My kids love this place!! They really enjoy the spicy chicken. I love that they have comfy booths and I enjoy the vibey playlist. Customer service is also good.

Came here after Disney! The chicken was so good! I got the spicy HOT level and INHALED the spice on my first bite (10/10 do not recommend unless you want to nearly choke) the girl who took our order, I think she said her name was Evul, was super nice and welcoming.

THE FOOD I still can't get over all the flavors the chicken I ordered mild chicken which still had a small kick and it was perfect. I also really loved the mac & cheese as well as the fries with the dipping sauce. I keep thinking about this meal! I have to come back to hotbox chicken and will definitely do it ! It's a gem of a restaurant in this neighborhood! THE SERVICE was on point! The owner gave me great service and greeted every customer on their way in. I know that his whole heart is invested in his restaurant and that really makes me want to come back and of course, because the food was amazing. I loved the laid-back environment and how peaceful it was to enjoy my meal at the restaurant

3.5 Stars // Honestly I thought this was some wing stop wings type place but this looks more like a small business Canes. Great service, decent(?) food and price... but I got combo 1 and the burgers were bigger than expected BUT the buns were cold like it was taken out of the fridge. The chicken was super hot but I feel like cold buns really ruined it. There was also some signature sauce that was not that great either... very average. On the bright side, chicken was very moist

This isn't my first time having hotbox chicken but I finally got a chance to review it. The chicken is juicy and crunchy. I ordered their Shosho loaded fries. This comes with fries (obviously) Mac and cheese, chicken (your choice of hot level) and it's topped with their signature sauce. I can't speak about the service at their restaurant but the service for delivery was great. Everything was packaged nicely. The only negative I have is they didn't include napkins or cutlery but that might have been on my end for not adding it to the instructions so it's not a big deal for me. I was thinking the fries might be soggy upon arrival but they were actually in pretty good shape. Even the ones that weren't super crispy was ok because when you take a bite, you can't distinguish between the mac and the fries but you still get the crunch from the chicken. We also ordered the combo #3 (as you can see in my pics) and it looked great as well. I can't speak about the ambiance because again, I wasn't at their restaurant. One of these days, I will visit and update my review to let you guys know if the quality took a hit via delivery or if it's still the same. Either way, definitely worth a try if you like chicken, spicy or not.

Visited on Saturday 4/11/26. The service was excellent. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the gentleman behind the cash register helped us navigate the menu. The food was delicious. The chicken was great quality and cooked perfectly. The fries were seasoned well. The mac and cheese was scrumptious. Not too salty. Something to note is the mac and cheese is not baked. I know some people prefer that but I am not particular about it myself. We will definitely be back!

Hotbox Chicken Tender. It was flavorful but I think they can do better than 1 sliver of pickle

Looks good but the loaded fries were so bland. It had thick cut fries that were soggy and it was loaded with sliced cabbages that did not do it justice. Even drenching in sauce didn't help this dish just made it more difficult to eat. The flavor was very bland and one note. The chicken tender itself was the only thing good here but I wouldn't come back at all. Service was awkward and the location was sketchy.

Came here as it looked really good on the yelp reviews but was disappointed. By first glance everything looked very dry sadly and nothing like the pictures but still gave it a go. I got combo #3 which comes with a slider, tender and fries. The bread on the slider was cold, and did not taste warmed up at all, the chicken was hot but had no flavor and was pretty dry as it seemed like they just added seasoning to it. The buns are also way bigger than the tender. The tender I got tasted like it was reheated or refried so it was a bit stale and chewy. The fries were the best part but they were just okay. They also have a sauce but nothing special just tastes like thousand island. Despite the food, customer service was great, the girl who attended us (9/14 around 6pm) was very nice and brought us out our food.

If you're a fan of halal food and a fan of chicken, come check this place out to get some solid protein. I was feeling hungry and wanted something relatively healthy and found this spot on yelp. Both items I got (the sandwich) and the combo box tasted great. If I had to choose one I would prefer the sandwich mainly cause I felt it had more flavor than the combo box. Both items, the chicken tasted great. The combo box, however, I wish the portion was a bit bigger. But in my case, one item was not enough to fill me up. So if you have a big appetite,I suggest getting 2 items cause they do take a while to make, especially the sandwich. All in all, I would recommend this place to another person to check out.

