Not bad, but not great! I came in yesterday since I was staying at a nearby hotel and there didn't seem to be many quick food options nearby! I had heard good things and wanted to try it out! I ordered the Cheddar Steak Panini and a cup of the corn chowder. My sandwich was ok, but I don't think they left it in the panini press quite long enough as the cheese wasn't too melted. The corn chowder, which the staff recommended, had a great taste but the potatoes in it seemed like they hadn't cooked long enough. The staff were all nice, but I was expecting a little more based on the company's values. I was thinking it would be more like going to a Chik Fil A, but this seems to be ran like any other quick serve establishment. Definitely not bad by any means, just not what I was expecting. I would consider coming back next time I'm in the area for work.

Hot table never misses! I'm from out of town but any time I'm around the area this is a must stop! Such a simple yet delicious concept. My favorite are the steak and cheese and the chicken Parm paninis. Amazing!! The bread is so good and always grilled to perfection. Definitely recommend!

Strolled into Hot Table because of rampant hunger pains. The decor is very modern and the establishment is very clean. We ordered a panini and a salad, both of which were world class. The salad was massive and the price point was fair. What really stood out were the happy employees and the customer service. The owner even came to our table to chat with us and she even cleared our table. We will be back!

This restaurant, Hot Table panini, was recommended by Sheraton hotel for quick bite to go. I have to say they are the friendliest staff I have encountered in a long time. Greetings, overview of the menu, suggestions, about their product, etc. not to leave out how great the food was. Awesome. If there was a 5 star plus I would give it. Springfield you have a gem.

Stumbled on this place after the "food court review". Fast, fresh, friendly and generous. Def not food court fare.

I think the ihop in Enfield is well above most others, but The Farmers House was something else entirely. The food was so good and the kids talked about it all day. The staff were quick and friendly, but busy. We all got something different (French toast, an omelette, and kids pancakes) and each of the three of us were very pleased with our choices. They don't do anything here you haven't had before, but they do everything very well. The only thing I could say was not great, and I hate complaining about things like this, is the parking. I know that's got little to do with the restaurant itself, but it is not the easiest spot to get in and out of, especially with everything going on at the X lately.

However, our party of four waited 50 minutes for our breakfast. Even coffee took quite a while to arrive. A canned coke was delivered 20 minutes after ordering. Three out of the four entrees were served after waiting for 50 minutes, the other one took an additional 5 minutes and we waited for another 5 minutes to receive the side. The food was mostly good - Omelet was chock full of meat and was delicious. Bacon was really good. Burger was average and fried chicken was kind of meh - crispy, but very dry. We did enjoy the live acoustic music. It was great to hear live music in the morning since most places only have it at night. However, the excessive wait for food really overshadowed the rest of our visit. Oh well.....

I really wanted to love this place. The food is good, genuinely. You can tell the kitchen puts love…read moreinto it. But here is the problem: the owner is clearly staying in the kitchen with their head in a hole and has no idea what customers are actually experiencing. The dining room was cold. Not comfortable. Not cozy. Just cold. My wife ordered something she didn't expect and didn't like, but no one ever came by to ask how things were. No one noticed. The waiter wasn't rude. He just wasn't attentive. Out of touch, not alert, going through the motions. We sat there in an empty, cold room with pre-poured dipping sauces in little plastic cups like we were at a takeout counter. its chintzy, For $50? Really? Here is the thing people need to understand: people don't just eat out to eat. They eat out to feel better about their lives. Even if just for an hour. Even if just to escape the kitchen and the stress at home. When the service is missing, or poor, or causes more stress than it relieves, it's not worth going back. No matter how good the food is. It was slow when we were there. So, it's not like they were overwhelmed. They just weren't paying attention to the people who actually showed up. I feel for the owners. I do. Running a restaurant is brutal. But if folks like us don't come back, and we won't, you're in trouble. Because the service element is like a note which says we want you back or we could give a****. The food alone isn't enough. You have to look up from the stove once in a while and see what your customers are going through.
