch. Yummy. They came out in a reasonable time and the food was warm and delicious. Overall, it was a perfect lunch. Only dig was the price. 15 boneless wings and a soft drink was $18.52. Wow! I only had their fries and it was way too salty. My friend, who also ordered the same fries, didn't have any salt on it. I'm not sure why people come here for the food honestly. You can get better elsewhere. The only redeeming value is that the alcohol here is decently priced. Hooter girls, while friendly, try to sell you on their calendars for $14. I ordered food for pickup, a few weeks ago. They told me over the phone that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. When i arrived, the girl in charge of take out paid me absolutely no mind, looked over and didn't acknowledge me. She continued to play on her phone, while some man from the kitchen in a black polo shirt stood over and giggled and touched on her. This not only made me feel extremely uncomfortable but it also delayed me in picking up my food and getting to my kids practice. The bartender asked me if i had been helped yet and which i responded no and she prompted the take out girl to bag my food. I will not be back, but i never want others to have to experience this bad service. I have alot of guy friends & their default sports bar tends to be here (for obvious reasons, the food right?). It's okay overall. Good service & decent pitcher specials for popular american beer. I usually order the grilled cheese sandwich & the fried pickles, all which are tasty. It's very average in terms of food so don't expect your taste buds to be very surprised. Hooters is one of those places that it think about a lot but don't go to very often. Every time I go to one tho I remember why I love it so much.. Delicious food and most cases beautiful women. I took a ride out to this Hooters with my brother for MNF and a little Veteran's Day dinner. Super impressed that the management or who ever makes decisions discounted the meals for Vets. on Veterans Day.. Great way to give back! Also consistent amongst a lot of the Hooters I have been in.. When there is football or sports on tv.. They turn the freaking volume up so you can here it! Great job with that. Can't stand those places that put the game on 49 muted TV's then force you to listen to dull 70's music. Waitress was RoRo, one of my favorites so I'm bias but she is awesome and beautiful soo.. We both ordered a ridiculous amount of Daytona Beach wings and downed almost all of them.. So good! Anyway everything came out as expected. The place was super busy which is a good thing. And the waitress' were flyin around trying there best to get to everyone and remain attentive which is also good. Parking.. We love hooters wings and food in general. We went to this location a month or two ago and we were so ignored that we left before-we had a chance to order. I would have given this location 1 star after that visit but we decided to give it a second try and THANK GOODNESS we had Kylie as our server. She was on point! She made sure we had all of the food and drinks we wanted while other servers were hanging out in the corner playing and being silly. Kylie is the reason I'm giving this location 4 stars. If you combine the first experience that we had and this one, you get a 4 star rating I my opinion. read more

So I went to Hooters to watch the UFC fight. Typical hooters experience. Beautiful Women, cold beer and so on. The food was quick to come out and was really pretty good. The problem came with the manager that night. I understand its college football days but we can watch those anywhere. When customers come to you and say "We just came to you to watch the fights and drink beer" because that is what you advertised all over the place. Then to snap at your waitress' because customers are complaining to them is just wrong. This place wasnt even packed and you snapped. It was pretty disappointing in the food industry. read more

My wings, shrimp, fries, and coleslaw were absolutely delicious. Has anyone else noticed that the waitress' seem a little "attitudy"? I called my order ahead and arrived 20 minutes later. I walked over to the bar to pick up my food and the bartender was extremely aloof. She barley acknowledged my presence as she nodded for me to state my business. There were other waitresses that walked around me to grab things off the bar who also acted as if I were invisible. It was hilarious actually when they started reaching around me to grab used beer glasses from the bar without so much as a glance. I just thought it was odd and for some reason it made me uncomfortable. It was almost as if I had stepped into thier living room unannounced. I don't know, the food was delicious but I guess you have to be a regular at this location to get any kind of greeting and friendly service. read more

Normally I love Hooters. But, when you place your order to go for a SB party wayyyyyyy ahead of time and you wait for 30 minutes and still no sign of your order, how horrible. What's worse is the in front of me didn't have an order in the system, ordered and was out in less than five minutes with his food. When I ask the corporate trainer where my order is now 30 minutes later, she's says they are keeping an eye out for it. I'm waiting three more minutes and asking for my money back. read more

