The Evergreen Walk store is the best I've visited in CT, in terms of selection and service. They generally have everything you're looking for in casual, business and formal attire. The staff has been, for the most part, very friendly and helpful on all of my visits. This is a definite recommend if you're a fan of the Brooks brand.

I even told him I had to unfreeze my credit before making the purchase. If I opened a new Macy's account, I would get an additional discount. Had the chain held. Fast forward-I returned 2 days later and made the purchase. Three days later, decided to have a reputable jewelry store assess the chain since it felt light. It was Hollow! When I brought the chain back, the rep told me immediately the only 14k solid chains were in the men's section; she apologized for the situation. Needless to say, I closed the account which caused a hit to my credit score. There was no misinformation, no communication issue. It was dishonesty at its highest!

I picked up some seasonal tops for myself as well as my granddaughter so we can be matchy-matchy. They had a good selection of tops in the $9.99 - 12.99 price range. I picked up a couple of those as well as a dressier top that was over $40. It hurt to pay that but hubby said to go ahead since I liked it so much. My sweet man! Anyway... we found some pajama sets that are super soft! Other clothing items that I won't mention since they are gifts. I love that they have a dedicated section for petites right next to the fitting rooms. We shopped here from 10 pm until they closed at midnight. The employees were as nice as always despite it being so late. The store was very tidy despite the parking lot being packed 1-2 hours prior to our arrival.

The store is pretty small, it primarily carries men's items, they have a very small selection of kids or baby items, and an even smaller selection of items for women. The staff have always been super welcoming and friendly. They will order anything for you if a size or a color aren't available in store. The store also carries work boots, socks and belts. Even though the women's section is very small, their beanies, tee shirts and hoodies can be unisex, depending on the size of course. This is a great store, with wonderful and knowledgeable staff. I encourage you to stop by if you're in the area.
