    Tasteless (freezer burned?) dumplings

    I am so confused by today's experience. First of all, four stars for Jesse - I appreciate your attention, hard work, & compassion- he knew we were not happy with our food, but he kept a positive attitude & didn't try to hide or shy away like many other people would (like the manager on duty....odd no one came by to see how we were doing). Our meal: Dumplings were soggy & tasteless - the sauce was the only thing with flavor. Chicken piccata- if that's what you want to call it - the worst thing I have ever seen!!! There was one (ONE) caper. There was a film/skin floating in I-don't-know-what (there should not be a "soup" in this meal.) The risotto was undercooked (crunchy). .... Newsflash for the cook: breaded chicken placed in a "soup" becomes nastily soggy. Let's address the "soup" - why on earth that is even there??? Disgusting. "Beer battered" fish - there's no batter. Google "beer battered fish" & look at my pics - this was pan-fried in old grease. I can't give zero stars.

    We dine in here for an early dinner. The restaurant is attached to Double Tree Hilton and it has an elegant feel to it. It was not busy when we came in and we were seated immediately. Our server was excellent, friendly, and accomodating. We tried their cauliflower appetizer, fish tacos, and ahi tuna salad. All were excellent! Glad to came to try this place! It's a must a try!

    Needs zero stars and should be closed down. It is absolutely unacceptable that a restaurant is attached to a hotel and the service is extremely poor. Whomever is managing shouldn't be a manager. This is a service industry; service is important. In the food industry temperature and quality is important. We weren't even greeted for over 20 minutes to even take an order and get a drink order. Then it took another 30 minutes before food came out and it was cold. There's one person serving the entire restaurant on a holiday. Idc if it's slow or steady; you should always have more than one server. This person was serving the bar and everyone's table. A party of 12 came in and she's trying to serve that table but herself too. You can't be a Jack of all trades and master of none. If you can't serve everyone to minimum standards of service then you shouldn't be on the floor and the establishment shouldn't be open. Management is complete trash because how can you be out of sight while there is terrible service going on. I couldn't eat this cold food. I'm from Atlanta and won't accept terrible service there or anywhere. Food costs too much money for this bs

    Just perfect i can't complain. So far 12 years me and the kids have been enjoying the meals.

    "Big Salad" the only thing missing from the photo of this dish is the chicken.

    Meh. I only enjoyed the drinks. The food was mediocre. The "Big Salads" are the size of a Burger King side salad. The price doesnt match the quality or quantity.

    I went here with a party of 20 people and the service was adequate for the size of the group. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla without veggies and I added bacon. It was excellent! The tortilla was crispy and it was very flavorful. One of the people in my party ordered out the regular way and she thought it was also great. No one in my group had any complaints about the food. Interval a very good experience!

    I stumbled into Houlihan's because I stayed at the DoubleTree in Columbus, GA. I arrived at approximately 7 PM on a Wednesday evening and it took me about 7 minutes to be seated despite the restaurant not being busy. I counted 2 servers and a bartender. Once I was sat, near the bar, the atmosphere was generally appealing. I ordered a Strawberry Basil lemonade which was expertly executed. The problem came with the dish I ordered. I order ed the Lemony Chicken Picatta. The chicken was perfect. It was crispy, juicy and bursting with flavor. The rice... the rice was crunchy to taste indicating that it was not done. I think the concept of the dish was great and the service was exceptional. I just hate that the rice wasn't cooked all of the way through.
