Was about to settle with a dent in my bumper and just say frick it.. but then I came across "Mascot auto parts" on FB marketplace. At first i was little sketchy because their profile wasn't really comforting.. 17 friends.. minimal followers.. ahh .. I'll give it a shot. I messaged them.. after chatting and doing some parts research, they found my front bumper in stock and what made me feel more relieved.. this wasn't a junk yard or someone selling a used part.. they actually have a shop!! When I got there, everything was legit.. kinda reminded me of a shop where auto body and fender shops come to purchase parts from. A warehouse full of bumpers and grills.. all bubble wrapped and boxed. Went inside the office, paid for my bumper, they had me witness the unboxing for any defects and then re-wrapped my bumper back up. Done deal!!! 9:30am we started chatting on messenger.. by 11am I was driving away with a brand new chrome bumper.. Side NOTE: this is Napa or auto zone..don't expect that from them. Go to Napa and auto zone for those items. When we first met Marie, she was very thorough in explaining all the different product lines available for my vehicle, along with each pro and con of each line. She did not come across biased or attempting to up-sell me but what was honest and clear. She was able to showcase each product and their features and abilities. She told us we were able to complete the installation whenever we were ready. She said all we needed to do was have a clean-ish truck bed for a smoother installation. All the way leading up to the install, Marie kept a clear line of communication. On the day off, we dropped off the truck, finalized our decision on which product line to go with, as well as signed the last of the paperwork. She said it would take about 4 hours, however, she also advised we could leave the truck all the way up until 5pm for pickup. By the time we came back, the truck was ready and looking good. Marie shared all the details of the installation, as well as a thorough walk-through on the changes. She also went into detail about how to properly use the new cover and how to prevent misuse or abuse. I'll definitely be coming back here for future work.

You are able to use it on 3 cars depending on how much product that you use. It comes with 3 spray nozzles. The 3 spray nozzles are one time use and the product hardens in the spray nozzles and it doesn't work after using it. A really easy to use ceramic coating. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a ceramic coating. They have a lot of other good brands and products that I never tried yet. I will be back again when I need more products.

Mark, Bryan and the team at Snyder's all do excellent work and as far as i'm concerned they are my go-to place in hawaii whenever i need something done. Of course because there is no track, the business i give to them nowadays is very minimal if any, and i apologize for that, however they were the place where everyone used to (and still do) take their race parts to get work done, I own several other motors and had several other cars I owned that just so happened to come with motors that were built by them, so needless to say, probably three quarters of the hotrod cars that i've ever owned, had Snyder's Machine Works motors in them. If you need performance work, rebuild a head, or even a stock motor, this is the place to go. Yes, I see people saying their prices are a little high, however to me, quality machine work is one of those things where you pay for it one time, because you can get away with cheap, but then you going are going to eat it on the backend when the motor has to come back out of the car. Mark, Bryan, are the best guys to talk to down there, and again, if you need to get quality machine work, this is the place to go!

I came by today to inquire about a part for my BMW and was trying to figure out where to park when a woman came out and immediately told me to move--no courtesy, no explanation, just pure hostility. When I calmly asked if she was moving her car or if I could park there briefly, she refused to answer and instead told me to "f*** off and get off the property." Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple answer to my question would have resolved everything, but instead, she chose to be dismissive, rude, and outright hostile. To top it off, she even flipped me off through my car when I told her I'd call the store to clarify parking. It's unfortunate because I would have liked to support this business, but if they allow employees to behave like this toward potential customers, it's clear they don't care about how they're perceived. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere--somewhere that values professionalism and common courtesy. Giving this review of five star because I don't want to hurt a local business, but I want them to learn a lesson out of this.

So I bought a new one and installed that and it worked so I had proof that the other one was broken and they took it away from me and told me they would send it in to the manufacturer to see if it was broken and then they would give me a refund. I've waited three months now and they keep giving me bullshit about the part and won't give me the part back or a refund just stole me out of $100. Owner is a total arrogant asshole.. I recommend shopping elsewhere for parts
