Electric atmosphere for a minor league baseball team. Tickets are very cheap as well as food and drinks. I would suggest paying up for the diamond club this allows you to scan a QR code and they will deliver the food and drinks right to you. Life can't get much better when you're in the diamond club

Went to a game here tonight with a buddy and our 2 sons. Game was great, lots of action. Very family friendly. They make it a point to get the fans involved. Grabbed a couple of souvenirs. Concessions need work. Very slow, ran out of certain menu items very early. My son got a foul ball which made his day. Overall a great night.

I have been attending Hudson valley renegades games since they first opened and I was a little kid. Now I'm a season ticket holder and it's a great time for anyone of all ages to come to a ball game for a great price. The Hudson valley renegades are the Single A affiliate of the Tampa bay rays in Florida. They are a short season team meaning they don't play a lot of games but... The games that they do play are good fun. I enjoy the games a lot. You can bring your whole family here and have a lot of fun. It's a great intro to baseball. The renegades play at Dutchess stadium in you guessed it Dutchess county. It's really close to the beacon train station. Sometimes I come back upstate from the city. Take in a game then go home. Overall. I will continue to come to the renegades. It's a good time for anyone. As long as you like baseball. I recommend coming here to anyone

A gr8 little stadium and nice fan base for this club. There was a spectacular fireworks display (w/o a hitch) at their last home game (9/5). And YES, they won!!! Playing to the biggest crowd ever gathered at the stadium, the Gades walloped the Spinners 5:1. The HV is lucky to have a local club. Despite the record crowd...leaving the stadium was no problem---can't w8 for the third week in June 2011~ Regarding the fireworks...an investigation was performed and the problem that launched rockets into the crowd was not determined to be the fault of the fireworks company so their permit to continue the displays was re-issued~~~

Went to check out a Renegades game at Duchess Stadium on Bobblelection 2012 giveaway night.. Your choice of Obama vs Romney bobbleheads. The Hudson Valley Renegades are a minor league affiliate, in the New York-Penn League, of the Tampa Bay Rays. This single-A minor league team plays in Duchess Stadium. The ballpark is a solid single-A ballpark with plenty of concessions and reasonable prices! $3 for a beer, $3.50 for a hot dog! The seats were clean and comfortable and the facilities are well maintained. There is also a great picnic area for groups with a bouncy castle for young kids. The team does a good job enticing fans to come to the ballpark with their promotional giveaways and special events. The atmosphere at a Renegades home game is great and the fans in attendance are good-natured and not at all rowdy.. This would be a great baseball experience for young kids and families.

I have to say I was very surprised that this was not as child friendly as I thought it would be. Also, I tried purchasing tickets to the lower section and could not find any tickets online. There were a lot of empty seats down there. Many kids went to sit in these lower seats (while their parents say higher up) and then when my son went too, and he was yelled at. If it's okay for some kids, it should be okay for all. We were standing against the wall where you walk between lower and upper section and an older man yelled at us to move. I was looking for my phone to find where our seats where because my husband had our tickets. All games involved parents and not the kids. I didn't understand why. At the end of the game my son followed some other group of kids to run to the side of the Renegades dugout. He was told to leave. Yet, on the visitors side, some guys were signing autographs and interacting with the kids.

And can the PA announcer please stop reading every advertisement & acknowledging every school & business in attendance every three minutes? It seriously detracts from enjoying the game. The Pens have been super fortunate to win here quite often. A personal highlight was a few years back when we visiting WB/S fans outnumbered the Sound Tiger fans...good times. Anyways this arena is fantastic. AHL hockey is fantastic. Why is the arena always a ghost town?!? I think that has a lot to do with how expensive the tickets are here. You can sit lower bowl center ice for ~25 in Hershey, WB/S, Lehigh Valley, and Binghamton. Here ~25 only gets you corner seats. Moving closer to center ice the ticets go up to 48 and 58 to sit on the glass?! That's crazy for the AHL. It's even worse, that they are the Islander's affiliate, and you can regularly get into most Islanders games for 30-40 dollars. This building should really try having 20$ tickets, or maybe consider general admission since the crowds are so small. Someone in ticketing should really go visit Hershey or Bingo to see how they sell tickets and price their tickets accordingly. The half empty building really takes away from the game environment too. People in CT love hockey, just not at these inflated prices.

