Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

I noticed issues with the quality of the work that should have been caught and corrected before the job was considered finished. When concerns were brought to the company's attention, the response was disappointing, and I was left feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. A project as significant and expensive as a pool installation should be completed with attention to detail and pride in the finished product. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not justify the cost, and I would advise others to thoroughly inspect all work and get clear commitments regarding quality standards before hiring this company. Most recently they came out to fix an uneven tile and again the workmanship is very poor. I have reached out to Landon Hoffman and requested he come out and inspect the poor workmanship himself and no response. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!
