I've tried to stop at Huan Xi Chinese Restaurant a couple times before, but they've always been closed due to the time of day or the specific day I stopped. I was finally able to make it while they were open an evening after work. I placed a to go order (dine-in is not an option) for pork egg rolls and beef lo mein. The lo mein was ok. I normally get chicken cause beef has such a wide range of quality from Chinese restaurants. Their beef was better quality than others I've had, but not necessarily top tier either. I wouldn't say no to getting the lo mein again, but I'm not clamoring for it. The egg rolls were disappointing. It's $5 for two with no option to get them individually. For $2.50 each I expect either good quality (obviously my preference) or at least good size. These were neither. As you can see in the pictures I uploaded, together they were about the size of my four fingers (thumb not included) and they had a grocery store freezer section quality to them. A complete waste of money and the reason my review is 2-stars instead of 3-stars like if I would have ordered the lo mein by itself.

YUM! My hubby and I'd favorite Chinese spot on the Eastside - we ordered to go and the food was all hot and delicious by the time we got home to enjoy. Went with the kung pao chicken and the sesame chicken, both were great and heated up well the next day for work. Highly recommend!

Somewhat forgettable Americanized Chinese food. The fried dishes like General Tso's Chicken is too soggy, other dishes are too salty without other flavors. Not enough vegetables, and they make a lot of cheaper substitutions for the more expensive Chinese vegetables. Service seems okay.

I was wanting some Mongolian beef so I saw it was on the menu and I drove over, my lunch combo thing might win once I am in the place for the fried rice. The place has moved around the corner from the original spot but it's in the same building, on the big lot side now. The menu is huge with my Mongolian beef and it's a lunch special also but I went with the dinner Mongolian beef and an order of pork egg rolls. My food came fast and hot in about 10 minutes with my order of egg rolls. The egg rolls were the smaller kind but two in the order which were better than average but not that great egg roll. The Mongolian beef looked and smelled good and thank you for not skimping on the beef and using a ton of onions to make it look bigger like some places do. The Mongolian beef Was good with that slightly sweet Taste and that quiet heat, you can't feel it on your tongue like hot wings but your nose starts to run. The beef was plentiful and tender with green and white onions that had some crunch left in them, thank you. Overall my crave for Mongolian beef was completely satisfied because it was beefy with just the right amount onions so I would definitely go back for more of the menu. 188.

When they served hotpot it was great and worth it. Now it's just a regular Chinese take out spot.

We ordered the bulgogi, steak cubes, pork belly, spicy pork belly, beef tongue, rib meat, shrimp, creamy corn, fried buns, and a few other smaller items. The meat was all good quality! Our tables' favorite meat was the bulgogi for sure. We also loved the creamy corn and fried buns. However, beef tongue was so tough though I couldn't even bite into it (but honestly wasn't expecting to enjoy it!). The sauce bar was a fun touch to get exactly what we each liked. It was a little tricky being in a booth and getting people out to make their sauce combos though but we made it work. There is also a dessert bar but nothing was super intriguing to us and we were pretty full from the meal. The only downside was the service. Other servers seemed awesome but our waitress was totally aloof. She missed multiple orders of ours and we had to reorder those, and she acted super confused each time we had to tell her. She didn't give any direction on the process, and each time we wanted to add to the order we had to wave her down. I don't think she proactively checked on us once. A table nearby had the hotpot and that looked really good. We were intrigued and want to come back and try it. All in all, a great experience, and $31 per person for the amount of food you can rack up felt like a really good deal.

Plenty of space for parking in the back. Dark, smoky atmosphere with Asian interior designs. Perfect ambiance for BBQ! We had both Korean BBQ & hot pot, absolutely worth the price for both. The BBQ was by far everyone's favorite. We recommend the beef bulgogi, beef short ribs, and pork belly--these were the best for BBQ. Since it was all you can eat, we had a few servings of them. There was also a counter for different types of sauce one could get and a dessert section. The hot pot was great as well. We recommend the bone broth and the fish/shrimp/meatballs with it as well as udon noodles. The service was great overall. Our server was busy, but she managed to be attentive with us. We left with our belly full. We will absolutely come back.

The staff is always very nice and if they are busy for some reason, they even have kiosks to order from as well. I'm Korean and love me some Korean fried chicken wings, but going here means I do not have to make them, make a mess in my kitchen, or have to spend time prepping everything beforehand. Yes, I know these are Karaage but they are very similar. I usually get the boneless wings just because I am weird and do not like having sticky fingers when I am eating, so these I can eat with a fork. The crispiness is always spot-on and I love that they give you just enough sauce to give everything a good coat and flavor but not too much that the chicken is drowning. I also really love the rice cakes that they add into the tenders and wings, it's like a nice little chewy treat to go with everything. Their fries are a LOT of fries! My wife and I have learned we can share one order of them. They have a bunch of varieties of seasonings you can add to the fries but I tend to get mine plain and just eat it with ketchup. I love coming here and their little outdoor patio is great when I want to bring my pup or just enjoy the nice fresh air as we eat our meal.

We popped in for a late lunch after craving something new. I had Laojiu in my bookmarks and it was on the way to where we were headed later, so perfect! It's not a huge restaurant, but there's several large tables and it's such a cozy space. Definitely unexpected from a strip mall. There a lot to park in and it's easy to find- right o. The NE corner of Oklahoma and Hwy 100. Since it was fairly late, about 2:30 or so, there was no wait and the restaurant was not crowded. We placed our order at the front and then sat ourselves. The wait wasn't long at all, maybe 10 minutes before our dishes were brought out to us. If it was longer, I certainly didn't notice. The seats were comfortable and we were enjoying our Jasmine green tea and conversation. My husband had the spicy heather rice noodles. The flavors were there, albeit on the salty side. His chief complaint was that the items within the dish kept separating out. Likely due to the oils. Every bite was either noodles or one of the mixed in ingredients. My dish, on the other hand, was easy to get everything in one bite. Even with chopsticks. The stir fried udon was not crispy, which I was curious about. It was still toothy and delicious with the mixed vegetables and chicken. The sauce was neither overpowering nor too abundant. Everything was coated but not drowning, if that makes sense. I'm a huge fan of udon noodles and this dish was simply comforting. The menu itself is not overwhelming but there are plenty of items to choose from. I'm definitely going back and I will try not to get the same thing, but I make no promises! Price point is moderate but worth it for the amount of food. Roughly $30 for two drinks and two entrees.
