Htea is a great cafe with a wide variety of drinks and Chinese food. I like that the menu allows customers to customize their drinks by choosing different milk options, sugar levels, and ice amounts. Food options include dumplings, noodles, and spring rolls. The interior is cozy, with multiple outlets along the wall to charge your laptop and phone.

Htea is spacious and has that lowkey afternoon tea interior and vibe. My coworker and I met for boba at Htea since he claims there's nothing good in Novi. Ordering was really easy, and we had zero issues placing orders at the kiosk. STRAWBERRY MATCHA (L) - 6.95 + light ice, less sugar, almond milk (+1), no whipped cream Only the large option is available for this drink. The drink was incredibly strawberry forward, with very little matcha flavor. Strawberry flavor also didn't taste fresh, more like clumpy puree. It was still a bit too sweet for me. I didn't really like what I got, but my coworker liked his Thai Storm. I'll have to try a different drink or one of their many food items next time. It seems like a pretty chill spot to meet up with people or get some work done.

H Tea Cafe is such a cool spot. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and honestly just fun to be in. It's one of those places where you walk in and immediately start thinking, "Yeah, I could hang out here for a while." Bonus points because it's a great place to take pictures -- the vibe is definitely aesthetic. Plus the staff had great recomendations. The food is delicious with tons of variety. I love all the little treats and snack options, and the beverage menu is huge -- there were so many drinks I wanted to try. It's the kind of place where you could come back multiple times and still not work your way through the menu. They even have board games you can play, which makes it perfect for a chill hangout, low-key date, or just catching up with friends. Definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're in the area. -- DonnyLB | IG & TikTok

HTEA is a place that should actually be on billboards, if it isn't, then it COULD be on billboards. This place feels like something that IF it were to become viral, it would be a worldwide phenomenon. It just seems very trendy, very attractive, and VERY inoffensive. And you know what? I don't like that. You're probably asking, Dave, why do you always refuse to hate things that are really great? Because I'm scared. I'm scared that one day, I'm going to come across a restaurant or a food spot that is so, genuinely, TOP OF THE BAR... it will take over my personal taste. Believe it or not, I'm scared of change. But I must face my fears. I must admit to myself everyday when I look in the mirror. I say DAVE. This place is MAGNIFICENT. The Boba here is actually second to none; smooth, delicious, made with love by TRUE believers. I forgot what I got. I was so excited to order that I had my girlfriend snap me out of four different psychosis's while I was taking my drinks on the computer. Spot on interior, it's so classy and bright. The flower decor feels so clean and dreamy, sunset sensational; warm. When I told the barista girls how much I loved my drinks, they were so happy, I never could've expected how high they jumped in the air when I told them how good my drinks were. And you know what? For just a split-second, I didn't feel afraid anymore. I felt like I could comfortably walk out, look upon the sky with my matcha in my hand, and meditate until I get to my car. In other words, I could move on knowing that this place not only leaves a smile on my face, but the place itself. (5/5)

They actually have such good food here and they have a good selection of drinks. I loved my strawberry matcha. Service was good and this place is very cute with a lot of seating.

I have actually been here twice now, last week and today. I have been seeing this place online and on Yelp for a while, and finally had the chance to stop in. By the time I was able to try this place, the menu had changed from the first rendition of their food offerings. The place is absolutely adorable! I love the décor, they have tables and fun couches and chairs with oversized cushions, and a shabby chic tea house aesthetic, which is what I think they are going for since they have the Shabby Chic book you can flip through. They also have tons of games you can play while you relax. They have reproductions of oil paintings and have themed the place with a black and white toile like pattern that is featured on their bowls, cups, and napkins. It is very cute. Both times I have been had been the middle of the weekday, but there are other customers around, which is good. The first time there was a man vlogging for his Insta Tiktok channel as well. The people working here both times were very nice and helpful. Both times they went out of their way to be accommodating. The first time there we ordered a couple drinks, a milk tea and pineapple tea. My drink was delicious. We also got food, we got the peanut noodles, beef udon soup with bok choy, and crispy fried chicken. All of the food was excellent. The chicken was crispy, the beef was very tender, and the peanut noodles were amazing. The first time they did seem a bit overwhelmed. Each time it seems like there are only two people working the shop and it took a very long time to get our food and drinks, but the flavors more than made up for it. We also got dessert which we were told the cakes are made fresh inhouse. We got ube tiramisu and original tiramisu. Both were excellent and very flavorful. I liked the portions but it is a bit pricy here. The second time I got a purple cloud drink with crystal jellies for my child, it was also excellent and tasted very good. The person working here the second time explained that they have a different menu because they got rid of the pizza oven and wanted a more uniform menu. I wonder if there were trying out what works since it seems to be a family business. So far, all of the people working here and 2D DYI have been very friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

