Covid-19 friendly. You can't dine in but you can come in & order. This was my first time. I live close by. Thought I'd give it a try. The egg rolls are pretty good. I got the chicken & rice combo with egg roll. It wasn't too bad except... I felt like chicken ratio to rice was a little off. Not enough chicken. I did order side of pot stickers- 3. The person behind the counter was busy playing on her phone, we were very patient and waited to be noticed, and after several minutes finally she acknowledged us. I ordered the lunch special and was told it would cost extra because at this point it was 2:10. I decided to just get a cup of soup and my husband got pork teriyaki. Love this cute little Teriyaki joint! I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Located right off International Way you will find this little gem. The parking lot gets pretty full during the lunch rush hour, so I recommend looking for parking in the back of the lot. The owners here are very nice and always make an effort to get to know their patrons. They do a great job of greeting each customer and making them feel welcomed. I generally order to go and they always get my order correct. I love that the food is ready super fast in about 10-15 minutes. The teriyaki here is good with the right amount of food. Expect to pay around $8-10 for lunch, and the menu is very similar to other teriyaki places. I highly recommend the Katsu and Sweet and Sour Chicken. This place is in a weird spot (very industrial and not much else around... in a small strip mall-like space) and is kind of like your regular Teriyaki joint... but that's where the average reviews stops. Every time we've come here (or had it delivered) the food is exactly what you want: hot, fresh and delicious! Oh, and also pretty damn cheap for the portion sizes you get! Insider Tip: The Hot Rice Special is a crazy-amazing deal. It comes with so much food, you could probably split it with someone or have extra for leftover lunch tomorrow (especially if you double the meat for an extra two bucks!) The egg rolls are huge, and the pot stickers are some of the best I've ever had. (I tend to be picky about pot stickers, too.) Another insider tip (which I don't think is mentioned in the Yelp description) is that they aren't open on weekends. (Bummer!) So get there during the week. I think these guys cater to a more blue collar clientele from the factories around the area--their lunch special is an absolute steal at 6.99 for a full lunch! I got the bento size which is actually the regular size--their special size is probably about two portions worth so if you're hungry this is the place for you! Delish! Chicken is fat and juicy. Short rib is bombdotcom. The sauce is great, definitely not store bought and I'm sure they use a top secret recipe. This is the second location of a very brisk establishment. Located in an office park, business was hopping during lunchtime. And I'm not sure if she is the proprietor or an employee, but Kim was the star of the show. I'm not kidding, this woman knew all about her customers- their names, their favorite dishes, their partners, she knew if someone was missing from the crew, or all about their children who came along. Almost everyone seemed to be a regular here! I have worked for Starbucks for the majority of my career, and even we were not on such a deep and meaningful with all of our customers. Her customer service deserves a very special award- not just because it's something businesses strive for, but because Community is heavily featured here. And what a community it is, I say with goosebumps writing this. Kim, I hope you read this some day so you know, if it isn't already abundantly clear to you, just how rare and special you are. But on to the food- we ordered chicken teriyaki bowls, with extra vegetables in place of rice. The chicken was great, pillowy strips of breast meat, charred to perfection. I smiled when I saw a spear of asparagus in my bowl because almost no teriyaki joint would spare the extra money to provide that. Carrots, cabbage, thinly cut zucchini, white onion- it was very special. And the sauce! I loved it so much that I looked all around to see if they sell it- it's that good. Very delicious lunch with a pleasant ambiance and lots of people with a deep sense of community. And she gave us our beverages for free which was a nice welcome. I ordered the chicken bento--love the grilled chicken with its smoky 'tude. The servings are generous without being overwhelming, and the chicken / rice ratio is balanced. Got charged $18 exactly for a lunch chicken teriyaki and a root beer. I'm pretty sure they over charged me by ALOT and it came with no teriyaki sauce so the chicken and rice were dry. If you come here make sure to get teriyaki sauce for your teriyaki meal. And make sure they don't over charge you. Just got out of the hospital and wasn't paying attention then realized how much they charged me when i got home. Very disappointed in this simple chicken teriyaki meal. read more

The best teriyaki place in the area! I come here since it was open about 3 years ago. This is family own teriyaki restaurant. The owner Kim, and her husband are amazing! She remembers all the names of their regular customers and what they usually order! How she does that with so many customers is beyond me.