This was my first time trying Hotbox out. I was searching for some chicken and fries and saw the reviews for this location. The young guy at the register was cool. Very clean and well maintained place. Now the food was very satisfying. I ordered the combo 3 and was enjoying every bite in addition the sauce that's given amped up the flavor. I will be return to them again to try some other combos that caught my attention. I do recommend them if you're looking for some good chicken and fries.

Didn't leave a bite. 5 Stars for us, Food is Great!!!

Love this food!!! Saw this place on yelp and immediately knew I needed to give it a try. So glad I did :)

What made the stop even better was the service behind the bar. The employee taking our order and serving the sandwich was genuinely pleasant, attentive, and accommodating, offering great recommendations that made choosing easy and the experience even smoother. The sourdough was exactly how it should be: fresh, crisp, lightly toasted and sturdy enough to hold everything together. Inside, Calabrian deviled egg salad met a perfectly jammy egg, spicy mayo and peppers for a creamy, tangy kick with just the right amount of heat. Messy? A little. Worth it? Absolutely. This was a lip-smacking, reach-for-another-bite kind of sandwich. We didn't have time to dive into the beer selection, but there were plenty of tempting options. With its business-district location, this would be an easy stop after work for a cold brew and a seriously good sandwich. Quick stop. Great service. Killer sandwich. The Devil Made Me do it.

We were headed toward REI to grab some outdoor chairs and decided to stop at GHOST Sando Shop in Huntington Beach. I've driven past this place plenty of times and never really knew what it was. It also happened to be one of the only places open in the shopping center that early, so we figured, why not? Man, we had no idea what we were missing. We ordered the Melrose for ourselves and a Club for our daughter. Marco took our order and was also the one making the sandwiches. A few minutes after we sat down, he actually walked over and asked me, "Are you sure you want the pepperoncini and tomato on the Club?" My first thought was basically, uhhh... yeah, of course I do! Then it clicked. The Club was for our daughter. Marco had remembered that from our conversation when we ordered and knew that a lot of kids probably aren't exactly excited about pepperoncini and tomatoes. Meanwhile, Dad over here completely forgot to ask for them off. That might seem like such a small thing, but THAT is customer service. Marco wasn't just taking an order, collecting payment, and moving on to the next customer. He was actually paying attention. He remembered who the sandwich was for and took the extra few seconds to come over and double check before making it. Good looking out, Marco. Seriously. And that wasn't the only interaction we had with him. Marco was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in. He talked with us, answered questions, and even gave us suggestions on other sandwiches we should try the next time we come back. Nothing felt forced or scripted. It was just genuine conversation from someone who seemed to actually care whether we enjoyed our experience. There were only two guys working while we were there, yet everything was running smoothly. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, the bright green interior gives the place its own personality, and there's plenty of seating inside along with a really nice outdoor patio area. And most importantly, the sandwiches were GOOD. The Melrose was a great first choice, and Melody enjoyed her Club, thankfully without Dad accidentally loading it up with pepperoncini. We also grabbed some Calypso lemonades, which went perfectly with everything. We originally stopped here simply because it was open and convenient. Now it's somewhere we'll intentionally come back to. There are thousands of places where you can buy a sandwich. What makes you remember a restaurant is usually the people behind the counter. Marco made us remember GHOST. Excellent food, clean restaurant, great atmosphere, and genuinely outstanding customer service. We'll definitely be back, and next time, Marco, we're taking you up on those recommendations.