Overpriced & lacking flavor. This place is all style no substance. The decor was absolutely beautiful and everything on their menu and dessert case was stunning. I wish that the beauty matched the taste. We did not order any drinks, but we did order 2 desserts. We tried the pistachio raspberry cheesecake and the chocolate tiramisu. On both the desserts the tastiest thing was the Ferraro rocher that was decoration on top. Neither of the desserts had much flavor at all and lacked any complexity. Just tasted mildly sweet. For two desserts totaling me $21, they better at least taste good. Service was fine, nothing to complain about at all and like I said the restaurant itself is beautiful. Overall this place was crazy disappointing and I do not recommend.

Super cute, decent sized tea shop that also offers sweet treats. I tried the chai milk tea - regular sugar and hot. It was so good, I will be back just for the drink and will stay for the treats. Looks like you can use the kiosk but I ordered at the counter and I had my drink in a few minutes.

An aesthetic place to hang out with good dessert & Boba. There's also an option for food, so you can really stay to study or work or just hang out. The place is small & it seems to fill up every time I've been. I really like the different milk teas they offer, it's different from everyone else since there's different teas to choose from. All have a good strong flavor of tea, which I like. Their fruit teas is also really good, the right amount of sweetness or get 50% if you don't like it too sweet. The Boba is a little on the soft side for my liking. They also have other sides, my favorite being the osmanthyst jelly to go with the fruit tea. Which I don't see often. As for their dessert. It's pretty solid. Don't expect super sweet since this is an Asian place. Perfect amount of sweetness, which is not too sweet. The tiramisu is probably my favorite & then the crepes cake.

First and foremost, one of the best boba shops in the Detroit and metro area. From the authentic boba options, to the tasty but not overwhelming priced food options served as a perfect place to study, play cards, or just chat with a friend in a nice inviting ambiance. I went with the Taro tea option (delicious) , but fell in love with the Strawberry matcha milk tea. 10/10 They even brought it to our table, great service.

This cafe has such a cute aesthetic. They serve variety of coffee drinks, boba, savory items and sweet items. The tiramisu latte here is so delicious and creamy. It is sweet without being overwhelmingly sweet. I'm come back to try the food amd desserts.

Truly the best milk tea and dessert place in town. Been there twice already since they opened. Tried both the jasmine milk tea and peach milk tea. Both tasted super authentic and just amazing. Not too sweet. Dessert is on the pricier side but totally worth it. A must try place! Store interior is also super cute! Well designed. Lots of instagram-able areas. Cute place to hang with friends. Friendly staff as well!

Adorably decorated cafe that gives off Bridgerton x Parisan cafe vibes. Every corner is photographable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I tried the peach milk tea and I wasn't a huge fan. The peach flavor is very subtle, and the milk isn't particularly strong either (almost like watered down milk tea). The staff was kind enough to replace my drink for me, and I got the tiramisu iced latte with cheese foam instead. I did like this slightly more, although I don't see myself getting again. Definitely will be returning to try other items off the menu, as they had an assortment of desserts that looked incredible.

I just don't understand the negative reviews for this place…read more This is probably my favorite Chinese restaurant in the metro area. I drive from Woodward and Square lake because of the quality and portion sizes and price. Metro Detroit has great Thai places but we have very few good Chinese restaurants. Wong's food reminds me of how Chinese restaurants used to be when I was growing up here. Everything is fresh and crisp and flavorful. The food feels more home made. They even have real home made hot mustard!! Most Chinese places give you that prepackaged garbage. The fried rice has actual pieces of egg in it and is made fresh. Most places give you that fried rice that tastes like prepackaged store bought low quality fried rice. Wong's tastes perfect. Their egg rolls are big and not greasy. The wonton soup is delicious. The dinner portions are huge. They don't skimp on the portion sizes like all the other places do. Their service has been spot on every time I've been there. Wait times are very reasonable, so I just am baffled by the negative reviews. It's really not a sit down place, so just be aware of that. Go for carry out. But the food speaks for itself.