We go to multiple MLB and minor league stadiums a year. This is Minor League Stadium #14 as we're getting ready to hit August. I have to be completely honest. This is probably my least favorite Stadium. Began when we first got in and the boys went to hang out by the field to try to get a toss up. Usher told us if we didn't have tickets for the section, we can't hang out there. Really?? MLB, Triple A, Double A, Single A, Independent Leagues; never had this issue. I understand if it was getting crowded but the whole game there might have been 8 people in that section. Right out of the gate, things are going south. We then go to the team store as we always get a logo baseball for every game we go to. We have a whole wall with all the baseballs of the games we've been to in UV cases. They're out of baseballs!!! I then go to the taco cart to get "nachos in a helmet". They're out of helmets!!!! So they put them in a cardboard box. I also got a chili dog which was below average at best. Our ritual is, top of the 6th inning is for ice cream. We go to get Dippin Dots... yep... out of mini-helmets AND out of every flavor except banana split or cookies and cream in a plastic to go bag. Absolutely unacceptable for an MLB minor league affiliated team. The field was patched like a Frankenstein job at every base. I had very good seats but then again, I picked them online. Parking was $7 and tickets were $17 a ticket which I think is a little steep for a High A game with nothing to offer their fans except whatever they have left over and trying to get rid of. I saw a good game because I'm a Mets fan and the Cyclones won but I'm glad I only invested a little over an hour drive each way because the experience was subpar.

High - churro fried dough. Eddie, you magical, magical man. I'd eat that churro fried dough all day. It was beautiful and delicious. (The churros were good too - the Barbie churros are a pass, just pink chemical flavor, the chocolate syrup on churros - meh, fine but not magic, the Bavarian cream ones - YES.) Also, DIPPIN DOTS! Low - the tacos. An abomination. I'm mad that I paid for them AND that I ate them. The beef was unseasoned, the shells were stale, the lettuce and cheese fell out everywhere - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If it's between eating these tacos and starvation....think long and hard about it. Also, the baseball helmet nachos were SAD. If you're vegetarian, you're gonna be hard up here. Our friend literally had cheese sprinkled on chips, with a packaged cup of Heinz salsa. She asked about the pump container of jalapeño cheese and got a blank stare in return. You have to really know or ask for things. We got soft pretzels, didn't see cheese or anything on the menu or at the counter - but saw other folks walking around with cheese for their pretzels?! Were we at the wrong stand? I want cheese! Not food related, but my three year old really wanted to run on the field so we asked if he could after the game was over and got shot down. Kinda lame, but whatevs.

The Red Bulls are one of the 10 original teams to begin Major League Soccer (MLS) play in 1996. In 25 complete seasons, the Red Bulls have zero MLS Cup appearances. However, they have won the Supporters' Shield three times, one shy of the current league record co-held by DC United and LA Galaxy (four shields each). All three of the Red Bulls shields were won in the previous decade: 2013 (59 points), 2015 (60), and 2018 (71). So I guess you can say things have been trending up since 1996. The Red Bulls were at the top of the MLS standings at the conclusion of the 2018 regular season. They were the first-seed in the Eastern Conference. Unfortunately for New York/New Jersey, the Red Bulls lost to the eventual MLS Cup champions that year, Atlanta United FC, in the Conference Finals, 3-1. Atlanta was able to win the MLS Cup in just the team's second year of existence while after two-and-a-half decades, the Red Bulls are still searching for their first MLS Cup appearance. English forward Bradley Wright-Phillips played for the Red Bulls during the 2018 campaign. He was with the team from 2013 to 2019, appearing in 195 games, the most for any club in his career. For five straight seasons (2014-2018), Wright-Phillips was the team's top scorer. He holds team records in both goals scored in a single season (27 in 2014) and all time (125; second place is held by Juan Pablo Angel with less than half: 62). Since 2010, the Red Bulls' home has been "The Fortress," Red Bull Arena, in Harrison, New Jersey. Also referred to as the "Cathedral of American Soccer," Red Bull Arena has a seating capacity of 25,000, making it one of the bigger venues in MLS. It's not among the biggest, though, as at least five other venues have a capacity of 30,000 or higher. The New York Red Bulls were originally known as the New York/New Jersey MetroStars. It wasn't until Red Bull, the energy drink company, purchased the team in 2006 when the team's name was changed to Red Bull New York (a.k.a. New York Red Bulls).

This is the original MLS team that I was fanatical about, and have been following for many years. Of course in my day they were the Metrostars, but my day is no longer the day - however I still I'm a fan and I still root for them a lot, and especially since they moved into this amazing Stadium, I'm kind of jealous because I didn't get to be a fan in these days, just in those days. Of course the stadium is actually not in New York City and not even near it so they really should be the Jersey team because this is the heart of Latin New Jersey. Pretty much right across the river from Newark. It's beautiful and amazing and I'm a huge fan of a team still to this day. I just wish they would have put some titles on the board to match how amazing they were in so many different seasons. They've been nothing but great for the league and especially in the Thierry Henry days and the Bradley Wright-Phillips days - it's been nothing but awesome for this team. But no championships.