TOGO'S recently revamped their rewards program so that whenever you accumulate 50 points, you earn…read morea $5 off reward. Points round up if the subtotal ends in a half dollar or more. As part of this revamping process, TOGO'S migrated their rewards system to a different platform, and if you successfully migrated your account over, you get a $2 off reward that is valid for 2 weeks. My $2 off reward was going to expire in 2 days, and I was planning a quick trip to the area to visit a couple other businesses in the same intersection, both of which had offers that were going to expire the same day or the following day as well. I normally wouldn't go this far for a TOGO, but was definitely willing to make an exception this time around. This TOGO'S in Cypress is located on the southwest corner of Katella and Knott. The dining space inside is quite ample, much larger than the Long Beach location I must say! There was a large family sitting in the far corner on the left hand side, but towards the right, there was an employee, Logan, who was ready to assist me. As I was looking at the menu, I didn't like how the menu was kind of scrambled around. What do I mean by this? So I was intending to get a mini 3" sandwich to redeem my $2 off since percentage wise, that'd be really good savings there. The right side of the menu specifies the sandwiches that can be made miniature, but the sandwiches are denoted by their assigned numbers. The numbered sandwiches aren't in any particular order, so without Logan's help, I would have had to bounce back and forth between different sides of the menu to understand which sandwiches come in a 3" size, and for how much? Such a cumbersome way to present that part of the menu that I really wish TOGO'S would consider reformatting the menu for ease of readability. But I'm starting to digress. Logan did help me out by specifying the four mini sandwiches that I was initially looking at. I thought about the #3 Turkey and Cheddar, but once he told me the #20 was Albacore Tuna, I decided to go with that. Tuna sandwich for less than $4? Count me in! Logan asked me a couple questions: What type of bread, and would I like all the produce? Since I'm trying to get more whole grains and vegetables in my diet, I said whole wheat and yes, respectively, to his questions. However, Logan was trying pretty hard to sell me on a kids meal, which also comes with chips and a bottled water, despite me not being a kid, except maybe at heart lol. I did ask him how much a Kids Meal was, and he had to go to the register to look it up. It was a couple dollars more than a mini Albacore Tuna sandwich, but since I was planning to get food at a neighboring eatery, I passed on the kids meal and settled for the mini sandwich. While Logan was crafting my sandwich, he asked his co-worker, or maybe supervisor, Brian, to ring me up. After scanning my QR code for the migration offer, the $2 came off, no problem, and I paid. Shortly after I paid, Logan had my sandwich ready in a takeout bag. I asked for a water cup, and he gave me one, no problem as well. I took the sandwich and water cup to a table by the window to enjoy, but the first thing I noticed was a small piece of bread stuck to the outside of the wrapper?! Well, not so great presentation up front, but after unwrapping the sandwich, I found the #20 Albacore Tuna to be quite good! Unfortunately, it seemed Logan missed a few of the vegetables like the olives, jalapenos, and the cucumbers, which you can request in the TOGO'S app. Kind of disappointing, especially since he asked if I'd like all the vegetables before crafting my sandwich, but I suppose for those three in particular, you have to proactively ask? Nevertheless, I enjoyed the tuna in this sandwich, and there was still a good helping of vegetables in the sandwich otherwise. However, $5.75 for a mini is still kind of steep for such a small, but mighty, sandwich. Like I said earlier in the review, there are plenty of tables for customers to sit at, so unless an entire baseball team and their parents are there to celebrate a big W on the field, I doubt you'd see a full house in this TOGO'S. Overall, TOGO'S is still a good solid spot for sandwiches even if they're a little pricier than Jersey Mike's or Subway, but they do stuff the sandos with good quality ingredients! Also, despite the hard, but rather unsuccessful selling job, Logan was still a pretty cool employee to do business with.

Wow blast from the past at least in my case. I've totally have forgotten to look this way.......i…read morealways come in this shopping center the opposite direction. What a fucken miss excuse my language but it's true. Well I haven't step in a togos since the 90's. So glad this location is still open. Today was the day we came in....looks very old but kept up. Ambience was very clean and pretty empty (my kind of style) we were not in a hurry and dined in. Service was great, employees are very friendly and informative of what went on your sandwich etc.m Our food was yummy.....we can't wait to come back.

Firehouse Subs makes a good sandwich, and the Jamaican Jerk Chicken is my favorite! I also love…read moretheir pickles and the fun firefighter-themed décor. The service was what you would expect from a typical sandwich shop quick and straightforward. Overall, I enjoyed it, but I still prefer Jersey Mike's.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at the Firehouse Subs on Magnolia. My order was…read moreincorrect, and the food I did receive was put together so sloppily that it did not feel worth what I paid. Because I placed my order through the Firehouse Subs app, I submitted a complaint through the app expecting the issue to be resolved. Guest Services responded and told me they could not process the refund because this location is independently owned and that any refund or compensation would have to come directly from the store manager or franchise owner. They said they forwarded my complaint to the restaurant's management and owner. I waited the entire next day for someone from the location to contact me, but nobody did. I even followed up to let Guest Services know that I still had not heard from anyone, and in the end, I was never contacted at all. It's frustrating enough to receive the wrong order and have the food prepared so poorly, but the complete lack of follow-up makes the experience even worse. If customers order through the official Firehouse Subs app, there should be a reliable way to resolve an incorrect order instead of passing the customer off to a franchise location that never responds. I gave them the opportunity to address the issue privately before leaving this review, but unfortunately, nobody bothered to contact me.
