Cheap and excellent service. I use them for oil change and state inspection. 10/10 I will definitely recommend

When I bring my car in, they take great care of it. They have an automated service that keeps me updated on progress. If they notice something wrong or that needs service, it's useful information but I've never been upsold. The prices are fair.

My biggest concern is the manager's lack of professionalism, both in the way they dress while representing the business and, more importantly, in the way they treat and interact with customers. Someone in a management position should set the standard for professionalism, respect, and customer service. I understand that everyone has their own personal style, but when you are representing a business and interacting with paying customers, there should be a certain level of professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience lately. After being a loyal customer for so many years, it is genuinely disappointing to see this. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously because the way customers are treated and the way management represents the business can make a significant difference in whether longtime customers choose to continue coming back.

They performed the oil change well enough, but they always seem to be a bit less welcoming when you state that you don't want the tire rotation service. My main issue, however, is that they did not appear to top off my fluids although they include a $6-plus charge for that service on your bill, according to the genial woman who checked me in. I ended up having to buy washer fluid myself to refill my vehicle's reservoir. Also, I would have liked to have gotten the checklist of systems they checked, and the videos they used to provide. Did they not check everything because I didn't want to have the tire rotation? I don't like having to think about that possibility. I'll likely still go there for oil changes, but I am hopeful service will be a little better overall.

Save time & money: go elsewhere!!!…read more My wife had a flat tire, and made the mistake of having it towed to AAA Car Care at South Square. They decided that all four tires needed to be replaced, plus a couple other things, and quoted over a thousand dollars (!!!). I said how about you patch the flat tire and I'll come pick it up- which they refused (!!!- professing deep concern about our "safety" lol). Since it was now mid-afternoon the day before Independence Day, I had to scramble to find another shop to tow it to ON MY OWN DIME (the lack of a spare tire is another story). Luckily I was able to find one and they patched the tire for $32; all the tires are just fine (no evidence of "dry rot" as claimed by AAA). This is a great place to go if you're itching to spend extra for stuff you don't need; otherwise you should GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