Yuck. I only go here because my coworker loves the wings- no idea why, nothing special about them. Tried a chicken cheese steak today. It was burnt and dry as the Sahara. Ketchup, mayo; nothing could save it. The fries were cold, salty and shaped really weird. It was takeout, so I didn't bother calling to complain. It was my first time to this location in Woodbridge. I had a horrible, painful experience. The food was somewhat good. For example, our party order various types of wings and they all turned out delicious. However, the shrimps were very very salty. Other foods are so so. The one factor that KILLED our evening and our appetite here is the waitress, Renee. She was very rude and impatient. I wonder if she spit in our foods because everytime we asked her something about the menu or ordered something more specifically, she gave us a "the eyes". On top of that, everytime she bring something to the table, like a plate of food or a glass of beer, she slammed it on the table without looking and quickly walked away like we are some homeless begging for foods. My girlfriend and I really enjoy Hooters, especially on Wednesdays when boneless wings platters are $5.99! That's the best thing about it, so it's the first thing I'll say in this review. To anyone who comes here expecting a watered down form of adult entertainment, you'll be disappointed, yet judging by the amount of male customers, I think the preconception is still there. Truth be told, it's a perfectly fine and friendly place, where you can come with your family. It's just a nice sports bar, that does tasty and consistently good wings, which you can smothered in a variety of sauces. They also tend to have quite a few beers and ales on tap, and despite an interior that has nothing fancy about it, the atmosphere in there always feels positive. The Woodbridge one is no different to others around Virginia. Our hostess had the obligatory skimpy outfit and upper torso endowment and was relatively attentive, but I couldn't say that she was overly friendly, or particularly bright either. Somewhere between my order leaving my mouth, during the transmission from her ears to her brain and later to the bar, my "16-ounce pint" of beer became a "24-ounce mug", but as the beer was good, I wasn't too bothered. Wings arrived, and were as usual - good, tangy, more moist than crisp, but with nice bleu cheese they went down a treat. We had to order the celery sticks separately but I recommend you do, it's a key component in my opinion. read more

If you feel like having a casual dinner this is the place to go. Our servers were actually pretty with a nice body. We ordered the buffalo shrimp which were amazingly sauced and still crispy. For entrees we ordered crab legs which were not overcooked or mushy and tasted fresh. My only complaint was that the waitress shouldve cleared my dirty plate of crab shells when I ordered the second pound because our table was extremely dirty and full of scraps by the time we were done eating. Overall I had a good experience and would definitely recommend the crab legs to anyone especially if youve never tried them. read more

I used to eat at this Hooters weekly for a reason. The food and service were always top notch! I left the area for 2 years and just came back for the first time and I was not the least bit happy with any part of the experience. The waitress didn't know the first thing about the menu (I asked why y'all have lite ranch and her reply was it's lite? I had no idea.) Then my girlfriend's chicken sandwich came out 15 minutes before my wings. Her chicken sandwich was beyond bland with no flavor. I ordered 911 and teriyaki wings. The teriyaki tasted like garlic (nothing teriyaki about it and the supposed 911 wings were mild at best, no spiciness at all!) I can honestly say I will never be back and will discourage anyone i know from going there. I should have known something was up when I walked in and y'all were empty on a Thursday night. Just ordered via Uber Eats and after spending over $100 order was cold and not complete! I called up the manager and basically was useless.

Ok....... It was Thursday.... So not that busy. There are NO booths. Only high or low tables. We ordered our drinks, my Shirley temple tasted like flat weird kind of-cherry flavored plastic. 30 minutes went by, our server never once came by our table to check on things. I asked if our food was being prepared yet, she said no, I said good, bring me my check. And she did. $6 for a nasty drink, a Pepsi and a Sierra mist. And lord forgive me here, but when I go to Hooters, I expect a nice view. Not the D squad.. I'm as a** hole, I know. :/ so all things combined, we will never go back to this location. read more

Hooters in Woodbridge is horrible!!! Keep going! My hubby and I like the wings fried with the sauce on the side so that we can dip the chicken in the sauce. Well on 2 different occasions they have gotten the order wrong and put sauce on the wings; then re-dipped the wings in the grease with the sauce on them to try and cover up their mistake. So last night when they tossed the wings in honey chipotle sauce then re-fried them I was left with nothing to eat. read more

This place used to be great! We went once a month to once a week depending on the time of year. But things have sadly changed. The food is crap now - the fat cook doesn't care if you ask for extra wet wings or wings with mild sauce - everything comes out exactly the same. The service is terrible!!! Sat for an hour and a half and only saw the server twice. That's unacceptable. The food took almost an hour to come out (it was busy) but wings don't take an hour to cook. My advice: have your kitchen staff stop talking to friends through the window and messing around and have them focus on the orders. Have your servers trained in customer service. If I could give it NO star I would!! The bbq haberno was like sweet baby back ribs sauce with no spice or heat! The buffalo shrimp barely had medium buffalo sauce. The waitress Monica wasn't very bright. You could not order 2 drinks person (a first bc it has been done at plenty of other restaurants and Hooters before). Instead of her asking do you want the beer or mix drink she puts the order in for the beer and then comes back to tell us - oh I can only order 1 drink per person at a time. Everyone on staff is so nice, I feel guilty for not staying longer. The food is always excellent, and the service is really top notch. I can't say enough good things about the staff. I came in to place a carryout order, and as I enjoyed an icy cold beer while I waited for my food, I was approached by at least four staff members, male and female, ensuring I was happy and asking if I needed anything at all.
