The woman's restroom stall had no lock, which was uncomfortable. Service was unwelcoming -- not outright rude, but there was no friendliness or warmth. The food didn't help redeem the visit. The garlic bread was simply a hoagie bun with cheese, warmed just enough to melt the cheese, leaving the bread soggy instead of toasted. The pizza tasted as if it had been microwaved, with the cheese having that unappetizing plastic-like texture. Between the bugs indoors, the restroom issue, the lackluster service, and the disappointing food, this will not be a place we return to.

Richelle order the garlic cheese bread too. Garlic cheese bead is wonderful with a side of meat sauce. The taco pizzas are a very nice version of a taco pizza, nothing fancy, good amount of taco meat and beans. Both crusts were perfect and the mozzarella is cooked to a golden brown, with good flavor. Richelle really likes the lightness of the deep dish crust with a good crunch and no greasy at all. The taco salad was OK, nothing special, imagine if the Ortega folks had a taco salad box mix. We can't wait to try a different pizza next time, because, the taco pizza was good, but I'm think the other specialty pizza will be better. Service is friend, and for us to walk in make a take out order and have two pizza in less then 15 minutes on a Friday night exceeds my expectations. Dining area was clean and family friendly.

My wife had the cheese ravioli, and I had the tour, which included fresh homemade pasta, Alfredo, amazing meatballs, and incredible lasagna. Everything was fantastic, and the desserts were just as impressive. Our waitress was incredible--friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The owner also checked in with us several times throughout the meal to make sure everything was good. That personal attention really made us feel welcome. What really stood out to me was how fresh and personal everything felt. They use fresh ingredients and change the menu instead of becoming overly commercialized. You can tell there is genuine pride and passion behind the food. More restaurants need to be like this. It was personal, welcoming, and genuinely memorable.
