While the leak itself wasn't a big issue, once the ceiling was opened we discovered that all of our copper pipes were badly corroded. They recommended a full repipe of our home. We have a 4,000 square foot house, so this was a huge project. I got multiple quotes, and Burtech landed right in the middle price-wise. What really stood out to me was how willing they were to work with my specific requests. I had major stipulations, especially that they complete the repipe without visually accessing our kitchen, and they made it happen. They worked with our timeline, and Jose was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. I'll admit I was a bit needy with questions, but he was always patient, understanding, and responsive. The estimate they gave us was exactly what we paid in the end--no surprise costs at all. The repipe itself was major (60+ holes throughout the house), but they worked so efficiently that it never felt overly intrusive. They were very clean, vacuumed and cleaned up every day, and truly respected our home. We have two young kids who nap, and they even worked around nap schedules so they weren't in certain rooms during that time. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with Burtech Plumbing. He was also very impressive when listening to him explain what our system could look like and what our options would be. At that time, we were already having an ADU built in our backyard, and when the contractor found out we wanted a new tankless heater and water filter installed on our main house, he offered us a discount and installed a tankless heater. It ended up being a big mistake as they did a very sloppy job. Fast forward to this past September 2025, and my wife put out a Yelp request to get a water filtration system installed. She did not know that Pure Plumbing had come out previously, but I recognized Bryan's name when my wife told me he would be coming to the house. He walked my wife through everything while I was at work, and she was impressed by him too. He even pointed out where our contractor's plumber had made a major mistake with our tankless heater. We ended up having Pure Plumbing install the water filtration system, the price was great, and they did a fabulous job. The damage clearly looks like the snake was forced repeatedly into the line, not like a natural crack. It was obvious the technician did not know what he was doing. When I contacted the office to find a reasonable solution, I was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from Sheree. Instead of taking any responsibility or even attempting to help, they immediately referred me to Easy Flow for repairs--repairs needed only because their technician caused the damage. The repair estimate is over $1,300 dollars and we are now without functioning restrooms on the 2nd floor because of this incident. Based on this experience, Affordable Drain Service shows zero accountability, poor workmanship, and terrible customer service. I strongly recommend staying away from this business. I was suffering from a large water leak somewhere on my irrigated hillside but was unable to locate the exact source. I contacted two irrigation repair companies for quotes. The first failed to keep their appointment. However, Olivio showed up for their free on-site inspection in about 30 minutes. From the inspection (with all water disabled at the main) the conclusion was this was not an irrigation leak but likely the water main and I was given an appointment and a time (one, maybe two days work) and cost estimate. Olivio was able to make it a day earlier than scheduled. The team arrived, soon located the actual source of the leak (a 2" main pipe). They dug it up, located a crack in a PVC pipe Tee joint, brought in some upgraded repair parts and installed them with improved pipe pathing around another 2" pipe in the same area. Once the leak was solved we walked around the property and verified everything was working properly. :)
