While the loaded fries were tasty, I felt that the combination of items was a bit much for my liking. Had a bad experience with ordering over the phone. We placed an order over the phone for my coworkers and I on 2/07 at 11:21am and we were notified by the worker that it would take about 32 minutes until the order was ready for pickup. I send my coworker to pickup by 12. My coworker arrives and the order wasn't even started. The order took an extra 15-20 minutes to make. If you have an ordering system, please honor the scheduled pickup time. If that time can't be met, have something in place to make up for the mistake. I understand the mistakes do happen but there was no apology, no follow-up, or any compensation for our time. I don't expect much, but some accountability or some acknowledgment that they made a mistake would have been fair. Instead, I had to compensate my coworker for the extra time and all our scheduled breaks at the workplace were pushed back. Simply not worth our time, money, or respect. Came here for a quick lunch break and ordered the 2 chicken tender combo and was pleasantly surprised. I got them medium and they still had a decent kick to them. The sauce drizzled on the tenders was delicious! I think it was different than the dipping sauce they provided (which tasted more like a chipotle ranch). The chicken itself was very moist, soft and well-cooked. The fries were a great consistency, perfectly cooked with a little crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. The interior was big, spacious and clean. It was very quiet for lunch time besides the group of high schoolers there at the same time. You need a code for the bathroom which was clean enough, nothing too crazy. My order came out pretty quickly and it was a nice spot to escape the summer heat! I've been to a lot of chicken sandwich places, a lot. This one truly is a notch above the rest. The menu has several amazing items that make it almost difficult to decide what to get cause it all looks good and prices are very reasonable, not overpriced like some of the places around. The chicken is so fresh and cooked to perfection, fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy and the very presentation of the food is beautiful. They have several different spice levels depending on what you like. The inside of the restrained is spacious with big beautiful windows surrounding the dining area. The owner was amazing, very kind and helped explain all our questions. He even offered to personally make me an espresso shot from the machine they had in back. We got the combo 1, shosho fries and dynamite fries, and all was very good! The dynamite fries were our favorite. The coleslaw is really well done and with the chicken and seasoning was awesome texture and flavor was great! Good service, chill ambiance, and the chicken is properly fried (not too greasy, but not too dry - naturally moist). The original outwardly looks similarly spiced to the OMG, which made me give it a try before giving it to my son, but it wasn't hot, just well seasoned. The OMG level hot will be spicy enough for most, I'd put it on par with Joe Schmoe's cluckin' hot, not at the level of, say, like Legends hottest which is looking to destroy you. Horrible experience! The cook doesn't know what he/ she is doing. First of all, you don't make a nice crunchy chicken crust and then drown the sandwich in 1/2 inch of sauce. With soaked french fries added in. What are you even thinking ? Nice brioche bun until it was completely covered in sauce, the bun, chicken, and french fries were all drowned in the sauce. Imagine a fresher version of Popeyes , that's juicer, spicier and just as affordable... and that's basically Habibis Hot Chicken. It wasn't too crowded on a weekend during lunch. The only thing was actually good was the dipping sauce . The mac and cheese tasted strange , like it had too much margarine and barely any cheese . The fries were under seasoned and soggy , even the lemonade tasted like it was made with faucet water ! No exaggeration ! I don't know if my order was made worse because I used a promo code through Grub Hub ? If this is their normal quality I'm honestly surprised how they're still in business ! No exaggeration . Was hoping that it wasn't just a tender that was inside the sandwich, but it was. This made about quarter to half of the sandwich with bites of bread and sauce. Don't really recommend it. The fries were great, it was a large portion that was doused in sauce and chicken. With all of that on top I wasn't surprised when the fries were a bit mushy.
