Great place all around food, service, ambiance. Been lots of times and keep going back.

Craving for something hot and noodlelly for a rainy day here in oregon and wanted to try out this pho place that got good ratings. Walked in clean and modestly decorated. Smelt so good . Was greeted immediately. Menu had so much choices and I wanted to eat everything but instead I choose a few. First rare steak and rib pho first off best broth soooo good and meat was extremely tender. Was so good I didnt want to put any sauce in it keep it plain just a touch of hot sauce. I usually use tons of fish sauce and hot sauce but this time it was comforting and delicious. The noodles they used was quality no flour taste. I also ordered short rib and shrimp rice plate. Rib was tender and delicious, spring rolls and hot and iced Vietnamese coffee. My fav. Everything was so good I left happy and warm. read more

Pho 360 is located in a strip mall between Nail Garden and Great Clips. The restaurant is bigger than it looks. Lots of tables throughout. Stopped in for a dinner on Saturday night. It was busy but service was quick. They are movers. We put in our order and waited around 10 mins until our fish sauce chicken wing appetizer arrived. Then shortly after, our big bowls of pho. Good flavor. Ordered grilled pork banh mi sandwiches to go. Ate those the next day and they were delicious. Besides dine in customers, there were a lot of to go order pickups. We came over for Saturday dinner and tried this place out. It is located at the Oak Grove Shopping center. Lots of parking. Came in the restaurant and you see a wide array of lanterns hanging from the ceiling. They have a pretty mural on the left hand side of the wall and flowers on the other side. There is a condiments cart right by the cash register where you can scoop your sauces into take out containers. Or grab your own containers to take food home. We both ordered the Pho Special with egg rolls and a peach tea. Egg rolls and peach tea cane right away. The peach tea has real peaches mixed into it. Quite tasty and good. Usually you see tea like tea. But peach tea with real peaches in the tea is a major plus. The Pho special came and it was delicious. Enough good ingredients in the hot soup and so good that I ate it quickly. This restaurant does a like of take outs because we saw more than a few customers pick up orders. We will definitely come by again and tried their other entrees. read more

Probably some of the best, cleanest, most-satisfying tasting pho broth I've had in a REALLY long time. You can tell they use quality meats and provide fresh veggies and other ingredients within each pho order. Price point is also good. Service was good and the restaurant decor and furnishings are very well designed and clean. probably the most aesthetically pleasing Vietnamese pho place I've been to in Portland. Sadly this place was disappointing. As an individual who loves BBH and Pho Dac Biet, this establishment isn't up to par compare to other Pho restaurants in the Portland metro area. The spicy beef noodle soup only had a few slices of beef and a beef rib. There were no other ingredients included such as pork hock, pork cured meat or pork blood. The flavor of the broth was mediocre. As goes with the pho special. The staff and service was attentive. They checked in on us and would ask if we would like water refills. The interior is modern and decorated nicely. Though I will not be returning. read more

AMAZING! We love this place! We look for new places for pho regularly but what caught our eye here was that they offer bahn mi sandwiches. We love pho but bahn mi is our absolute fav and it's hard to find a good one. Look no further! This is the bahn mi meca! We went all out and order both a beef and chicken pho PLUS a pork and a chicken bahn mi sandwiches. Everything was DELICIOUS! The pho broth was hot and flavorful. The veggies, condiment plate and the meats were all prepared perfectly. SO good! They have a "seasoning" station that you can get oils and sauces to add into your bowl to your taste. The bahn mis were exactly what we were looking for. Soft bread with a crunchy outter crust, delicious pickled veggies and flavorful meats. The restaurant is nicely decorated and appears clean and well kept. The staff were all very friendly, fast and attentive. We were greeted when we entered and we were checked on a few times through our meal. We'll definitely be back regularly. We have tons more to try on the menu. read more

This establishment is amazing!! My partner and I came here when we first started dating when I didn't know the area all that well. Now that I live over here, I was looking up places to order from. I remembered this place! So we ordered some pho to go. It's sooooo good! So fresh and the portion sizes are large with all sorts of yummy sauces too. The lady I talked to on the phone was so sweet. I ordered a shrimp pho to-go and was pretty disappointed with the experience. I left the restaurant and ate in my car within five minutes, but the broth was barely warm, which meant the noodles didn't soften properly and the entire bowl ended up cold after mixing. I was also told my chopsticks were in the bag, but once I set everything up, I realized they were missing--along with the sauces I had specifically requested. As for the taste, I only tried this place because my usual spot was closed on Sundays, but unfortunately, the flavor didn't measure up to other pho restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, they have decided to provide very limited and wafer thin beef in their pho soup yet charge a substantial amount. Tastes good, but at $17.99, it is not worth the cost. A prior favorite was a combination rice dish that they cut back on the rice and charge over $22.00 for it .. taste was good too, but not for the limited portion served. I won't go back. Too many other decent Thai and Chinese restaurants nearby where I can get more for my dollar. read more

Wanted to like this place because it's close to our house and seemed nice. It's clean and the wait staff was pleasant. The pho was just ok. The broth was mid and tasted a bit watered down for mine and my wife's liking, the meat tasted a bit "old" or off but hey somtimes places have off nights. We ordered Pho with thin cut rib-eye steak and Spring Rolls. In addition I ordered the Vietnamese Hot Milk Coffee. The spring rolls came with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. According to the menu, they come with shrimp, pork, salad, beansprouts & basil. Add a little Sriracha Sauce and you're in heaven. Next came the Pho. At the door, it seems very unassuming. When you enter, they have a lovely foyer and plenty of seating. The staff is very helpful. The place is nice and clean. What an unexpected gem! The store front looks small but once you walk it, it opens up and has tons of seating. You get transported into the little world of Pho 360, with beautiful elegant seating in theme with Vietnam. There is ample seating for those waiting for a table, in two cute corners both decorated wonderfully. The mural along the left side as you enter is amazing and the center seating was our families favorite. We were also a fan of the huge TV with an Asian cooking competition on. When it comes to the food, their fresh rolls were delicious. The Pho Ga (Chicken pho) was spot on and the large was big enough for my daughter and I to split. The BBH was prob our favorite in town. It's well balanced in flavor, spice and seasoning. A lot of places go way too heavy handed with the fish sauce to make up for quick broth recipes. You can taste the bone broth in this one and everything is just, so well balanced with umami and spice level. The noodles weren't over cooked and the massive beef bone was falling apart tender. We'll be back often for this bowl of Heaven. So far, that's all we tried! But I'll update as we continue to come in! Wait, we had a coconut smoothie! It tasted delicious without feeling like it had that typical coconut powder mix you expect at restaurants that don't specialize in smoothies/boba. Came across this new Pho Restaurant when I didn't t want to travel into Portland at rush hour. One of the waitress remembered me from another Pho restaurant and hurried to say hello. I ordered my soup and waited patiently for it to go. The broth was very flavorful and condiments were added to the to go bag. For the $16 I paid plus tip, I was able to have two servings of soup. Plus the noodle and vegetables last longer when you take it to go. I hope this place gets discovered because it is a nice addition to Oak Grove.
