Wow. I got into a car accident about a month ago. A damn hit and run! My insurance referred me to these guys. Josh and Calvin were great! I mainly spoke to Josh and he made the process easy!! When I got to the shop, the car looked BRAND NEW!! They not only fixed the car, but they detailed it making it look like it came out of the dealer! They also fixed other issues as well that I never got fixed (because I couldn't find the right shop). The FRS was a gift from my dad before he had passed away. Had a really great overall experience with Patrick Horn the owner of Horn's Collision. He was very friendly during the intake process and made me feel very welcome. I received useful updates on the status of my vehicle while it was with them and to top it off, they got my car completed ahead of schedule by 4 days! They also arranged and reserved for me a rental car through enterprise at a very discounted rate. Their workmanship really showed through on my completed Subaru. Everything looked like new again and they washed and vacuumed my car nicely prior to me picking it up. This has got to be my new favorite body shop!!! My '88 CRX Si went in for a new a-shelf and to have the new/used main core support welded on it. Before doing so they had to put it on a frame machine. Patrick was even so kind to have my new a-shelf painted pink to match my engine bay when technically they didn't have to do that. I dropped it off on February 26th, and it was done in a faster quote time!! 4 days and my CRX was drive-able again!!! I ended up picking it up on Saturday instead of Friday due to work. However, when I did my Crx battery was dead. Even though it was like so Patrick was more then happy to assist me with getting it started. The car came out with paint spot everywhere the door handle does not match the cars paint. My tools i left in there were missing and paint was all over my rims. I wasn't expecting much from them because majority of the work they do is on newer vehicles, of which look wonderfully finished. My experience with Horn's Collision Center was excellent! I was rear ended on the 405 coming home from work (every SoCal resident's worst fear!) and thus decided to bring my vehicle in. Let me preface by saying that I am a big car enthusiast and cherish my vehicle preciously, so rarely does anyone other than I service it. The repair was completed in a little over a week's time & Josh did a great job of explaining the whole process up front as well as working with my insurance company (Mercury) to ensure I received exactly the service desired. In the end the entire bumper cover was replaced and sprayed to match the factory Nissan pearl white. The color-match was flawless. Josh is a standup guy and conducts business very professionally. Also he is great with communication and provided plenty of updates on my repair throughout the process.
