I mean. This is literally the ONLY place to have a sit down breakfast in this town. So maybe it needs a little TLC. Some cleaning. Some decent fixtures. But neither of us had a complaint about our breakfast. They grilled the sourdough toast which was good. The waitresses did a nice job and seemed sweet. One was in training and said she just moved to town. The bathrooms were clean and had the amenities necessary to adequately flush and wash your hands. Ha! read more

The restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The floored were littered in dirt and the grill had grease caked on to every bit of it all the way from the flat top to the traps to the bottom. It was the same for the frier and the waffle maker and the rest of the equipment behind the counter. The man washing dirty plates had them sitting all along the counter top. My wife's burger had a slice of tomato on it that could have been sliced 3 more times and bread was hard and old. My potatoes were not done at all and there was a ring of grease around my bowl. The food itself made my wife and I physically ill. The only pleasant thing was our waitress. She was very nice. But she also deserves a lot better working conditions as well. read more

Tried going here before, it did not turn out well... Gave them one more chance today, and took the family. From my count there were around 7 people working here, all busy talking, and doing something behind the counter. A man did greet us on our arrival, and after wiping our table off, we found some menus. We sat for 15-20 min, and no one ever came to take our drink orders or anything. They all seemed "busy" behind the counter, but there were only like 4 other customers in the whole place, so not real sure what was keeping them so busy. Our family just ended up getting up and leaving. ...This is one of those places that you sorta wonder if it's a front for something else.... how does it stay in business when you let a family of 4 come in, sit for 20 minutes, and never take their order... insanity. Perhaps the most disgusting breakfast I have ever eaten, and that's coming from someone who has eaten at Huddle House and Waffle House locations throughout rural Alabama and Georgia for several years. The food was soggy and disgusting. I ordered an omelet; it arrived submerged in a vile slurry of grease and water. Despite being located next to a grocery store, they were out of ketchup, but our disinterested waiter tossed a handful of wet ketchup packets on the table when he saw me trying to coax one more squeeze out of another table's bottle. I don't know why they were wet, nor why his hair was wet. The two employees we encountered were aloof to the point of being rude, visibly unshowered and looked hung over on a Friday morning. The toilet was literally broken; someone had smashed the porcelain lid. At the sink, a cycling bottle oozed soap into the basin in lieu of a soap dispenser. Dark, mysterious stains were visible in each corner. I'm not sure it has ever been cleaned. To recap: horrible staff, filthy location and inedible food. The Huddle House organization should be ashamed. I know Trenton is a small town, but this place would flunk even the most perfunctory health inspection. Our lives are worse for having visited this alleged restaurant. read more

We have tried several times to eat at this location. Either we get bad service or bad food or the place is just nasty. After we entered we were not greeted. Had several empty tables but they where not clean. As we stood there waiting, we noticed the server take food to a table, on her way back to the kitchen area she stopped to text on her phone, then wash a few dishes, then went to the toaster to butter some bread. All of this without ever washing her hands or put gloves on. As we decided it was time to leave, my wife said something to the server about it. The server replied i can give you the secret number. We left and drove about 25 mins to a waffle house. We enjoyed the food. read more

The staff was rude to my friends and I while unprovoked. They spoke of racist slurs under their breath in regards to my Hispanic friend. The overall service and experience was awful, and I would recommend anywhere else instead of this Huddle House. Horrible experience. read more

The WORST service ever. Our waitress came got our drink order and food. After serving our food we couldnt find her. Been waiting for about 20 minutes before they even acknowledged us. Then it was to loudly tell us that we could pay at anytime... we was missing food. And they didnt refill drinks. Super rude. Super gross. Wont be back for awhile. read more

Stopped at the Trenton, GA Huddle House on 6-16-2013 after leaving Cloudland Canyon Park. We were greeted by the staff and Melisha, our server, promptly waited on us and took our orders. Our breakfast order was served within 10 minutes. I had the Steak and Egg breakfast combo and it was fantastic. Not Ruth's Chris or Fleming's steak, but very tender, tasty and cooked to order. My son had the ham and eggs and he was equally pleased. The establishment was clean, the food and service were great and the price was fantastic. I will definitely go back!! read more

I was a little concerned about trying it based on the past reviews. Not many choices, so I tried it. I had the meat omelette with a side of gravy and coffee. The omelette was really good. The coffee was good too. One waitress ignored me and took orders from others that came in after me, not sure if I just wasn't in her section or what. The waitress that I did get was very polite. Time to get food was good, taste was very good and price was good. I guess sometimes you just have to try things for yourself to be fair. read more

July 2, 2016. Had to wait on food for 30 min. In the meantime all the staff walked out only leaving one cook and one waitress which she was still in training and was so sweet and almost in tears cause she was just learning! Got our food finally and the order was wrong added way more than two people could order. Then when we tried to pay she charged $38.00 and we were like no way that could be right. She could never get card to go thru then I checked our checking account and we were charged $38.00 once then $18.00 which is absurd. I called and talked to the cook that was there that night and he took my number and said he would have the owner contact me the next day. Now as of July 14, 2016 have still not received a call back! Absolutely disgusting. 0 stars. Waitress (never introduced herself) took our orders and disappeared for the rest of our breakfast. With food taking about a half an hour we were given plenty of time to notice how dirty the place was. Floors covered in black grease. By the time the four of us got our food, everyone's breakfast was cold. French toast burnt black and cheese in eggs didn't even melt since the food was already cold. Since we hadn't seen our waitress since ordering and had patiently waited for checks which never got to us, we had to get up twice to ask for a check so we could just pay and get out. They messed up the checks 4 times, so paying for food took longer than our actual stay. This gave us time to wait around and watch the chef prepare other orders. With only one cook on the line, the waitresses had taken over the food and without washing hands prepared some of the slips. No gloves were used, even by the cook. No joke, I watched a waitress flip over an omelet on a plate with her bare hands. Turns out the food wasn't ready until every employee had touched it. Every one of us was disgusted watching them finger people's French toast with their dirty hands. No wonder why ours tasted like Malboro. read more
